In and out of Jaddaf is a breeze. Fairly new building and facility so all still looking good.

Kettle was dirty! Very very limited TV channels!

My overall experience was fantastic, with the highlight being the exceptional service provided by the housekeeping team. I stayed for 21 nights, and every time I returned to my room after a long day, it was always in pristine condition. Kudos to the housekeeping staff, especially Abid and Krishna, for their outstanding efforts in making my stay comfortable.

There's some room for improvement at the reception. While the staff were friendly, they occasionally lacked the basic courtesies of a warm smile and a simple greeting, which could have made the experience even better.

This is my 3rd stay over the month and had an overall satisfactory experience. Aldrin handled my check-in process efficiently. He was polite and provided all necessary information, ensuring a smooth start to my stay. The room was clean and adequately furnished. During checkout, Maria assisted me. She was courteous and quick with the process, addressing my billing inquiries with patience. However, I did feel that the overall customer service could benefit from a bit more warmth and enthusiasm. In summary, Grand Kingsgate Jaddaf Waterfront provided a decent stay with room for improvement in certain areas. I appreciated the professionalism of Aldrin and Maria.

The receptionist were friendly but there was one security was RUDE and impolite with my friend she drop me and came to have her dinner with us then will leave after 30 min. he was standing in front of the car she point asking him to move coz the car automatically stopped ! he was insisting to stand she scream asking him to move then he start talking as if its her fault and not to shout ! then he came to our room asking her to go out and this is hotel policy !! we are all girls why he is acting as if a man in the room !!! he took the matter personal !!! this is disappointed behavior and not acceptable he is a security not a manager in the hotel !!

They have removed my don't disturb just to empty the mini bar, and they have disturbed me during my quiet hours. Removing mini bar is ok but don't remove my don't disturb. Rooms doesn't have any view, not even street Breakfast buffet didn't have anything that I can like. But it's also an economic hotel so the expectations shouldn't be high at all.

I had a great stay at this property, I came with a friend for New Year’s Eve and the value for money was amazing. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. I had a really late flight the next day and was able to extend my check out time until 6pm for an extremely reasonable price. All the staff were extremely polite and couldn’t help me enough. The hotel was extremely modern and clean.

The location was difficult to find, there is 2 other Kingsgate hotels within walking distance. This hotel is off the main road and isn’t sign posted so it wasn’t easily found by taxi drivers.

Its located in a nice location next to a canal quiet and pleasant. The staff is very nice and friendly especially Bobby at the front desk who made us feel welcome. Breakfast was nice and the room overlooked a beautiful view

There were not alot of food options in the area everything was super expensive. For dinner, the restaurant in the hotel was not great. the decor in the room is very minimal and it could be warmer

i like to extend my gratitude to the good and approachable staffs of this hotel especially nikki, danica, maria, and bellman chandra and the Manager Charlton for the whole stay . Its been a great experience. They made my stay a memorable and a pleasant one, they have been so helpful and attentive on my needs during my stay in the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel for everyone.
