Location on the seafront was amazing! Just a 3 min walk. . Beautiful. . . Around a 20min walk to the train station/town centre. .friendly welcome, easy check in. . . Room was on 3rd floor, small single room. .had everything I needed. . . Bed was comfy, and loved the wide windows i could open. . . Bathroom was spotless, and the big bath was amazing. . View was just the car park area, but wasnt expecting a sea view. . Didnt use the bar or resturant. .

Room was VERY hot, even with the fan blowing/windows open. . . . The noise of a generator outside my window kept me awake abit. . .

Everything else was such a great experience.

The indoor heated pool was cold as my ex’s heart.

Very clean and very modern decorating and furniture. The bedroom was very clean, with high-quality mattresses and warm. The pool was open till 9pm but a little cold. We had a problem with the room booking, but the front of house and housekeeping sorted in within 10 minutes. The breakfast was self-service and very tasty. We visit Bournemouth regularly and this is by far the best hotel we have stayed in, it was worth spending the extra money.

Parking is limited and very tight, I would recommend parking on the road and paying the extra parking cost if a decent space is not available. The pool is very nice but cold. I paid for a room with a double and two single beds, when we got to the room it had a double bed and sofa bed, I think the room booking was messed up but we did work it out with front of house, although they would not reduce the price of the room.

Lovely location, right on the sea front on top of the cliff. The breakfast was nice rooms were comfortable and swimming pool more than I expected for the price. Between me, my wife and son we had a total of 5 rooms in our 2 nights day! Booked a family room which they could not provide, but more than made up for this with a double room plus single for our son over both nights. Staff are friendly and helpful and overall, very good value for a nice autumn break. Easy access to Central Bournemouth, parking outside £20for 3 days would recommend this fun hotel.

My recent stay at this fabulous hotel, just a 15-minute walk from the pier, beach, and big wheel, was absolutely delightful. Although onsite parking was limited, we found a convenient spot on the road opposite the hotel, albeit at a slightly higher cost. The proximity to the hotel made it a worthwhile choice. The hotel's facilities were outstanding, boasting both indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The restaurant by the outdoor pool served delicious food, and complimentary pool towels were a thoughtful touch. Staying in the Zara room was a pleasant surprise; despite not requesting a sea view, we were fortunate to enjoy one. The panoramic views were simply stunning, especially enhanced by the beautiful weekend sunshine. Our room itself was spacious and well-appointed, complete with amenities like a fridge, TV, and a lovely outdoor balcony area with seating. The housekeeping service was prompt and thorough, ensuring a comfortable stay. The hotel's bar area featuring a pool table was a fun addition to our evening activities. We particularly enjoyed our time there on Saturday evening and Sunday night when karaoke was hosted. The bustling atmosphere due to the hotel's popularity added to the overall charm. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel without hesitation. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the building was old but stylish. It was a little bit like stepping back in time. You cross over the road and can get the stairs down to the beach, and if it is raining you can just head to their small gym, enjoy the swimming pool and the steam room. I also very much enjoyed their dance studio. You couldn’t also borrow their board games. And the pub food was good too. Having the pre booked breakfast option with their buffet was brilliant, specially as we had our teenage daughters with us. Oh, and there was a very good massage, pedicure, etc options one could book.

There is some further maintenance to be done in the leisure facilities areas.

The room was lovely a twin sea view with balcony. Room 310 if you wanted to request a balcony. Nice clean room, modern, quiet. Kettle, plenty of tea and coffee. Comfy beds. 3rd floor but there is a lift. Location is great walkable to beach and town 20 to 30 minutes. The only downside to hotel is bar is but outdated and the tables were sticky. The spa is ok downstairs and no lift so not great for anyone with disabilities. Never ate in the restaurant or had breakfast so cannot comment on either. Would defiantly stay here again. :)

The location the facilities, being able to use the swimming pool at the next door hotel. The staff were so nice made you feel welcome. Didnt wait long to be booked in. The food was value for money. Nice area to sit in after dinner, there was live music one night. Spacious area to sit in and tables outside.

No air conditioning in the room which would have been nice after the heatwave we have just had. We did have a fan in the room nit it goes off after 60mins. The bed was a kingsize but not very comfortable dlidnt have a good sleep.

The hotel was stunning, and we loved the classical look that beautified the stay more. The hotel location is perfect as the beach and the town centre are nearby and it was easy to find too. The stay was brilliant for my 5 year old daughter as the hotel had a pool, which she thoroughly enjoyed it and this made it extra special for her.

Honestly, I didn't dislike anything. Even the hotel management was great too, and they have run it well and answered our concerns and also met our needs too.

Despite being terrible with names, I have to give a shoutout to Laura, or whatever her name was, at the hotel reception (spanish lady). She greeted us with such warmth that we almost forgot it was winter. The facilities were impeccably clean, and the view of the sea was so nice, even the waves were applauding our anniversary. Highly recommend booking here if you want your stay to be as unforgettable as my memory of Laura's name!

Well, finding out we could have saved by booking directly with the hotel was a bit of a bummer. And as for the restaurant, apparently, it was reserved for company end-of-year parties, leaving us hungrier than a bear in hibernation. Next time, I'll double-check the fine print before I get too hungry for a good deal
