The accommodation was lovely. We had the penthouse, so there was a lot of space and very clean 👌everything was in walking distance. The biscuits and little chocolates were a nice touch to have a cuppa.

Firstly, we paid extra for the penthouse. However, the tv didn't have any signal that could have been knocked out by the storm the night before, but it should have been checked, really. Then, the next morning, the shower didn't work, and there was no alternative to have one! i did call Mike to have a look, but he couldn't suggest anything either as they were fully booked lucky we had some friends staying in another room so we had to use their shower but it was a rush as there were 4 people waiting to use one shower and with an hour to do so. Could have been offered an extra half hour for this. However, as a gesture of goodwill, Mike said he would knock off money next time we stay, but maybe a partial reimbursement would have been a better offer.

Great value for money, perfect location, clean room and had everything you’d need for your stay. Nice friendly welcome by one of the owners.

Lovely modern bathroom, although the toilet is in a slight awkward position so anyone tall could struggle with legroom when sitting down. Also something which I guess was overlooked, the complimentary biscuits that were next to the tea and coffee, 1 of the packets had already been opened and half eaten. Other than that, our stay was lovely and we would stay again.

Paul and Tony were great hosts and they and the rest of the staff couldn't do enough for you. The rooms were fantastic, great size of room with a sofa and coffee table, large choice of teas, coffee and hot chocolate with a lovely finishing touch of a few Ferraro Roche as well as packets of biscuits. Breakfast was just a few doors away at one of their other properties. Good choice of breakfast and again staff couldn't do enough. The location of the property was near the north pier within walking distance to most of the attractions. Took the tram to any attraction that was a little further away. We came by car but discovered that the train station was very close by should you prefer to use public transport. Would definitely come back again!!

Getting into the Mardi Gras for breakfast or later on for a drink could prove difficult as staying at 27 Lord Street we didn't have a fob and had to ring to get in. At times we weren't heard and it took some time to actually get in. Might be a good idea to provide your customers in your other accommodations a fob for the Mardi Gras or some easier way to get in for breakfast etc.

Room was lovely beds comfy plenty of the softest towels I have ever used.lots of added extras like chocolates, sparkly wine even some complimentary drinks vouchers ,ironing board and iron loads of cupboards even a umbrella and coat stand. One of the nicest rooms we have stayed in Blackpool and close to night life and shops.

Would have preferred for breakfast to be in the hotel but not sure if it was just a temporary thing due to change of owners but couldn’t fault the breakfast was cooked perfectly and lots of choice definitely recommend Q accommodation

Tony and Steve were excellent hosts, mix up with booking.com, but Tony couldn't apologise enough, took us to bar whilst they sorted room out and gave us Sunday lunch by way of an apology, first room was nice but upgraded us following day, Sunday roast was beautiful and breakfast was amazing every morning, thankyou so much q accommodation and mardi gras for a lovely 5 days

Just returned home from a weekend in Blackpool to celebrate a friends birthday, stayed in the seacroft guest house, what can I say about my stay but absolutely amazing Peter and Michael very welcoming and friendly, rooms very large and comfortable and absolutely spotless can not fault the room every thing you need for a perfect stay The rooms had a large shower/ bathroom, hairdryer, iron and ironing board and for if you get caught out and umbrella hanging in the wardrobe, fridge fresh bottled water and plenty of tea and coffee. Nothing to much trouble at breakfast and they offer a good variety I would return just for the excellent cooked breakfast. Highly recommend if you are thinking about a stay in Blackpool, short walk away from the front and couple of minutes walk from Blackpool north train station

Everything was amazing could find no faults.

Excellent hosts. Very nice decor. Very nice breakfast. Bargain price. Comfrotable beds. Next to the train station (Blackpool North and a taxi rank). Easy to understand why they get repeat business. Will be the first place I'll check for vacancies when I'm next in Blackpool. (for us smokers: you can sit in the garden at the front of the hotel). Easy access to surrounding pubs and clubs (Flying Handbag, Funny Girls etc..). Good nearby restaurants (reasonably priced). Short walk down to the sea-front (North Pier and promenade), about 8-10 mins. Sainsbury's nearby. Just far enough away from the nightlife to enjoy a quiet nights sleep, but close enough to walk to if you want to dip your toes into the bustling nightlife.

Michael & Peter were so welcoming and friendly. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well kept in all areas. We booked a larger room with staying 3 nights and it was huge! The bed was so comfy with extra pillows, plenty of drawer space, large seating area with TV, also a fridge with little extras like bottles of water & biscuits. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and the shower was spacious with plenty of hot water. The breakfast was amazing and plentiful . On Saturday when we returned they had left us an Easter egg and card in our room, really thoughtful. Such a lovely place we would highly recommend

Room was specious and immaculately clean. Large comfortable bed and homey seating area and ample storage options. Michael our host was kind and friendly and did well to accommodate our dietary requirements. We were invited to check in much earlier than the official check in was due, and the check out was also arranged to suit our travel schedule. Overall superb accommodation for a lovely dancing weekend in Blackpool - we'd be happy to stay at Seacroft again whenever we come back to dance in the Tower ballroom. Thanks from Milan and Dan

Peter and Michael were so friendly right from the moment we arrived and made us feel so welcome. Rooms are big with everything we needed including a full size fridge. Fresh bottles of water supplied every day. Breakfast was perfect. Even down to my veggie sausage. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone.

Shower takes a while to warm up and not much pressure. I think this is because we were on the top floor though. Xx
