The Room was good size, the double bed as well as the bunk bed on top of it was comfortable, with clean bedding, towels and provision for soap/shampoo. Like any IBIS budget, it was a basic value for money clean room, with shower cubicle, a small size we, and a sink with a mirror. Staff are very courteous and friendly, and always happy to help. They also heated milk for our little baby and gave hot water.

Its a basic room, so nothing fancy. No fridge, kettle etc. But good value for money for the location. The breakfast is £8.50 per person, again very basic cereals, milk, bread toast, croissants and coffee. They have little selection of cheese and meat slices for non veg.

Good size and very good for price! Lovely location aswell with food places just outside aswell as a cinema. Easy to follow instructions were sent before arrival which made finding the place very easy. Beds were very comfy. And plenty of mirrors which made it easy for me and my friends to get ready at the same time without fighting over the mirror 😂 To add, staff were extremely friendly!

The toilet being very small and the sink being right next to the bed. Also would have liked if there was a couple of mugs and a kettle in the room so we could have a coffee on the morning before we left we left ridiculously early (5am) so breakfast understandably wasn’t available so being able to make a hot drink in the hotel room would have been perfect. Other than them 2 very minor things. Everything else was perfect

The rooms themselves were the highlight of the place, especially for the budget price. They were really clean and nice. We also needed parking for our rental car so that was why we picked the place!

It’s very out of the way from the city center so keep that in mind. About a 30 minute walk or 10ish minute walk through an industrial type neighborhood to the subway (we always felt safe even though no one was around). We took the subway everywhere and it worked out well for us, so recommend that. But keep in mind if location is everything for you this may not be the place.

Smart bright rooms, with a bunk bed cool enough for my 10 year old (going on 16). Friendly staff, and perfectly adequate continental breakfast. Easy drive anywhere in Glasgow, with ample free off street parking. Of the 4 hotels we stayed in this did come out top. Will be back.

Can't really complain. A lift broke down, but it was fixed and back in service quickly. We had a noisy neighbour, but staff sorted that quickly. Things that in other hotels might have spoilt the trip were sorted without fuss quickly and efficiently. My daughter loved the bunk bed.

Great location. It’s a thirty minute walk to nippon kitchen. The car park is huge and free to stay. Just pop up to reception, put your reg in the tablet and you’re good to go until you leave. The room was basic. It’s a four minute walk to the biggest buffet. Don’t recommend going for food at the fire pit & kiln . Hotel is close to a bingo place and to an arcade/bowling alley if you wanted to waste some time. Pretty good location if your car isn’t within the carbon range to go into the city centre

I don’t think the shower was cleaned correctly. Found a hair on the wall when your inside and facing the shower door. The plug sockets are at the corner of the beds. So you’d need an extension cable to bring it closer to the bed… if you have it on one side like this you’ve got to be careful as the shower door literally opens right next to the bed. So the floor can get wet. Bathroom door lock didn’t work so you can smell the toxic fumes your partner emits whilst using the toilet.

Continental breakfast was brilliant; loads of different items such as berries, pastries, cheese and meats. The parking was handy and there was plenty, and the view was good as it was high up. The price was good for a fairly central location, the shower and bedside lights were excellent. Clean and smart bedrooms.

There was an extra single bed over our double. We booked triples as it sounded as though the views were better and they were no dearer than some other rooms with fewer beds. The single bad was just the height for me to bang my head on if I got up through the night. Fortunately it was my forehead both times and not very sore. The washbasin was in the bedroom rather than the shower room or toilet which I felt was less convenient. I don't think the heating could be increased above 20 degrees but that was just about adequate for us. No tea facilities in the room but being called a budget hotel not unexpected and there was tea available elsewhere.

For the price this was an excellent place, room was clean and tidy (also cleaned regularly throughout the 4 day stay), large comfortable bed, with a bunk bed attached, TV and a private shower room. Location was very good too and easily accessible by bus or walking from the city centre.

A kettle would be a great inclusion, as nowhere to get hot drinks. Also a little more clothing storage space or even an extra shelf. The clothing rack provided was enough for a few items, but the rest had to be kept on the table or bed.

The rooms are pretty standard for this type of hotel, the bathroom included in the room and everything is minimised. Although the space is limited, it is plenty for the traveler who pretty much only spends time in the room to get clean and sleep after a day of exploring the city. Everything was clean and looked new, the staff was very young and friendly, the breakfast very tasty, as well. Very good value for money, especially since they have access to parking and you can walk to the city center in about 20minutes from the location.

I can't think of anything I would change, it was as expected.

It's my home from home tbh. I use to come up & stay with my Partner at the time, for gigs n stuff. So I decided I'm not gonna miss out on gigs and have been coming up to stay on my own. I always feel safe and very comfortable when I'm there. Staff are always friendly and polite. I've just recently beat Cancer 💪 still suffer from some health issues, but to know I can come up to the city myself and stay is incredible for me. Hotel is always nice and clean, nice and peaceful. I absolutely love it. And always look forward to coming up to stay. Amazing hotel and superb location. With my other health issues, mobility can be tough, but to have all the entertainment around the quay. It truly is my favourite place. We and I have been coming up to stay for many years now. And I won't stay anywhere else. My first time up myself. I stayed in Room 801, sounds silly but when I got to my room I cried a little, so the room is quite special to me and has a amazing view. I hate to leave haha. I just want to really thank you all up there for always looking after me. Keep up the amazing work! I'll be up soon

Only thing I found a little difficult was no seating area at the smoking area. I don't know if that can be helped. Js a little bench would ideal. But nothing else comes to mind that I don't like.

Given its reasonable price & the fact it was a budget chain I was really pleasantly surprised with how many boxes it ticked. The room was bigger than I was expecting, & even though it was very simply furnished & set out, it literally had everything you needed without the extra bells & whistles. The ample free parking was a plus, it was an easy enough walk into the city, the staff were always pleasant & helpful, & the £8.50 for the continental breakfast was great value for money. Look, it’s not in the flashiest of locations in Glasgow, but I was overall impressed & would likely stay there again.

Not sure if that area of Glasgow is a bit dodgy? I wouldn’t say we felt unsafe, but we were very alert walking back from the city at dusk.
