It’s a beautiful hotel in a lovely location. We ate in B social and Batchig and can’t fault any meal! Even my fussy 8yo enjoyed the food. Batchig iftar set menu in particular was special. Staff were helpful from arrival to departure. Sorry I didn’t catch names but thank you to the host in B-social who went out of her way to ensure we got last min reservation at Batchig, valet staff who helped communicating with taxi drivers and front desk staff who upgraded us to a fab suite on our last evening after a disturbed sleep due to an inconsiderate guest. I should add we’d slept soooo well otherwise and the hotel dealt with it brilliantly. The pool was great - that view over mushrif! There are some lovely places to eat and drink in the complex, especially the cafes for evening desserts. We’d definitely stay here again

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm and professionalism by your front desk team. @Emad @Mothana @Phraahat @Edwin @suneel. They efficiently checked me in and provided all the necessary information about the hotel’s amenities and services. The cleanliness and comfort of my room exceeded my expectations. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job. Finally I would like to extend my gratitude to the entire hotel team for their commitment to customer satisfaction the smooth coordination among various departments ensured that I had a flawless experience throughout my stay. I will not hesitate to recommend Millenium place mirdif to friends, family and colleagues and I look forward to returning in the future.

location for us was great, I liked the fact that it was an apartment almost. however without some amenities.

this goes with what I liked and didn’t like, we accidentally paid for breakfast and the staff on reception kindly suggested we could swap it for dinner, which is the first time I’ve heard such a suggestion as I’ve always missed my last breakfast at hotels, due to super early flight schedule. however once we reached dinner and explained this, they challenged us. even tho it lasted about 15 mins, I think it could have been smoother and instead of asking us to verify this. should have just listened to what I said in the first place. regardless dinner for great and rest of the staff was amazing.

I love how courteous and professional Jerel and his colleagues are. I love the strong coffee at B Social. I love the overall attitude of the friendly staff from the valet parking to the housekeeping. Special mention to Gokul in housekeeping - wonderful service and lovely character. I just love the pool. It is always so uplifting to see smiles on everyone's faces. You all are amazing.

That they knew we arriving with 3 adults and a kid and they didn’t have the sleeper couch made up upon arrival. Booked the day before as we were arriving at 5:30am in the morning and had ti wait an hour for them to try get linen to make a couch up

amazing stay , everything is near us such as markets or restaurants ATM machines and many more things. there is a famous restaurants and carrefour , great front desk in reception , big thanks for them

bad smile in hotel its seems a sewers smell , am sorry for saying that . also the quality and multiple types of food its not that good . beds not that comfortable . the toilets keep the humidity in .

- Cigarette butts on the balcony - Stains on the furniture, shakiness of it, someone’s hair on the bedspread - Sounds at night (some undefined buzzing and whistling of the ac system when off) - Hot water comes by waves - Tables in the Social for breakfast are set mostly for groups/families if you’re alone you’ll sit on the pass or deep in the building near the service area) - The breakfast itself is average (but you’ll not go back hungry)

It is off from main city so not great connections unless you have your things to do, around the mirdif area Location is bit difficult to find through Google maps Air conditioner was making it too cold despite the adjustmen and the floor being tiles were too cold. Even after turning off the air conditioner, it took a while for the room to return to comfortable temperature , maybe due to central air conditioning but these are just nitty gritty things. Overall, it was great stay

Location is Away from Dubai skyscrapers views + the room view is not same as pictures+ there is not enough parking for cars.
