The property was scrupulously clean. My room had an excellent shower and comfortable bed. The kitchen is well equipped. Tahir on reception was very friendly and efficient. I will certainly be staying there again.

Clean bright modern rooms and a great shower. Staff very friendly and there is a well equipped kitchen with tea and coffee as well as two large fridges for storing food. This is shared but I didn't encounter any other guests when using and it is kept clean and tidy
The current rooms are on the ground floor right beside a side street which was surprisingly busy and noisy with drunken and boisterous revellers on Friday and Saturday night. Luckily I had earplugs and the manager told me they are doing what they can to discourage anti social behaviour. Rooms on the other side or upstairs would be quieter.i expect.

This stay was an interesting experience. At the time of this review the Court House was not yet quite complete but the rooms so far available were very well appointed. This venue is unusual in that all facilities for preparing food and drink are located in a spacious shared kitchen. There are cooking facilities and a couple of large fridge freezers, with cupboards containing crockery and cutlery. There is also shared space in the open courtyard, with plenty of seating available, but this would only be useful in dry weather. My single room with ensuite shower was rather small, but a useful table and chair were provided, along with adequate space for hanging clothes. Although it was at street level, external noise was never a problem. All facilities were of a very high quality. As noted in previous reviews, the staff were helpful and friendly. The central location is close to the railway station and transport interchange. I did not require parking facilities, and it’s possible that these could involve additional costs. Allow some extra time at checkout for the refunding of the room damage deposit. At present prices this venue provides exceptional value for money on comparison with most local alternatives.
No view from the room. For a longer stay I would ideally like a larger room.

Close to venue and good value.Tahir very friendly telling us everything was steam cleaned etc
Lot of noise outside at night in the street.Following morning got out of bed and to our horror found the underside of the duvet had black hair and lots of black bits on it My husband is bald and I have blond hair.Got Tahir to look and all he said was that it was steam cleaned .I asked him if it had been flipped over and used again but he said no.He said he would speak to his boss as we wanted an apology and some sort of compensation.Don,t think Navid in London the owner heard about this.We stayed Friday 11 October for one night Have phoned several times but no reply forthcoming BEWARE

Great central location and the room was clean and brand new. The room had been very recently renovated and was very comfortable. There was a lovely kitchen available for use as well as an outside area to sit in. It was easy to book and check in and check out.
It was noisy on the Friday night as it was near pubs/clubs and when they closed people were rowdy just outside. As I had a ground floor room people were right outside the window. It was also difficult to find as there was just a printed out sign on the front door. At night this was difficult to see and I needed to call the hotel to find it. The guy at the front desk did come out to meet me which was extremely helpful and mentioned that they were newly opened so hopefully this will be rectified in the future.

Perfect location close to the middle of Bolton (walked from the university where I teach from time to time). Clean and excellent value for money. WiFi worked perfectly. Room felt new, shower also felt very clean and almost new. Very happy, have booked again. Tried somewhere else that was even lower cost but that really did not work out well for me - not clean or safe enough. Staff all friendly and helpful - and present when I arrived.
I got a small room which was perfectly OK. Would have liked a desk to work at. Happy though, am going back.

I did love everything about my stay. Staff were really wonderful through checking in and out. Very helpful when I couldn’t figure out why the tv wasn’t working lol. Facilities are nice and the bed is so comfy. Everything is also nearby so that’s super helpful.
Nothing I didn’t like. I just don’t think it should be advertised as a studio since the kitchen is completely separate and a shared space. Also, other guest could be heard way too loudly since I was in a room right near the kitchen. But that’s not the accommodations fault, more just loud guest lol.
