More than impressed with the quality of the food and the room, we were expecting a basic sort of room as your competitors offer, but the room was very comfortable, and larger than expected. The breakfast was delicous with top quality ingredients. Your staff are fantastic, friendly, so helpful..nothing is too much trouble

Downpoints.....1.The small amount of parking is not great. 2. The bar ran out of many items, and a delivery never arrived. We would happily book again for our next trip in November, but maybe with a discount and pre booked

We were a group of three and had a family sized room which was great. We had enough space, the room was clean, good air conditioner and a large bathroom. You could sleep comfortly. The house was quiet you couldn't really hear other guests beside you in other rooms. The breakfast was great. Everything nicely prepared and a large variety of food. Especially the english breakfast was to our liking. You could also get a to-go-bag if you have to leave early like we had to for our flight. The staff was really friendly and attentive. When we had a problem they immediately could help us

The only bad thing we had was that the sofa which was turned into a bed was not really that comfortable. But it could have been worse. And there was no brush for the toilet. I don't know if that is a German thing, but it is really nice if you don't want your companions to see what business you had on the toilet.

I love the the breakfast! They have different options and they are always hot. We also get to serve yourself. The staff were very polite and kind. The Supervisor was always going round the table to make sure guests are happy with their meal. The room is very clean and I love that they have daily room cleaning service. They also have nice seating area to welcome and chat with our guest. It is a short distance from the train station and close to different stores. I had a seven night stay with my family and would do it again.

Nothing. I will like to suggest that the hotel entrance from the street and signage should be cleaned or repainted. If you see the signage of the hotel from the street, you would think it is a run down hotel until you drive in and see the beautiful white building behind.

Excellent hotel. Delicious and varied breakfast. On the last morning we left early and were going to pack a dry breakfast with us, but it turned out that a full breakfast was ready after 6 am. 10 minutes walk from the railway station, 15 minutes from Gatwick airport and the same to London Bridge. There are many different shops nearby, including Lidl. The first night we checked in late and it was cold. I asked for an extra blanket and they made the air conditioning warmer. The next day it was already warm. I missed the information about the 50 pound deposit, I didn't want to pay it by card and they allowed me to leave the deposit in the EUR.

The room was very clean and well designed with a large television and sufficient plugs. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was also well designed and very clean. There was also complimentary coffee as well as an ironing board and blow dryer. The breakfast was also excellent.

There could have been some more space for clothes or more drawers close to the bed to put personal items. The lighting was good but could be improved with a little more thought. Time to start including a small fridge in the room. The surroundings were not so appealing as a result of garbage.

The staff at Holiday Inn were exceptional. You would not expect a chain hotel to provide such attentive service. I was highly impressed with the the service we got at the front desk as well as during breakfast. I will recommend purely based on the staff. Breakfast was simple but lovely, everything you need to get your day started. Well done to the team at Holiday Inn Express London Croydon!

The location however wasn't so great, but thats no fault of the hotel itself. Although was close to a train station so we could still get into London fairly easy.

I really enjoyed 2 nights at this hotel with my mom, everything was mega clean, tidy, newly refurbished and very modern. We loved how the decor and everything was perfecto, the staff was super helpful and very welcoming. The breakfast was very nice and many different options, also some cups to take away which was very nice to keep up for the day. The quality, the price and the service was amazing. Bed super comfy and clean, bathroom very nice, nice soap brand Dove which it was nice to see as sometimes they only give little ones but it was very nice treat. Nice little table to eat and nice TV. I would recommend.

The only thing I can say that I didnt like was the area at night, I've been before in Croydon but the place where the hotel is, definitely is not for a girl to walk at night, is a bit dodgy. If you go with someone else, taxi will drop gou off at the door or if you plan to get to the hotel early (9/10pm) it will be perfect. If you plan to get to the hotel late at night, by walk, I wouldn't recommend much for the area but other than that.... the hotel is amazing 👏

This is a beautiful property I like the manners and respect of all staff. My children and I 1st time at a hotel so they were excited and loved it what a great experience for us all. All shop very close by.

One lift stop working and 10 floors very bad with children and babies. I paid for parking and staff parked in my reserved space waiting for me to get back and it was like 15-20min to get me and my children in our room. On the 1st day I had gotten a ticket even doe I had my disability badge and the space was free all day so not happy about that and all I got was an apology.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the same every day, but good. If you stay in the hotel for several days you get a bit tired of it. The room was nice, clean, the bed was comfortable.

The only problem I perceived was related to the window. It didn't seal properly. As it was cold outside it seemed to me that the room cooled down quickly, so the air conditioner was on all the time for heating.

The room was good, however, I only managed to shower and change in the room as I was a party planner for an event at a venue in front of the hotel, by the time we had finished I only had time to run to the room get changed and vacate. So, I can't address any comfort issues of the bed. It was an adequate room the shower I had getting ready for the event was fantastic, the room was cosy..

There only being 2 lifts to serve 9 floors meant there was a long wait at breakfast to get to an from the room to the ground floor.
