We loved the location as it was really central to everything. We also loved the location by the railway and seeing the trains, for some this could put them off but we were happy especially the children!!! Good size flat, clean, easy fuss free entry with codes etc.

Noise all night on the Friday from a nearby club/party that did not stop till 6am. Some of the accommodation was tired and in need of repair (door of integrated dishwasher was off, handle on kitchen door broken, mould on bathroom ceiling needs addressing, opening windows in smaller bedroom and living room let in drafts and did not close/lock proprerly, wardrobe door in smaller room needs hinge repairing).

Loved it. Great place. Loads of space, fantastic price and great for a small family. Having a mini market next door and the facilities to cook made it really easy. This is the second apartment within the book binders complex that I've used and I'd definitely stay again

The apartment is amazing but the area unfortunately is not. The property is down a small alley and the area has a lot of homeless people most of whom appeared to be drunk. Obviously this is nothing to do with the property but it does affect arriving and leaving and I could see it swaying people's opinions before they even arrive. As for the apartment itself it could just do with a bit of a once over I think. Curtain pole hanging off in the living room. Wooden surround next to the fridge was loose, bathroom extractor didn't seem to be coming on. Just a couple of small fixes would make it perfect.

The property was comfortable and spacious and good value for money

Some of the kitchen cupboards were a bit smelly from food previously stored there. A drawer in the freezer was broken and unusable. The dishwasher was full of half used dishwasher tablets and there was no tea towel provided to dry up hand washed dishes. The toilet seat needs securing or replacing as it was wobbly. However these were only minor niggles and overall we were very pleased with the apartment.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. We came up to Leeds for 2 nights for my graduation so I was with my family. There were 5/6 of us in total and there was plenty of space in the apartment. It was modern, well furnished, clean and spacious. Excellent location, right by the city centre, less than a minute away from the coach station. Kitchen had everything you needed, smart TV available, plenty of towels given and heating was excellent. On the first night, I couldn't figure out how to work the shower and the hot water but thanks to the 24/7 help service available I was able to sort it out right away. Will definitely be staying here again !

Great for what we needed. Secure, close to the bus station, close to calls lane and a short walk to the train station. Apartment was big and modern, had all the facilities we needed, kettle, hairdryer, bath and shower (although was a little temperamental and didnt turn off easily). Lift up to the floor we were on which was great as we had suitcases. Price was great and all the info was provided promptly and was detailed. Would definitely stay again with friends but probably not as a romantic getaway.

The apartment is metres away from the train tracks, which wouldn't have been a problem except the window in the smaller bedroom didn't close so we were woken up every time a train went past. Couldn't find any more pillows and there was only 1 each on the bed which was a bit uncomfortable. TV didn't work - we didn't need that anyway but someone else staying there might.

it’a in a beautiful area! The apartment is small and the double bed is quite small too, but in the end it the staying was comfortable!

One of the sofa bed (supposed to be for 2) wasn’t really very big and it had bumps that made it very uncomfortable. There is though another single sofa bed, so I recommend you ask for the bed sheet for it if you are 4 people.

Location was very convenient for arriving from Leeds station and also getting into Central Leeds. The apartment had obviously been cleaned to a high standard and all furniture and fittings were comfortable and well maintained.

In the bedroom located the furthest from the living area, one of the windows would not close correctly, so had to be kept shut using the curtain. This also meant that there was quite a lot of noise from the train line below.

I did not like the individuals we encountered picking up cigarettes studs in the dark alleyway leading up to the property. Also the Trainline was very close and noisy preventing my grandchildren from getting to sleep. finally I did not think when I booked it that it was so expensive- but it is what it is

I like access with extra security on 3x codes. For short, perfect stay.

There was parking inside the property gate, and shame there was no option of using it, as I needed to take all the staff from the car and carry it to the place leaving car in random parking, what makes my stay more expensive.

Very clean with everything you needed for a comfortable stay.

Train noise was slightly disruptive outside bedroom window but it wouldn't put us off staying again
