This is a basic but clean and comfortable place. This place is in a good location. The Breakfast was really good and great value at £6

You have to agree on a £50 deposit in case of damages, which is fine. However, we were deducted £25 for my partners child wetting the bed. I gave all my contact details on entry. So I thought it would have been courtesy to contact me and let me know. I agree on the charge even though I didn't know it had happened. As a preventative measure, it would be an idea to have a plastic under mattress cover for the child's bed. I hope the hotel takes this feedback and takes on board what I put forward.

Beds were the best memory foam mattress and pillows amazing 😊big twin room very clean with large window at the front 😊shower was fab 😊breakfast tea coffee and fruit juices and cereals then full English breakfast with toast and James all for £6 fantastic 👍the owner mum and son so friendly and helpful myself and 3 friends defo stay again 🥳

Smell cuming in front door and hall was like stale cigarettes that's my only bad point 🙄

I loved how friendly and welcoming Yvonne and Alan were … they have only taken over hotel roughly 9 months ago and done fantastic to make it comfortable … we enjoyed our stay and really enjoyed breakfast. 15mins walk to central pier.

I didn’t like that there was no direct parking except from in carparks that cost a fortune luckily we had another family member that stayed in another hotel with parking space.

Needs plugs in the sinks that fit, or just plugs. Hotel phone number went to voicemail, no reply to my message. A number given to me, straight to voicemail. The number on the poster in the reception area doesn't take calls. We need a reliable phone number. We said we would be there for 2pm, we were kept waiting outside for nearly 20 minutes outside freezing before another guest let us in.

The room was warm when I arrived, because the radiator had clearly been on for some time. The room was clean and bright. Even the towels were artistically presented. The hot water ran hot quickly. The hotel is near the seafront / tram service and it was very close to an all day pub restaurant called the Duke of York. It is also in easy walking distance of The North Pier. The Vienna provides breakfast at a reasonable price, though I did not sample it on this trip. Instead, I ordered in a pizza late in the evening and made it last! Communications with the Hotel were excellent

I had an early start at a conference both mornings, so I wouldn't have minded the option of very early sandwiches to take way in lieu of breakfast, as breakfast at the Vienna started too late for me.

Allen & Yvonne were lovely hosts. Very welcoming and funny. Rooms were nice, clean and tidy, mattress was so comfy! Had the best sleep. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. Would stay here again without a doubt.

In need of an update but Allen & Yvonne haven’t had the property long, they’re made a lot of changes in a small space of time which is great so once it’s all done it’s going to be amazing.

The staff was helpful and friendly .the breakfast was very enjoyable and unlimited tea or coffee great value .you could 5 min walk to town centre .plenty of pubs in the area .

Good, quiet location near the north pier and Blackpool north station.

A few little cosmetic things that could easily be fixed with a little bit of maintenance but that's just being a little picky and in all honesty, the price was really good value for what we got.

Stayed here over the recent bank holiday weekend. Was greeted by Trevor who was warm friendly and welcoming. Our room was a well appointed twin room with 2 double beds which was a nice bonus. Breakfast was fresh and cooked to order for an additional £5. Had a lovely stay and plan to return to hotel Vienna on next visit to Blackpool Keep up the great work!

Did not have breakfast the staff was brilliant but wen we left we got threatened by man and women about my parking the car I was told were to park so I was not in the wrong wen someone e says to u hope u av an avmccident on the way home he's lucky I dud not involve the police will not be staying there again
