Clean room, had soap and clean towels etc. bed was comfy

The whole building is a bit slanted / off and you can hear the neighbours quite clearly. It felt like a dorm room among many other dorm rooms rather than a Hotel or even a fancy Air BnB which is what it’s advertised as really. Not sure I’m a fan of these ‘automated everything’ approaches to key pick up and drop off either and the electric showers you find everywhere these days are a bit disappointing (low pressure and a bit flimsy)

The property was nice and clean and quite warm. The room itself Room One was a little small but all your usual amenities were present. The mattress was as soft as you get at any Travelodge that you just sunk into with double set pillows as well. Located in the basement it was nice and quiet. Room 4 is the one with the balcony and looks quite spacious from the photo within. The location itself is nothing short of ideal. It is literally a 5 minute walk up Cannon Place through the alley and you’re in the main shopping area. Head south and you’re on the beach front an 10-12 mins walk away from the Pier. Parking wasn’t a problem even with Brighton playing at home as Cannon Place is a dedicated Blue Badge area with some none disabled parking spots available. Nevertheless there is a parking garage in the same location.

The stairs going down to the basement were a little narrow so if one were a little inebriated they could pose a significant risk and or problem.

The location was brilliant - really convenient, and it was situated opposite a lovely square. The room was very pleasant and comfortable, and it was nice that an ironing board and hair-dryer were provided.

Just a couple of niggles: the information in our room asked us to put out the relevant sign to indicate if we wanted our beds made during our stay; however, there was no sign provided for us to use so this was not done. Also, we had a problem with logging onto the WiFi on arrival, so rang the number provided and left a message, but nobody got back to us.

Excellent location on a quiet street close to the center! There are tons of restaurants and shops nearby and it’s just a short walk from the beach. Our room was in the basement but had a window which was nice. The room was small but had everything we needed, including coffee and tea.

The communication could have been better, I received an email asking me to fill out an online check-in form but the link didn’t work. The email also said we’d get the check-in information two days in advance but we actually just got it on the morning of our arrival in Brighton. In any case the person I texted with was really friendly and they were flexible about the check-in time so in the end everything worked out fine.

We stayed in the apartment on the ground floor, it was perfect size, very comfy bed, good shower etc, we prefer a little apartment to hotels as it's nice to be able to make own drinks in the morning. Location is great - literally a minute from the sea front tucked in a lovely square behind the Grand Hotel. Car Park opposite so no issues there! Walking distance to the lanes and all the wonderful bars, restaurants and shops. We were only in Brighton for the one night visiting our daughter who has just started University there, we had forgotten just how much fun Brighton is! Highly recommend for a short stay - very well equipped if your stay is longer.

There is nothing that we did not like, it was a perfect apartment for a one night stay in the area - had everything that suited our needs.

The property is located in the central area of Brighton, just a few minutes walk from the West Pier. The area is very quiet and peaceful and there are also a number of different shops, bars, and restaurants within walking distance, which was very appreciated. The bedroom was a decent size room with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and a small coffee table. Despite the size of the room, I thought that the space was very well organised and everything seemed to be very efficiently arranged. There was also space for some hangers. I had a really pleasant stay and will definitely recommend it.

It was all amazing. Nothing to report.

Location was super good, so close to the sea! Tucked away in a quiet location - nice sized room with good amenities, sugar, tea, shampoo, hair dryer etc! Very clean and the beds were clean and soft! Has some great features! Easy to get to the room and to access the key! Good communication.

Only a few minor points - - shower had low pressure which made showers difficult (nice temperature though!) - perhaps another bottle of water needed for the room as we wanted a cup of tea in the morning (we had one in the evening and it was lovely!) But there wasn't any more. - the TVs basic channels did not work - it was just static, we did manage to watch ITV though which was great! - was unsure if we could book breakfast as it was crossed out on the laminated poster on the wall? Some biscuits or something basic would've been great alongside the tea!

This is a well-located little guest house. Everything works remotely, you get a code number on the day of arrival and once inside you retrieve the key to your room. The room is equipped with a double bed, TV, bathroom with shower, clothes rail, iron and iron board, a kettle, tea and coffee packets, mugs and glasses. There's a radiator, but we didn't need it, it wasn't yet too cold outside and the blankets were warm enough. We were happy with our stay here!

Our room was on the top floor, which for us wasn't a problem, though it can be quite the climb if you have heavy luggage or any kind of physical limitation, so keep that in mind. The carpet gave my partner allergies, but it might just be that once temperatures start to fall the room tends to get shut most of the time. We opened the window for a bit on the second night, which made it better.

Clean and quiet. They also provided drinking water, tea and coffee and I really appreciated that. The toilet is clean. The bed is so comfy. The sheets are so clean. Definitely no bed bugs. They really think about their guests. I recommend this place especially to solo traveller like me. I find it safe staying there.

The handle inside of the shower door is kind of big and sharp edged, it was cube shaped, and a person who has a wider body than me might be bumping on it often because the shower is not that spacious enough. I suggest to change the door handle inside into smaller one which has no corners.
