the room was really comfortable and it had everything i needed. it was nice having a kitchen with microwave, mini fridge and being able to make coffee and tea. great location, close to earl’s court station which has a direct line to heathrow airport. it was super easy getting everywhere i wanted to go.

really small sink and there was quite some noise coming from other rooms at night. i had trouble getting into the room but was quickly helped by staff online.

Fabulous location! The beds were comfy.

We were in the basement family room and it was very damp, with windows that only opened a crack. The rubbish bin provided was very small, with no replacement bags so we had to go and buy some more. A toaster in the room would also have been great.

The location was great. It was extremely close to a tube stop with good connections to Central London. It was also very secure, and the staff were lovely. They responded 24/7 and accommodated where they could. The facilities were modern, and the bed was comfortable. It was overall an incredible week and I would consider staying here again. It was so easy to get to and from everywhere needed.

We initially stayed in a King Room, but had to move as it was facing the street - it was incredibly noisy and we couldn’t sleep. The staff were wonderful and moved us to another room facing away from the road. I’d consider this/make a special request when booking. It would have also been good to have some sort of hob/cooking facilities in the kitchenette. There is only a microwave, fridge and kettle.

Kensington Rooms is a structure in a 10-minute walk from Earl's Court tube station, which makes it the perfect place to stay if you plan to visit the city easily. The area is full of cafés, pubs and restaurants (there's also a chemist's) The room was spacious enough for 2 people, the bathroom was supplied with all the essential products and had a tiny window on the roof (making it quite sunlit), and the little kitchen was perfect for a last minute meal. The road beneath is indeed busy, but the isolation was good and we slept well. The staff answered to our questions in a couple of minutes via WhatsApp. I would highly recommend this place if you aim to explore London from a central position.

Extremely comfortable and convenient location, home from home with great facilities and felt very safe as a solo traveller.

Wi-Fi was very intermittent so unfortunate I couldn’t get any work done and had to go to a nearby cafe. Be warned!!! When registering it will ask you for an approx check out time: they take this as gospel and the cleaner arrived at 8:01 and practically kicked me out. There is no option to change this if your plans change on the day despite being officially check out time of 11am. I found this really frustrating and inconvenient. Getting in the property is also tricky which lead to me being stood outside for 30 mins in the rain awaiting access.

Very tidy! I liked the kitchenette. It has utensils and dishes for two. Newly renovated so the overall feeling is nice. Location is easy to find, near to the Tube and buses. Earl’s Court Road has restaurants, pubs and a grocery store and there is a big Tesco within eyesight from the front door. Backyard terrace looked very nice although we didn’t spend time there. Best water pressure I’ve ever experienced in the UK! There are shampoo, conditioner and soap which were very nice quality. Shower has two heads - rainfall and hand held. Our room even had a balcony. The TV was also working fine and Wifi was good. We didn’t hear any noices from other rooms. The staff sent nice messages and I felt I could easily contact them with any problems.

Warwick Road is a very busy and noicy road, with emergency vehucles driving quite often. If you are bothered with traffic noices you should ask for a room with windows to the back side of the building. Shower was a bit small and sometimes smelled a bit from the sewer. It was very usable so no big deal. Fridge is very very tiny. (But there is a fridge which is a huge plus compared to many places.)

Even though the building is old, the room is refurbished and has a good design. The view (even though I had a water pipe in the middle) was good from my room on the 3rd floor. I liked the coffee and other treats. We did not use it, having a microwave in the room is very convenient. Whenever I needed to, I reached out to the staff through WhatsApp, they were always ready to help. All these above, the location was perfect and close to Earls Court station.

Staying on the higher floors is a bit tiring since there is no elevator. While I was checking in it took a bit of time for me to understand how I got in. However, the staff through WhatsApp helped me with that. Walls are thin and you may hear your neighbors.

Very good location. Modern interior and very clean. Massive cudos to the cleaners of this place as it felt spotless! Good temperature and everything you expect and a little more. Nice shampoo etc in the shower. Plenty of pillow options and towels. Nice breakfast in nearby cafe.

Digital key didn’t work as I turned up. Once I called the customer service number it was sorted very quickly though. I was on the 3rd floor and dragging suitcases all those steps was a pain. No sign for a lift so don’t think there was one. A little noisy. Both from outside but also from the fridge in the room. Earplugs had been providided probably more for the outside noise. Having said that I would stay here again.

the room has useful amenities that were extremely helpful for me (i stayed here 8 nights). I feel that the room was thoughtfully designed as everything inside made sense. There was 80+ tv channels and chromecast too! As a solo female traveller, i vouch that my stay here was very comfortable. The room was very very clean and the location was excellent. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, supermarket (sainsbury) and even hypermarket (tesco) 200m away. The bed was not the softest and the pillows are not as fluffy as i would prefer, but i still had a good sleep every night. Although there isnt any staff on-site, they are contactable and was very responsive throughout and even late at night. They also check in on me periodically which made me feel safe. The only improvement i would suggest is perhaps including a laundry room (pay-per-use is a great option too) in the building since the place is perfect to accommodate guests staying here for more than 5 nights.

I had trouble opening my room doors on various occasions and i had to reload/refresh the door access page a few times. Although it was frustrating at the moment, It still isn’t a big issue though. the longest i was locked out (of my room, not the building) was 7mins. Not sure if it was an issue with my phone or just technology hiccups.

It was fantastic experience. The staff was absolutely amazing ,even if the communications was only through WhatsApp, but it was vey fast and very quick response. I manage to book this apartment for wrong dates without cancelation fee, but the staff help me to rebook my booking without high up charges. Room itself was very spacious and clean(and we had small double room).it was actually very nice, modern and cozy. Bathroom could be bit bigger but we cant complain. I read other reviews and was a bit concern about the noises or high temperatures....I must say non of it applied to us, we went when the temperatures was about 25dgr and it was not overwhelming hot in room, also it was the time when Notting Hill Festival took place , which is not far from where we stayed, and honestly there was no problems at all...although we were so tired after all days out and exploring London, we wouldn't probably even hear a thing any way. For more sensitive guests, the room offer earplugs. Only 5min walk to subway, loads of shops and restaurants around as well. Honestly I cant say bad word about the apartments. Thank you
