We loved this place. It was very busy when we arrived and a bit crowed since it was a Sunday however we stayed two days and the week days were more quiet. But the view was exceptional and a great place to walk along the beach area. Some good eating places close by. The room was not like fancy hotel room but it was cozy and quaint with large windows looking out at the ocean. The bed even though is was a double we managed because it was very comfortable. This was one of our favorite places to stay on our Ireland trip. They also served a delicious breakfast.

This is a fabulous location for exploring the Causeway Coast and it is a perfect place to stay within Portrush. The restaurants and town centre are just a few minutes walk away and there is quick and easy access to the West and East Strands. The decor is dated but the accommodation is clean and the towels are beautifully soft and sparkling white! Timothy is a wonderful host who is generous with his time and always happy to have a chat. He is extremely friendly and very helpful and enthusiastic about recommending restaurants, places to visit, routes to take, etc. His wife, Sam, is equally friendly and together they offer a very welcoming service.

The decor is in need of modernisation but if you overlook that and enjoy the quirkiness this is an ideal location and the best value in the area.

It is in a very central location in Portrush, which is a very central location to explore the Antrim coast. We were in Room 1, which was very comfortable, and also had a great bay window with chairs to look out at the beach and activity going by. Breakfast was good, and the host was friendly.

Parking is on the street. We did not have a problem parking the first night during the week, but the weekend was a challenge. It was a nice weather, and locals were at the beach and boardwalk. Also, we had to miss breakfast the day we left because it was not served early enough for our timing.

The location and views are outstanding. The room size was excellent and had been decorated since the photos. The bathroom was bright and light. The host welcome was very friendly and informative. We were lucky on a sunny weekend to get parked on the street outside which is free. It was easy walking around the seaside area with good local facilities

Room next door slammed their door and front door every time they went out well into the small hours. Bed mattresses needed replacement, they were uncomfortable. Toiletries were a little lacking

A fabulous traditional bed and breakfast right on the sea front. Our room was beautiful, clean and comfortable with a splendid sea view. Tim and Kath were wonderful hosts and the breakfast was excellent. Tim's collection of his own photos displayed on the walls are amazing!

Parking is difficult - just a case of driving round till you find somewhere. The town was extremely busy when we arrived, but we soon found a parking spot on the next street over.

Very good service. Tim, (the host) went out of his way (beyond expectation) to help us out with our needs. MUCH APPRECIATED. Great Breakfast. Will definitely recommend this location. Our room had a fantastic view of the bay, and we enjoyed the sunset tremendously.

Parking was a bit challenging, but I guess it didn;t help that we were there on the busiest weekend of the summer. We figured it out with Tim's help.

The hosts were just so lovely, friendly and helpful. Made us feel very welcome. Stunning views and in a superb location. Lovely breakfast! This place has the potential to be excellent. Hard to write a negative because the hosts were Amazing but I do need to.

This is hard to write because the hosts were Amazing! The big double bed I was on was very uncomfortable and could feel the springs through the bed. The hand towels and face washers were cut up pieces of old towel which was surprising and disappointing. Never seen this before.

Location is fantastic, right in the heart of Portrush by the Bay. Gorgeous view from the sea view rooms (highly recommend booking this option, if it’s available). Hosts are extremely accommodating and friendly! Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Fantastic access to Giant’s Causeway and Dunlance Castle!

Breakfast was a bit plain, but was fresh and good quality food.

Harbour Heights B&B is a great place to stay. The host Tim is very welcoming and attentive and had recommendations. The location is ideal, with beautiful views and easy access to local attractions. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, ensuring a restful stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing experience.

Location was perfect. 1 minute from train station & 1 minute from harbour. Close to restaurants and directly facing the beach. The view from our window was stunning. Room was clean. Hot shower & comfy bed. Everything we needed from a traditional B&B Sam & Tim were lovely & helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer
