Overall i loved this place and would come back. I felt so impressed with lots of things but especially with the cleanliness, decor and atmosphere of the motel. The room and corridor smelt lovely and the shower gel in the bathroom too. I wish I could have bought some to take home!

The beds and pillows were not awful, but i felt they didn't match the tone of the place so could do with softer, more plush bed and bedding as they were not too comfy. Even though it's great that there's hairdryer and straightners in the room buf there's no kettle in the bedroom so you have to go out down the hallway to get hot water from the specific tap which can be inconvenient. We couldn't find the lift so we had to walk up and down stairs with heavy bags

I have stayed here possibly 5 times and I really like it here. Very comfortable rooms, great access to the city, good parking.

Three of the 5 times when I’ve checked in (as a woman staying alone) the reception staff have loudly told me which room number I’m staying in, and each time it’s happened the reception/bar area has been pretty full which has made me feel somewhat anxious during my stay that people know there is a woman alone in room xyz… please write it down and slide it across the counter or something rather than announce to the reception area the room number, it’s unsafe. I’d also say that while I do really like Mollies, it is rather expensive for what it is…

I faced unexpected health issues during the night. I cannot praise the night porter for the help he gave to me. It was exceptional customer service, can you please pass on my thanks to him, he went well beyond the call of duty to assist me and I am sorry that I didn't catch his name. Also I should thank the duty manager for her care and attention on arrival and departure, again exceptional customer service and would definitely stay at Mollies again as a result of my positive experience when I found myself in wholly unexpected trouble.

The chat facility was not available between 11pm and 7am, the time when it might be required most of all? I had to resort to shouting for help when I was stuck on the floor and had to shout for help.

The rooms are modern and stylish, with really comfortable beds and a lovely little bathroom. Having the sink in the room is a bit strange but useful sometimes! I also thought the smart TV was a really nice extra, allowing you to stream your own stuff if you want to. I've not been to a hotel that offered this before.

There are no kettles in the rooms. It's really weird to expect people to get dressed and go into the hallway to make their tea or coffee in the morning! They suggest taking two cups out on a tray but not sure how you're supposed to carry a tray and go in and out of your locked room (I couldn't). At least supply a jug or flask or something... Really strange and inconvenient. Apparently it's for environmental reasons but you can find small eco friendly kettles that use less energy...

Pleasant staff, comfortable and modern room, good breakfast at the diner, situated near shops on Cribbs Causeway. Spacious room with great hairdryer and straighteners provided. Large screen smart tv with all info available. Hot and cold water available at the water station 24/7. Plenty of on-site parking.

We were on a 3 night stay and coming back after our first day out the bed had not been made, the cups were dirty and tea and coffee bags not replaced. However we had been given clean towels and after informing reception staff the room was left clean and tidy on subsequent days.

Everything about this hotel is fantastic. Firstly don't be put off by its proximity to the M5, I didn't hear a thing and my room faced it. And don't be put off by the name motel, it's a proper hotel. It's also not in the league of say the nearby Premier Inn you can see from Mollie's, this is way better! The staff were exceptionally friendly, I loved the reception with its seating areas indoors and out, self checkin although I was checked in by a team member, and how the reception was a multipurpose space as a little general store selling the products from the rooms, a 24 hour bar and a 24 hour hot drinks station. The room was a decent size and I loved the decor, and the split bathroom with the sink in the entrance area and the shower/loo in a separate room. The shower was powerful, instantly hot and l liked the Cowshed products. There are tea and coffee (coffe bag) kits in the room but no kettle; instead there's a tap in the hallway outside the room that does instant near boiling water and also chilled water. Thought this was a brilliant idea. Eat for dinner in the diner, I thought when it came to playful and fun service but still professional for casual dining then these folks have nailed it. The restaurant was designed like a retro diner but far more contemporary furnishings. The Camembert has browns were a dinner highlight and the avocado, poached eggs and smoked salmon for breakfast as gorgeous. Everything is branded, the beds are made extremely comfortable, you wouldn't think this is a burgeoning chain rather an established operation who has it nailed. It's a relatively new hotel and I would certainly recommend it - perhaps one of the top five hotel experiences I've had, if not the top.

Location is easily accessible in Cribbs Causeway right off the roundabout. The rapid and fast chargers are easy to find and use which was a reason I wanted to stay here. The accommodation was comfortable and spacious and the technology worked well. The room's heating controls although not obvious when off worked perfectly once I located the panel. The shower was large and the rainfall head was lovely. I used the diner next door for a Grab & Go dinner and then again for breakfast which was also good value and they took account of my allergy needs.

The entrance to the motel is tucked around the side which was not obvious at first as it was dark when I arrived - I asked in the diner and they very kindly pointed me in the correct direction! There was no desk in the room which was not great as I had some work to do on my laptop. The lack of a kettle was unusual but not a problem as I was told about it and found the boiling water tap in the corridor easily.

A short break between Christmas and the New Year to Mollie's which was excellent. Room was a very high standard, clean and very comfortable. Huge bed, decent pillows, excellent shower, Cowshed toiletries and big fluffy towels. Their diner next door is good value and I would absolutely stay in a Mollie's again. Great location and staff were lovely.

If I had to mention one thing, it would be that the app for smart entry and controlling the TV kept logging us out so we'd have to add our booking details constantly. But that's really a very minor detail.

Great value for money , twin room ground floor. My friend and I was attending a pageant , we both felt safe , the cow shed toiletries was lush , the coffee facilities was well stocked .Ghd straightners and dyson hair dryer, and the power shower , clean towels everyday , all staff was nice too . Will definitely be returning.

The hot water / cold tap in the hallway is a good idea but could do with one further down the hall. or a travel kettle in the room if you know the person staying has a mobility issue , wasn't major as two of us stopping so we took it in turns .
