The room was great value for money and the lady who welcomed us at the door made me and my family feel at home

Abit of noise coming from outside late at night due to the location but don't let this put you off staying as it was a great and welcoming place for a family to stay

Greater really friendly on arrival, we were able to put our bags in the room earlier than expected. Basic double room was adequate,nice bed, lovely clean sheets and towels, the room was quite small but the location was fantastic, a stone throw away from all the attractions. Breakfast was really nice which had a choice of cereals, orange juice and tea and coffee and a lovely cooked breakfast. Again the lady was always helpful and smiley😊

The property was super close to the Blackpool Pleasure Beach which was the purpose of our group staying. We were fortunate enough to get out to the local Wetherspoons for dinner with a 5 min walk. It was super easy to locate and all the facilities were great for what we needed to put our head down and get much needed rest.

I can’t say there was anything not to like.

The owner / manager was very helpful She was on hand too answer any questions and even though the hotel was small it was spotless. I will stay there again . Right at south pier. And beds were very comfy. Happy with the price I paid

Bed was very comfortable. Bedroom was clean and warm which on a cold and stormy February night was very cosy. Ok some things are a bit dated but it was clean which is more important to us so for the price I paid, I really can't complain. The hotel is in a perfect location for people visiting the pleasure beach, sandcastles and other south shore attractions. I was also lucky and able to park directly outside the hotel which was a nice bonus. It was perfect for our nights stay and we'll definitely be back again.

Being woken up at 4.30am by a drunk guy trying to get into the room next door by banging on the door and shouting and swearing at his friend who was inside sleeping, wanting his friend to let him in. To be fair the owner, she was there very quickly trying her best to quiet him down and resolve his situation and it was really not her fault and as soon as he was quiet again we got back to sleep.

Hotel is exactly what your paying for , staff were friendly and always ready for your breakfast at the set times , value for money is key here , good location also

The comfort of the bed and the food and the staff she wos amazing really helpfull WEN needed it and just a lovely person I carnt remember her name but she made the stay better. Will definitely use this hotel agen. And the location it's so close the the pair witch wos amazing aswell.

The family room needs to be bigger and the bath room wos so small I had no room WEN go toilet. But other than that every thing else wos amazing and I will use this hotel agen.

The host was very friendly and welcoming the breakfast was delicious 😋

Other than the room being a bit small there was nothing we didn't like.

Everything about our stay was incredible. The host couldn’t do enough for us. Everything asked or needed was fulfilled. Perfect stay would definitely stay again. Xxx
