Our whole experience was just perfect ! Our rooms were spacious , spotless and bright. The bed was sumptuous , the bedding of the highest quality and we all had a perfect night's sleep. The bathroom was gorgeous with lovely products and towels. There was nothing we could fault. The location was excellent , handy for shops , restaurants and the Albert Docks , all within walking distance. There are no words to describe the breakfast ! We were all blown away by the quality , choice , service and while experience .

The only criticism we had was the bar prices , where a round of 5 drinks cost £61 !! We would have loved to stay in the beautiful bar area for longer , but chose to go elsewhere for drinks .

Excellent central location, buses, trains, attractions, restaurants all within walking distance. All staff very friendly and courteous. Airport link bus right outside door.

Room very good but with some maintenance issues, broken desk lamp, safe locking mechanism detached from safe, only one chair and that felt liable to collapse at any time. The view from the room impressive so a table to sit around in the evening would be a nice addition. Information regarding parking poor, ended up booking parking through Q-Park. Rang the hotel (I think) to enquire but the operator was quite dismissive saying they did not handle parking. On arriving at the hotel I was informed the hotel do in fact subsidise parking charges which would have reduced my parking costs considerably. The hotel website does not CLEARLY outline steps required for the parking discount, if it does it is overly complicated.

I have stayed at the Hilton several times, primarily due to its central location and easy parking at nearby Liverpool One. Was pleasantly surprised by the staff at reception who gave me a free upgrade to a corner room. This was very welcome, although sadly it came with problems mentioned below. All in all another decent stay.

Corner suite heating wasn't working on one of the coldest nights of the year. Brrrrr. A blind was missing from the bathroom which means that John Lewis staff can see you on the loo or getting in/out of the shower! By the way, if you're thinking about having a conference or event here, go elsewhere. The C&E staff here, with the exception of a couple of very junior staff, are not interested in your business and you will get better customer service at other venues.

I liked the manager queenton he is very pleasing on the eye 😉 pitty he wears a wedding ring 🤦🏼‍♀️ Helen from the restaurant she was amazing! Made my family feel welcomed and was so helpful to my parents! Raymond (ray) was just amazing! So very helpful he couldn’t do enough for me and my family! All staff there were amazing ! Thanks guys!

No hot chocolate in the room for my 11yr old I did ask as he doesn’t drink tea or coffee 🙄 when I replied to the message asking how my room was I didn’t getting a response, ask for still water as there were just sparkling water in the room… no response (via text) However when asked for anything staff were attentive!!

The hotel is in an ideal location has everything you need at your doorstep shopping,restaurants, bars, bus stop etc such a convenient location. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable & staff are so friendly & helpful & go out of there way to help you in any way they can, food is lovely too good breakfast with loads to choose from & so well presented & of high quality, we had dinner one night of our stay which we couldn’t fault only reason we didn’t eat there the other nights of our stay was because we were meeting family who had arranged to eat else where! Would highly recommend The Hilton hotel Liverpool to anyone 😊

Beautifully located next to the Liverpool One shopping center and close to the docks, this hotel is ideally situated. The nearby Pure Gym, just 100 meters away, is an added convenience. The hotel gym offers a good range of cardio equipment, though the weights are somewhat limited, with dumbbells up to 30kg. Additionally, it features a Precor cable crossover machine, a Precor seated leg curl, a Precor leg extension, and a Precor abs/dips machine.

Heavily carpeted more suitable for winter weather. The bar restaurant offered chicken meal, it was frozen boxed processed chicken. We had to ho to Nandos at Liverpool one for the late night meal

rooms are very nice, great views out over liverpool, and very luxurious beds. bathroom has nice toiletries, bath and shower which was very nice to have access to. complementary tea, coffee, cookies and water is also provided in the room. Downstairs bar area is very nice with a great selection of drinks, and the breakfast is exceptional and comprehensive, as is expected with a Hilton. Lovely location, just opposite the Albert dock which was easy for the evening on the first night getting out and about. Reception staff are very helpful and were able to arrange taxis etc for me with no issue. Recived a complementary upgrade with Gold Hilton Honours Membership, which also granted access to the executive suite which had complementary drinks in the afternoon.

some of the furnishings are slightly scuffed in the rooms and there was spotting on the armchair, which made me rather disinclined to sit on it. I wish they still gave miniature shampoo and conditioners and not the refillable bottles.

The location is super. Excellent staff, who went an extra mile to deliver a mini fridge in the room, immediately responded to all our queries, kept the hotel in pristine clean condition, good food, good chef with attention to our allergies and delivered yummy food. Fabulous stay!

The smell of tobacco in the non-smoking hotel is disturbing. Though the staff reacted immediately and offered to move the room, we stayed in our room and used the air freshener. Nevertheless, it might be a good idea to allocate smoking places away from the ventilation system.

It was very clean, comfortable bed and furniture, good air conditioning, no noise coming from the surrounding areas which was a surprise due to the location. The staff were very polite and helpful when checking in.

The television was a little bit outdated, for the price of the room I had hoped there would at least be a way to access apps on the tv such as Netflix and YouTube, but not too big of an issue. The lack of plugs by the bed was a little bit inconvenient as if you wanted to charge your phone while in bed it wouldn’t be possible without supplying your own extension chord.

The location was perfect for what we needed to do and see.The staff were very friendly and nothing was to much trouble when anything was asked of them. The breakfast was superb and set us up for a long day of walking and shopping

We didn't like that there was nowhere to keep anything cold eg drinks, chocolate or medicine, however we were given a coolbox when we asked about a fridge which sufficed. I personally found the bed a little high for me
