Getting a taxi is a big problem . I think hotel should provide taxi services at better price .

Cleaning of the room a bit earlier wud hv been better

The rooms are big, really confortable and they provide you of everything, we had iron, hair dryer, coffe and water everyday. Beds are really good and clean. The staff is so kind. In uber is really close to burj khalifa, rides were around 8-10 euros and is also near to the metro station if you wanna try or take longer trips like palm jumeirah. You have around services like 24hrs supermarket, exchange of money and restaurants. You can eat at the buffet really good price.

The bar was small, and prices were really high having in consideration the location. Beer there was 35AED and in front of burj khalifa it was 40AED. (I mean, you almost pay the same at the bar that is a normal bar with no views or anything and in Burj Khalifa with views and fountain show)

The service of restaurants staff ms Saditha she was ever smiling and so willing to help and assist any customer at the restaurant Also other restaurant staff was also very friendly and helpful We were delighted by Sarina gesture to bring a non vogue cake to us after our breakfast which was quite a surprise and great service The front office staff me Patrick was a great person to help us, he made rooms available after seeing us seated for long time at the bar His quick response to check and get us the room was very helpful He also so friendly and always checking on the comfort of customers Unlike the other staff Room service too was good and kept the rooms very clean

I ORDERED A ROOM WITH AN AIRPORT VIEW AND THE ROOM DELIVERED. I ARRIVED AT 23.30HRS AND WAS MET BY A VERY CHARMING LADY AT RECEPTION WHO TOOK MY PAYMENT AND GAVE ME ALL THE RELEVANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE HOTEL.

WHEN I RETURNED HOME AND CHECKED MY BANK STATEMENT, I DISCOVERED THAT £135.23 (AED 604.22) HAD BEEN TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. TRANSACTION 9/11/23 AT 23.29HRS. THIS WAS THE AMOUNT OF THE DEPOSIT THAT YOU HELD FOR MY STAY. AS I DID NOT HAVE ANY OUTSTANDING PAYMENTS DUE ON MY STAY, I WOULD LIKE A REFUND PLEASE. THERE MUST HAVE BEEN SOME CONFUSION WHEN I CHECKED IN.

wanted to share a quick tip regarding accessing the hotel parking area. Due to current congestion, I recommend approaching the parking lot from the back side of the building. While it may require crossing through heavy traffic, this alternate route will help you reach the hotel sooner, especially if you are unfamiliar with the area.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at your Hilton property and overall, I was impressed with the cleanliness and tidiness of my room. The ambiance was cozy, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, meeting the high standard I associate with the Hilton brand. However, I would like to bring to your attention a small issue I encountered during my stay. I had requested two extra bottles of water in the evening on the day of my check-in, but they were only delivered the next morning after several follow-ups. While I understand that delays can happen, I believe this is an aspect that could be improved upon to enhance the overall guest experience.

I just wanted to provide some feedback on the room service and outside food policy at the hotel. When I checked in, I had requested 2 bottles of water in the evening, but they were only delivered the next morning. Additionally, when I brought food from outside for dinner, I requested 2 plates to have my meal. However, I was informed that there would be a charge of 10 AED each for a 24-hour rental, which was surprising to me as an honored member of the Hilton group hotels. This was the first time I have encountered such a policy. I appreciate your attention to this matter and would like to discuss these issues further to ensure a more seamless experience in the future.

Availability of fruit drinks, Cornflakes etc . plenty. delicious Omelets and other foods suit for any country. Location is convenience for easy in and out for our purposes. All amenities in the room are adequate during my stay.

2 bottles of water are some days not enough. better to kept 2 bottes in the mini fridge and another 2 on the desk. The lobby area of the hotel is better be expanded. My suggestion is remove/ relocate the ' Bar' area and use that area to expand the Lobby. Lobby area is important to meet guests from different countries and suddenly meet face to face the guests in same country in different groups.

I liked the close access to public transportation and airport. Deira is a decent neighborhood and I felt safe walking down the street even at night. But this is not the neighborhood where you can get the chance to meet the royal family. There is a market right across the street which was really helpful. That's where I purchased my first souvenirs from Dubai. After 14 hours of flight, I got to the hotel around midnight and was delighted to walk into a super comfortable and very clean room. I liked the interior design, from the pictures on the wall to the taupe color. The bathroom was as clean as the room with everything I need for shower routine. The restaurant also has a nice design. The food was good, particularly the "A la carte" menu. You have the choice between "A la carte menu" and the buffet. I was not impressed with the buffet. Breakfast was ok. I had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant hotel during my whole stay. The staff was nice. Most people from the restaurant section have outstanding customer service.

I was really disappointed with the lobby design. It has a really poor cachet if we compare it to the rest of the hotel sections. On July 6, I put the DO NOT DISTURB sign on my door only to receive a call from the reception telling me that the housekeeper has not been able to access my room because of it (which exactly why these signs are there for). I told her I was checking later that night and needed to pack and rest. I did not understand why I had to justify myself for hanging that sign on the door. I found this very unprofessional. It's a detail that can be overlook but some of the staff members (and I noticed that a lot from those in the lobby), make eye contact with guests without greeting them. They stare at you. That's unprofessional and you don't feel that welcome.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel with my kids and I must say that its greatest assets are its attentive and wonderful staff. Patrick, Zahid, May, Dan, Hashim and the security staff were all exceptional in their service and went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable. The location of the hotel is perfect for those who love a bustling environment with plenty of shops and markets around. The added convenience of a mosque located right behind the hotel makes it an ideal location for Muslim travellers. The hotel's competitive pricing for its standard and location makes it a great value for money. We didn't have any meals at the hotel, so cannot comment on that. The kids enjoyed the pool. Although it was a bit small, it served its purpose and was never too crowded when we used it. We didn't use the gym, but it seemed well-equipped. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, which was very important for us. Lastly, being able to do laundry for free was a lifesaver when travelling with four kids. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Dubai. Thank you, Hilton Garden Inn-team and eid mubarak.

We used the shuttle to Dubai Mall once, but we would love more frequent departures and to more destinations.
