It had all necessary appliances including washing machine, crockery, washing up liquid & sponge, very clear instructions on how to enter the property and very responsive host. Also, got a free upgrade because a bigger studio was empty, was very kind of the host. Might be obvious to some, especially considering the price, but I would definitely suggest bringing slippers to move around in, as the floor clearly gets a lot of traffic from the outdoors and is a bit shabby. Importantly, the bed and sheets seemed clean and comfortable. The shower worked well, it struggled to drain a bit, but nothing serious. The window blocked out the sound of the main road super well. First impression was the area was a bit dodgy, but once inside, was all good and felt secure. 2 minute walk from the bus stop to the front door was very convenient. Would definitely consider staying again.

Very quiet and private place; all the facilities such as microwave, hot plate, fridge, tv, fan, shower, bath, utensils etc.; walking distance to city centre about 25-30 minutes; dock to charge electronics; proximity to a variety of shops to get groceries; easy to get in and out of the building.

The bed was a bit on the rickety side, every time I sat on it or turned around in it there was quite a lot of creaking. The steps leading up to the unit could do with a hoover. But honestly those are minor things, I would stay there again if I needed a place in Leeds :-)

I like the fact that everything was in the room. The studio setting perfectly suited my needs and I also like how close it is to the city with different bus options to get to the city centre. It’s about 10-15 mins away from the city centre

The only thing I didn’t like was the stench from the toilet but I’m guessing it’s because there is no ventilation or extractor either

Paul was super accommodating helpful and friendly. Property was on a bus route to centre didn’t take long and taxis were cheap and east to access! Small compact but perfect for a shopping trip with your bestie!

Nothing really it was located on a main road however being on the underground basement it wasn’t noticeable. Ideal for a weekend away would stay again.

Comfortable flat for a great price. Having a full kitchenette was perfect. Easy check in and ample parking. Bed really comfy. Would definitely stay again.

Decor was not finished and cleaning could be better, but didn't bother me. Functional and affordable.

I did get a room with a bed and a large chair in the front room. There was a set of drawers and a wardrobe. The kitchen was big with a cooker, microwave and a table with 2 chairs. The cooker works fantastic with a fan assisted oven. The bathroom has an electrical shower. Even though this house is on a very busy road I've slept so well! The bed is firm and suited me fantastic. On the day of my arrival the owner, Paul sent me loads of information of how to get in to the property with clear instructions. I cant fault it in any way! Its worth every penny! There is offside parking just outside the property on the backside. Im quit lucky that i know the place and so I know my ways around. But if you are new to Leeds it's still is really easy to work it out. Paul also gives you great info of how to get taxi. If you prefer to take the bus, there is a bus stop right outside that takes you in to town. You can pay on the bus or download an app to pay via that.

I think there is only one thing I can write here and that's that I couldnt change the bag in the bins. But that's no big deal!

Just the cleaning is down. The flat looks like wasn't clean for long time

The accommodation was fine, the bed comfortable and the cooking facilities very good. (I can't really rate the staff as l didn't see any!).

The floor could have been a bit cleaner and l had a bit of trouble operating the shower

There was an issue with electrical outlets losing power one day, but Paul was extremely helpful and had it fixed straight away. He was also very helpful with the check in process.

I really liked the location close to the city centre, a real bonus after a long journey. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. Comfy bed and quiet part of town. Oven was like new, good washer/dryer and had iron/board for my shirts! Can highly recommend as will be using on my future visits to Leeds, Kudos to very friendly and accommodating host.

That I didn't need to stay longer!
