The alcove window of our room had a clear and exceptional view of the South Pier. Our beds were very comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located opposite a convenience store and is situated closely to the promenade and seafrront tramways. A decent overnight carpark was partially visible from the hotel and conveniently located within a walking distance of approximatley 200 metres with reasonable parking fees of £15 for the first night and £10 each subsequent night/day, compared to other local carparks we noticed that charged a fee of £20 per night with prohibited overnight parking.

Although our room was reasonably clean we brought air fresheners and cleaning products which we used for our own comfort and peace of mind.

The property is literally next to an amusements, across from a shop, chip shop and kebab shop. 2 minute walk from the south pier and very close to pleasure beach. Staff were so friendly couldn’t do enough to help and also went out their way to buy rock and juices for my kids as well as complimentary breakfast.

I enjoyed everything about the property I only think would be a little more milk & tea in the room however we didn’t mind nipping over to the shop for some.

The owner was absolutely lovely had our room ready for us on arrival even had treats for the kids. Beautiful building with so much potential really cosy room. Had nothing negative to say. The place is great and definitely worth the money. Breakfast was lovely. Definitely will be staying again. Thank u so much.

The location is very close to the south pier and the pleasure beach.

The bath towels could have been bigger. I brought my own so wasn't a problem. If I asked for bigger towels I would have got them. As the manager was friendly and helpful.

Staff are very welcoming Very kind and accommodating Pet friendly which is a big plus As my dog loves to travel with us Let me park my car in the front Which is very kind and lucky Fantastic breakfast Definitely will book again And let family friend's know too Thank you Vijay 🙏🙏

Staff are very friendly and accommodating, the price is great and you are right next to the beach. Dog friendly and we all felt welcomed as a family.

Good breakfast. Friendly family run hotel. I enjoyed my stay the location and price suited our purposes. No complaints and I would stay here again without hesitation.

Decor won't be to everyone's taste but it was clean

The staff were really friendly, dora the dog is really cute and got on really well with my dog. Very close to the main stripe and close by parking. Room clean and everything worked.
