Beautiful well maintained character building. Comfortable room with plentiful drinks, biscuits, toiletries. Lovely gardens and bar/lounge.

The only down side was the lack of a lift. A lot of steps to negotiate between reception and bedroom and no offer of help with luggage.

Nice room mostly friendly staff nice choice of drinks and food . Bar staff in the main bar was excellent I forgot his name and feel bad because his service was the best and I would come back because of his service

We was at a wedding on the evening and the service in the bar was poor they was also not very friendly. Breakfast was ok but a little cold I think this might have been because we was in a different room with the wedding party for breakfast also don’t like sitting with dirty plates for a long time because we was left too it

It's a very comfortable, homely sort of place, yet the rooms are modern and smart. The grounds are beautifully kept, although, on our latest visit I did spot two blades of grass that were out of place. All this while looking out of the window as we enjoyed the best breakfast we had on our tour of England, which involved several hotels. The staff are delightful, efficient and very friendly. We typically visit England, once a year and always stay at Hogarth's, we even have a favorite room. I'm not posting which one it is, because then you'll want it!

We ordered the sunshine package, but on one of our three days, we had a rain shower!!

Have stayed a few times before and enjoy going back each time. The rooms are always clean. Staff are friendly and the food is great. I only live down the road and always book here for when I want to treat myself to a night on my own.

Stayed before in a superior room and had the same booked this time. However the room I stayed in was significantly smaller than the previous superior room. The shower pressure wasn’t great either. The mattress on this occasion was so soft and lumpy that I really didn’t sleep well. It’s such a same as I really like this hotel a lot.

We thought the whole of the hotel was amazing ,modern , up to date and clean and have already recommended the hotel to all my facebook followers and thats not something I do very often.

If there was one thing we didnt like was the choice of food for the evening menu, no traditional English meals apart from Fish & Chips and the House Burger choice , No pasta dishes BUT there was Salads???? Its Winter who wants to see a salad on an evening menu at this time of the year. I did however notice a lot more choice on the daytime menu, maybe next time we will eat at lunch.

We had a 60th wedding anniversary celebration dinner booked. Service was excellent, everyone enjoyed their food. We also had breakfast on day after with 10 guests. Service at breakfast was not so good I'm afraid with people waiting for food. The celebration couple who also stayed the night were wished a 60th Birthday not anniversary which was slightly disappointing considering we have advised hotel before. Although they were both happy to be 60 again ! All in all a lovely stay and we will return hopefully over christmas period

Better service at breakfast . 1 barman was not very welcoming to guests. This was noticed by other guest in hotel also.

A rare gem of a place where exceptional care and attention to detail, genuinely run throughout every aspect of the experience from the customer care team on the front desk, to the quality of the rooms, the wonderful food and the beautiful landscaped grounds. Whichever staff member you spoke with, they could not have been more helpful. The venue was also extremely tranquil providing a very restful break and as dog owners we and our dog felt very welcomed and pampered throughout our stay. Having stayed in many hotels over the years, this is a rare example of a true benchmark hotel to which others should aspire.

Some staff were unhelpful and surly, we were attending a funeral and were somewhat difficult regarding us arriving early, just 1pm ish, not early morning, and having somewhere private to change after a three hour journey! It was a Monday, and hotel wasn’t particularly busy. Also one of the bar staff was very unhelpful when we arrived, I approached the bar and was told to wait on our table outside and someone would come and take an order, we didn’t have long and had to leave, but nobody came for fifteen minutes! I could have carried it back from the bar myself quicker! We are regular guests here as we have friends and family In Kidderminster but would consider other options in the future due to some staff attitudes to customer service!

Everything! The location is lovely and peaceful, the building is stunning, the room was spacious and well equipped and the smart TV is an added bonus too! We had dinner and breakfast and the food was superb. The staff were very friendly and attentive. While we were there they had a large wedding on and the staff handled it so well so we didn’t feel their focus was somewhere else.

The only negative points I have is that the shower in our room (217) leaked quite badly and the windows didn’t close tightly so there was a bit of a draft. Neither of these are deal breakers though, we would definitely stay here again!

Our room, 231, was far too hot! It was over the laundry room. We could hear the extraction fan at night! We had to request sheets for our top cover and the maid was very helpful in providing these. Another major problem was the leaking shower door! Water poured out when in use, as there wasn’t a seal at the bottom of the glass! We reported it but no maintenance as it was Bank Holiday weekend. We made do with three bath mats!
