Room was a good size with king size bed. Room and bathroom were clean nice fluffy towels. Location Is good parking available for residents. Easy check in online. Staff were friendly although only 1 person in the bar and she was extremely busy serving the bar as well as lunches etc.

The shower in the room needs upgrading to an electric shower it was run off the bath taps and extremely difficult to maintain a safe temperature as it seemed if another room was running water the temperature went either really cold or extremely hot, I would not recommend children used the shower.

A good spacious room and ensuite with a lovely shower following days out walking. The facilities were good and the bed very comfortable. Towels and toiletries provided. A pleasant nights sleep for the three days I stayed. The breakfast selection was very good and very tasty, setting me up for actioned packed days. Also nearby parking which was free, but do remember to register your vehicle registration!

I think there was some kind of water heating system positioned near the room and so I was awoken by this early in the morning.

Room at front of hotel - windows need replaced! Step up into bathroom quite dangerous

It was all ok the didn’t try the spa or massages as didn’t want to be stung with a hefty bill as for value for money well obviously I feel it could have been cheaper as a single room with no breakfasts staff really nice and helpful also feel the shower head holder was not very good needs a better type put in other wise ok

The restaurant was great with friendly staff and good food. The spa area was also great and it was nice to be able to go for a swim each morning.

The room was a bit tired and dated, there were also long hairs in the bath/shower that I needed to clean away before we could use it. Final point, our room was above the outdoor bar seating area, as the windows had been left open it meant the room got all the cigarette smoke wafting upward

Very nice food, comfortable room, good wifi. Lovely area too.

There was a random loud noise from the plumbing at 4.15am which woke me up!

we were in a cozy double, which actually turned out to be quite a comfortable size actually, but it was just where it was located, not fussed about the outlook over the flat roof, more the noise of the workings of the hotel, kicking in at 6:30 and then humming all day, had to have the windows open as it was a really hot weekend, maybe not so bad if windows shut, overall a great weekend just that one gripe sorry

Facilities were great. I travelled to Blairgowrie to compete in the Yomp. The hotel is 1.5 mike's away from the event and right in the heart of the town. Close by to the river, which was a lovely walk in the evening. Staff were very friendly, the lone barman was a real delight to served by and a very dedicated, hard worker. The spa and pool was very much needed after completing the Yomp. Breakfast was a real treat in the morning. Buffet style with plenty to choose from. Room size was a little small but had everything I needed for my stay.

Lovely central location, good that we were able to go early and use spa before room was ready. Room decent size and nice shower. Breakfast self service and choice good. Coffee from a machine.

Our room looked onto the street so a little noisy Old character building so if you have mobility issues speak to the hotel. Lift did go to our floor but we had 4 steps down to our room.
