Overall, it is a good hotel to stay in. Spacious & clean room that has everything you need to stay in. Kind & helpful staff. Delicious Arabs-food restaurant Good breakfast A Supermarket is just outside, a few steps from the entrance. The metro station is just 5-min away. From there you can go everywhere.

Pillows are not comfortable: not hard enough to hold & support the head & the neck. No place in lobby to sit & work with a laptop: desks, sockets, working chairs The desk chair in room should be more comfortable to those who work for hours. & That is it. They are Not a big deal.

Breakfast was very good. Wish had more choices. Rooms were clean and big. little issue with the bathtub. Staffs Serving breakfast were quite friendly, caring and smilling. Staffs like Dibhya and Shetty were remarkably helpful and possess high sense of hospitality. Hats off to them. Will come back again!

Reception staffs need more training. They need to be more patient and professional in handling guest issues and emotions.

The bed was very comfortable; I loved the bathtub in the bathroom, the staff was always smiling and was very helpful, the rooftop pool was lit up at night

When using the shower, water leaked onto the floor, leaving it wet for a long time; no view from the rooftop pool, and a small number of sunbeds next to the pool (only 4) but none of these things made my stay bad

We were there because of a layover & the concierge was kind enough to say they would accommodate us with an early checkin. They told us we could go get some lunch & come back & our room would be ready. There were others also waiting for rooms but when we returned, she had given our room to someone else and we ended up waiting again for another hour or two.

Breakfast was not much of a choice. No near by restaurants to eat.

The location is next to the metro station; The personel are friendly and willing to help; the room has all kinda equipment/appliances you would need.

The hotel is close to the airport and sometimes you can hear the planes; i changed my room once and the bathroom from the second room occasionally stunk.

I want to take a moment to commend the receptionist (Melanin) for her exceptional service. Her friendly demeanor made us felt at home and she was always available to assist with any questions or requests.

my wife and I were stay in Avani for 4nights, the breakfast was great and very diverse the staff was helpful and nice. my wife was really happy.

I had shower every morning but the water wasn't warm at all. it was really annoying us.

Absolutely helpful staff + very clean + breakfast is something to die for. Not to be missed. Overall its a brilliant hotel and not far from a Metro station and I would stay again definitely.

The front of house staff are amazing . My room was huge , the room was always clean and food was lovely.i would highly recommend this hotel. All the staff are very friendly and really helpful. Thanks for the amazing service
