The hotel is having a refurbishment. I had a room with no window as advertised. The builders started work at 08:30 M-F. I paid £185 for 5 nights for a zone 1 hotel. The bed was comfortable the linen was clean and towels & room cleaned on a daily bases if you leave the card on the door. The shower was strong. The bathroom was usable. There was a wardrobe, bed side draw set, a microwave, kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine. The reception staff were nice, helpful & accommodating. A tube station at each end of the road within 150m or less. This is not a 5 star hotel, it is probably geared towards short stay tourists and workers like myself. If you are looking for a 5 star experience look else where. This is a clean budget hotel.
Well as above; the builders were in, the room was tired, but clean. I would have liked a window. The bathroom was small. But but but I paid less than £40 a night for an on suit room. With the bonus of a microwave. Great for working away.

Fantastic value. Staff were very friendly. The location is great - Earls Court tube about 150 yards away. This road was quiet yet only 150 yds from Earls Court Road for pubs, eating places, supermarkets etc. Room was spotless and comfortable. There were building works going but didn't start until 9.00 a.m. and could barely hear them. There is a lift. My room had a cooking area with fridge and microwave! No cutlery etc but useful to know. This is not a criticism but a suggestion but a little warm glow table lamp on the bedside table would be the icing on the cake as could turn that off from bed!! I will definitely look to stay again!! Thanks again for a nice stay.

I recently stayed at the Boka Hotel and I am happier with my experience. For the money we paid, I rate it 10/10. Located in Central London, it offers great value, especially considering its proximity to the District Line Metro station. Although some people complain about the cleaning, construction, and view, I found these concerns to be largely unfounded. The cleaning was perfectly fine and met all my expectations. The construction nearby is just a part of city life and didn’t bother me at all. The view is adequate; realistically, if you’re paying £20 per night, you can't expect a sea-facing window and balcony. Check-in was smooth, and the guy at reception was incredibly helpful and amazing. If you're looking for an affordable place to stay for 1-3 nights, Boka Hotel is perfect. Overall, it’s a great budget option in a central location. Highly recommend!

The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Earls Court Tube Station and a 10-minute walk from Earls Court Road shops, pubs, and food outlets. The room was clean, and the en-suite had a bath and shower. The room had a fridge, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, fan, and towels. The TV was internet ready, and you could watch Prime, Netflix, etc., with your subscriptions, which was necessary as the wi-fi was non-existent. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet. I had a good night's sleep.
Only a few minor things. The wi-fi didn't work and the bath towel was no bigger than a normal hand towel. And considering there's a fridge and microwave, there's no cutlery or plates.

During previous stays the rooms were basic but we were pleasantly surprised when we stayed in Room 010 with all new modernised room and all the mood cons that came with it.Decor and room were brand new and refreshed Quick and easy check in staff very helpful Walking distance between the choice of 2 tube stations making it easy to get into central London and around ( especially Wimbledon if you're a tennis fan)
Not major problems but.. The TV for all it being brand new was not tuned in to any channels. And the window blinds would not close near enough the window so still let through the outside light, daylight or a view of any passing guests/ people arriving through door

The room was a great size, newly painted and furnished, lift is very useful, a little hot as window didn't open fully (and no a/c) but a lovely room
It would be great to have a full size (or just larger) mirror, room only has small face mirror in bathroom, also it would be great if TV was tuned, it kept asking me to log into my personal iplayer account or netflix account which I don't want to do on a public TV, wifi also dropped out occasionally, there is an odd 50GBP charge when you check in, they refund it at check out, but with no mini bar or phone what do they think I will steal that costs 50GBP?

The location was fantastic, between two stations within very short walking distance (e.g., just around the corner). I selected the hotel because it was on the underground line from Heathrow, and it was very easy to access from the airport at 6:00PM. The room was clean and comfortable, and the microwave and coffee machine were great to have in the room. There was a supermarket around the corner, too, which was very handy. All things worked acceptably (eg TV, Shower & other appliances).
The paint job and furnishing were a little rough around the edges. I don't know if that is an "England" thing or the hotel, but everything seemed unfinished. The bathtub/shower had concrete sheeting that wasn't fully nailed around the bottom. Also, I don't understand why there was concrete sheeting around it. There was paint on the bathroom tiles, light fittings and bathroom fittings. The flooring didn't have end strips. The bedside lamps weren't plugged in. A little more finish, styling, and the hotel/room would have been great (which would cost very little). I don't know if it was under renovation and wasn't quite finished or that was it. That said, I would happily stay there again as it was completely reasonable for the price point.

Great location for a really good price. The staff members were kind and helpful. The mattress in our room was amazing. We had a really good sleep. Our room also had a tiny kitchen space with a mini fridge, microwave and a kettle and the big surprise was a coffee machine, as most hotels offer capsule coffee only in their executive rooms.
The hotel is under a refurbishment. I do understand it's a long process, but some small maintenance and housekeeping work could be done easily which could increase the positive reviews on this place. For example our bathroom was nasty. I found hair in the shower from the previous guests and suspicious 'dirt' next to the toilet. The shower head was also falling apart.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The members of staff dedicated to cleaning were also very polite and responsive to anything requested. For instance, I was asked for my fridge to be increased in temperature as my food was freezing over and they fixed it immediately. Clean towels and other supplies were also changed every single day without having to be requested. The beds were super comfortable and clean. The TV was also working perfectly and had a number of programs including netflix, amazon prime, spotify and youtube. Location is also idilic (literally 5 minutes to M&S food, Coop and Boots and just a 6 minute walk from the tube station).
If I HAD to complain about anything it would be that the toilet leaked a little bit and the shower was a tiny bit small, but apart from that everything was great.

Great location, easy bus/tube links only 3 minutes from hotel, spotless room, comfortable bed, quiet at night, friendly staff. Room had a fridge, kettle & microwave, which is really helpful for travellers like me on a budget. Great area, with many dining options nearby. Can walk to Natural History museum, V&A, Albert Hall, etc.
The lift was out of order, but an engineer attended during my stay, so I expect it will be fixed imminently. The staff kindly carried my case up to my room, which was much appreciated. There are currently no breakfast options available at the hotel, although there are many places locally where you can find one.
