The breakfast was delicious and very tasty, set in a light and airy garden room. Our host was very friendly, and nothing was too much trouble for us. The location slightly north of Perth was ideal for a stay on our way to the far north. If staying here, there are plenty of places to visit and Sterling was great.

This home is perfect - every detail is taken care of. We had a lovely bright room with a super-sized King bed which looked out over the back garden. Because we find Duvets too warm, the host immediately responded with an extra sheet we could use. The bedroom and adjoining bathroom are spacious with a tub and shower, lovely towels. The home is immaculate as is the garden. The breakfast room is a delightful glass room with lovely views. This is a restful spot for those travelling up or down the A9 - just a few minutes off the main road and a few minutes north of Perth.

Absolutely recommended this place! Great value for money. Irene responded to my requests quickly. Breakfast in the morning was delicious with many options to suit all. Our room and bathroom was spotless. The gardens outside are a lovely spot to have a cuppa.

I feel terrible to even mention but it's something the host can maybe look into. . . . After I had a shower the hot water had run out so my partner had to have a bird bath. Possibly a small hot water system?? Otherwise, no complaints :)

Irene was lovely, gave us introductions on the day of arrival to make sure we find the accommodation easily. The bed was really comfortable, we had a good sleep. I loved the biscuits with coffee in the room, and the bath bombs in the bathroom. The breakfast was delicious, best tea & coffee. The place is quiet and relaxing, we would 💯 recommend the Ordieview B&B.

Irene is really lovely. She gives clear instructions to her property as there were major road works in the A9. The house feels very homey and her garden is beautiful. Breakfast is delicious. Plenty of parking spaces and just 10 minutes drive to Perth. Good value for money.

The decor seems quite dated. We stayed in the classic double room- the shower and toilet are separated and pretty small but otherwise all good.

This was our second visit and we think this spotless, well located house is perfect for visiting Perthshire or Fife and ideal for breaking a journey overnight. Breakfast is made with kind hospitality to your wishes. The garden is beautiful and the rooms are cleverly laid out offering comfort and convenience. easy access to A9 but extremely quiet location. The village is attractive and has nice walks by the river.

Nothing really, we already recommend to friends. those used to a large bed may be cautious of the double bed but I slept almost 12 hours so it gets 10 out of 10 from me

Irene was very friendly and helpful and welomed us when we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She suggested a couple of places where we could get an evening meal and even offered to phone them for us to reserve a table

We had an excellent stay again. Breakfast was superb, very high standard of cleanliness throughout and Irene goes out of her way to make you very welcome. Would highly recommend. Look forward to our next stay.

What a lovely and peaceful place to sample Scottish hospitality. Irene is a caring host who looks after her guests well. Luncarty is a beautiful small village that embodies serenity. Would recommend the place. Lovely walks close by in lush greenery. This was a welcome change that suited us as we came from the deserts of Dubai for a wee break.
