Convenience, ease of parking, modern and clean. Check-in was was quick and front desk was helpful and accommodating.

We skipped breakfast and checked out within the hour after the free breakfast is over. Turns out all the coffee and tea making facilities in the common areas were turned off completely. When enquired if we can get some hot water for own tumblers and teabags, cleaning staff's response was a curt no. Not even a suggestion that we can order coffee/tea and pay at the bar counter - which we thought what the response would've been. Had we known it was going to be that strict we could've kept our room's access cards a few minutes longer to use the kettle. We have stayed at a similar Hamptons property in London with great facilities, service and attitude and thought this property would be the same - not quite.

Great hotel, large room, very comfy bed with a large television and a handy fridge. Shower was powerful and everything was spotless. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast could be improved with other options such as poached or fried eggs as only scrambled eggs were available and items like bagels would have been a nice addition but otherwise it was sufficient for my stay. Room was quite hot and as you cant open the windows you rely on the air conditioning which wasnt anywhere near cool enough for me. I like a cool bedroom and I was very hot which made sleeping a little difficult for me.

Breakfast could have been a little better. Air con needs improving.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful, despite me requiring extra help (getting oxygen to room etc ). Lovely range of food available for breakfast, all freshly cooked (waffles/cooked items) and hot! Room very clean and modern with good range of services (kettle/iron/hairdryer/big TV with WiFi, fridge etc). Good disabled facilities (accessible room) including "wetroom" style bathroom, which had 2 different level sinks, making it easier to reach for wheelchair users. Nice space in general in the room for access for wheelchair user, for turning space etc.

The bed was too low, was very difficult to transfer down into, and up out of into my electric wheelchair, due to the height differences. I didn't realise it was going to be lower than a standard height bed! It would be helpful if this would be advised when booking.

Breakfast is included. Good food. Clean room. Helpful staff. Except for one guy… he is no help to anyone. I didnt get his name bec he was not wearing a name tag. He looks like a middle eastern man.. he has beard. I was trying to ask him something and it seems like he’s not even trying to help or talk. That morning, there’s also one person who asked something to him and he just shrugged his shoulders. And the man, instead of getting upset he lectured him and then shook his hand. (That man really seem to be nice and collected) I mean, I wasn’t the only one who encountered how rude he is.

Overall I had a nice stay at the property.

Clean, quiet and comfortable room. Breakfast was good too.

Receptionist was not overly friendly upon arrival. It is nice after travelling a long way, to at least be greeted with a smile and appreciation for staying at the hotel. Staffing at the bar and reception was poor. Had to cue to cheque out, and told we had to wait 10 minutes. Also, on my previous stay, I didn’t have to pay for parking, this time it was £4 per day. That wasn’t in the details when booking.

The bathroom was great and an amazing shower . Good size room and air conditioning . Everything in the room that we needed . Friendly and helpful staff . Great location .

Food and drinks were very expensive . I met a group of friends at the hotel , all of us staying at the hotel . We always eat there but this visit we had to leave hotel and find some where to eat because your prices were so high and over priced . Drinks were also very expensive. Such a shame because we have always arrived at your hotel and been able to eat but can’t now justify the food and drinks prices .

oh it was wonderful ,the staff all so very kind ,all smiles made us feel so welcome ,the room 112 was so lovely a really big bed ,so nice done out ,and spotless clean ,lovely touches with shampoo conditioner ,and hand cream all smelt so good ,they really do think of the customers here ,i wished we could had stayed more will go back .a lot of people who use the airport stay here ,felt safe as you use the card key for the lift ,and very quite ,the breakfast is amazing ,so much to chose from ,i am 68 never made a waffle before lol but you can make your own ,which was fun ,for what i paid for the money ,it was amazing value ,i would give this 10 out of 10 ,and thanks to the lovely staff who cares ,also if you got a blue badge you dont pay for the car park ,but great hotel felt quiet posh xxx

nothing bad all good

The hotel is in a good location. It’s very modern, clean and airy. The rooms exceeded our expectations. They were clean with quirky pictures. SMEG fridge and kettle. The bathroom was a good size an a very good sized walk in shower. The bed was superking sized, brilliant for my husband and I. We had a good nights sleep. Breakfast was plenty adequate. Some cooked options and cereals and a small selection o& pastries and hot drinks. Perfect. Parking was £4 for 24hrs.

Modern well designed hotel. The beds, bedding & towels were all very good. Nice shower. Good soundproofing. (Could not hear the motorway close by) Good breakfast in a pleasant, sunny, open-plan area with lots of choice about where to sit.

The extractor fan in the bathroom stayed on all night. Minor point, but a large kettle with very small cups. It was tricky to find as there were roadworks nearby & sign posting is poor.

Relaxed atmosphere and modern hotel. Nice touch of 2 lovely Christmas trees in the reception, decorated really nicely. Room with good size TV and fridge. Breakfast good and breakfast lady with red hair went above and beyond to ensure that all food and drinks were replenished and she worked really hard for the smooth running and she was so helpful.

Check in took a while as they thought that I hadn't booked a second room and it all seemed quite complicated on the system to eventually find the booking
