just wasn’t happy about the fact the ai requested an early check in for my daughter who was travelling alone and arriving 6 hours before the family. she was not shown the pool or gym and was not told till 2pm that the room was not going to be ready. I asked a few days before and kept getting the reply ‘subject to availability’. sure, that’s true, but you know on the day what time it will be available. I asked if they could let her check in early with an extra charge and no information was given. I even called to inform that she was arriving at 7 and would be travelling alone. I expected a little more care. she’s 20 years. old but had a night of travelling and was tired.

Near the Metro station. Near to restaurants, pharmacy, groceries. Kitchen facilities, Big refrigerator,glass wares, plates, 1 galloon of water with dispenser were provided. Wide Modern apartment. Good for family staycation.

There was a bad smell the first time we enter the room. Sofas are old and have stains. Carpets need a change or deep cleaning. Or better remove them. floor tiles in the toilet had bad smell it seems the mop that was used was dirty on the first day of our stay. I complained they came to spray with air freshener which didn’t solve the problem but only masked it. Housekeeping team needs improvement.

Nice clean rooms and nice view. Pool is very spaceous and also good for kids

The parking is at the back side. Little walk, but with kids and stuff its not so easy.

We recently held our festive gathering at Ascott Park Place and it was absolute perfection. The location is very accessible and just 3mins walk from the metro. The staff were very accommodating and helpful, especially Aslam, Omar, Mohamed, and Randy who assisted us during our stay. The 2BR suite we booked were super clean, has a great view of the bustling city skyline, and amenities were complete. It’s also near supermarkets and they accept food deliveries from outside alright. Definitely recommended and 100% will come back again!

The accommodation was perfect. The staff is very kind and helpful. The metro station was a 3-minute walk away. the view from the apartment opened onto the wonderful main road and the Museum of the future. Nothing could be detected from the noise of the street and the noise of construction next to the building. The apartment is clean and spacious. We didn't use the kitchen, so I can't assess its equipment. We found what we needed. I sincerely recommend the accommodation to everyone.

Excellent location.. next to World Trade Center metro station..friendly and accommodating staff.. spotlessly clean apartment .. lots of shops including supermarkets and restaurants in the vicinity. Would definitely stay here if I come back ..

Everything was great ..A sofa bed in the living room would have been useful with some extra blankets and pillows as we were a family of 5

The location is superb with a pharmacy on the ground floor open and mini-markets open 24/7 I couldn't ask for more. the staff were very amazing. Allen, Paul and all the team were truly amazing. A bonus was the sauna and the steam room in the Gym by the pool.

An improvement will be the Sofas in the living room. They are too low and need replacement.

All what a family needs is in short walking distance from the hotel! The swimming pool is good, kids enjoyed.

Rooms furniture is still in old condition, we have stayed in the same hotel last year and there was a maintenance work was going on that time and we were told that the managment of the hotel is going to replace the furniture of the rooms but nothing happen!

Prompt answering and response in room service, no reminder needed. Room size: considerably spacious in city area. Extra star for the kitchen utilities provided, washing liquid, clothes washing powder were provided as well.

Small lobby, time consuming but tolerable for checking IN and OUT compared to other experiences. Heavy traffic in the city area, which is true and expected. The host will cut-off internet access on the check-out date, 1200pm sharp. Requested for 1hr spare late check-out a day before but rejected. Doubt of terminating the water and electricity supply next? This is very unpleasant to me while waiting for my daughter to pack up. Anyway, I check out 15mins after the cut-off.
