The room was great, a good size, with ample storage for luggage, a good sofa bed. I must commend the housekeeping who did an excellent job in cleaning our room on a daily basis. We were travelling with 2 young children and left a fair bit of mess at times. All of the staff were extremely courteous, always smiling, and holding doors open, providing us a refreshing drink on arrival and assisting us with the luggage. We did not have breakfast included as we were not early morning risers but did see the buffet and there seemed to be plenty of options available. We also used the upstairs pool which was completely empty during the day so we had it to ourselves. They also had separate sauna and steam rooms. Overall an excellent hotel.

As much as I appreciate that the hotel provided appliances like a washing/machine dryer, an iron, and kettle, these were all very poor appliances. The kettle was tiny and not suitable for our needs with a baby needing to boil water. The iron was also not very good. I am not expecting state of the art appliances, but something a little bit better.

New bathroom the water can flood outside the bathing area. The barrier is not sufficient to confine water inside the shower area.

Excellent Staff behaviour, Size of the bed was very comfortable for a couple with a 10 year old child, Room had a washing machine which was very useful Room service and daily cleaning was excellent. It was nicely sanitized and smelling fresh every time we came back from our daily trips Room had microwave, refrigerator and cutlery as well which was again quite useful as we had a child

Room does not include drinking water if you don't book through booking.com and you have to buy from them or outside. Though not very costly matter but just wanted to mention just in case the info is helpful for someone. Probably other hotels also follow this....I am not sure.

Room was spacious and comfortable, staff were polite and attentive, location was convenient, lunch options were lovely and the fridge and stove top were really helpful.

The breakfast was good, but was predominantly Indian cuisine as is much of surrounding area, there was toast and some cereal, fruits and yoghurt and some egg dishes as well as pancakes and waffles but if you don’t like the Indian breakfast options, it can get a little repetitive.

The location is fantastic, just a 15-minute walk to the metro station where the city’s two main lines intersect. Our stay from December 12–16 was perfect—the room exceeded expectations, the staff were wonderful, and they even left a thoughtful surprise for my birthday, which made it extra special. I’ll be visiting Dubai often and will definitely choose this hotel again—thank you to the amazing staff!

Honestly, there wasn’t anything I disliked about the stay. Everything from the location to the room and staff exceeded my expectations. It was a wonderful experience overall!

This was my fourth time at the hotel and as always, they were superb. From the time of arrival, the bellman and the front desk agent welcomed me back and all the staff I ran into who had seen me on previous stays said hello and welcome back. The location is great as its a 7-10m walk to Bur Juman shopping mall and metro station and 5m away from Fahidi metro stn. There are ample eateries nearby and the hotel has a Table d' hote menu that changes everyday. The staff are great and the property is well maintained. Highly recommended.

Better breakfast options.

Location was good and the staff were quite helpful. kitchen was well equipped and clean.

the washroom had leaky faucets and the water from the shower would always spill over to the floor and wasn’t contained in the tub. So the washroom was wet most of the time. also, the storage cupboard was clubbed with washroom limiting access.

I had a great stay in Savoy Suites Hotel Apartment. The staff took care of all my requests. Mr. Prakash was very helpful and accomodated all of my requests including an early check in. Extremely hospitable and helpful. Mr. Prakash also helped us with all our queries and guided us with information we needed to go around Dubai. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in a nice hotel apartment. Thanks for the hospitality Mr. Prakash and staff at Savoy Suites.

Very welcoming, accommodating reception staff, very decent breakfast, within walking distance to supermarkets, shops and Burjuman mall.

Although the breakfast offered a variety of dishes, the croissant did not taste fresh. It's a shame that we were not offered cappuccino. The choice of hot drinks was limited. Other than that, the food was pretty good, especially if you enjoy Indian food. They had a good choice of fresh fruit too.

It’s clean and near to all amenities! The staff members are friendly and professional. Manar the staff member took care of me from the moment I stepped out of the shuttle service till the end of my short stay in the Savoy! Manah please don’t stop giving us the good service as the Savoy guests. My short stay in 3 simple short words has been nothing but awesome, amazing and incredible in the Savoy Hotel suites! I liked everything unfortunately …..I loved everything
