The room given to me was comfortable and clean. Location was very convenient as it was located very near to the tube (about a 3 minute walk) and it was very accessible to many other underground lines. Check-in was very easy and the receptionists are helpful and friendly. Also a value for money, given its location and felt very safe as a solo female traveler.

The room was a little tiny for one person. When I opened my luggage, it was difficult to walk as there was no space.

Great location and clean. Perfect for one night stay

Reception staff were not very welcoming and quite blunt when dealing with us on arrival. TV in one room wasn’t working and when we advised reception of this they came to the room with new batteries for the remote which subsequently didn’t solve the issue. We were then told by one of the same unwelcoming reception members very abruptly that “There was nothing they could do”. No offer to change rooms or offer and compensation for this. We don’t usually spend time in the room so this wouldn’t have been an issue but it was the overall response we had to this issue that was unpleasant. The next morning we found that the 2nd room we had booked for friends also had a TV that was not working correctly.

I loved the convenience to the stores and pubs. Very close to the tube. Considering the busy feeling of the area the street where the hotel was located was pretty quiet. For a solo traveler as myself for just a brief stay, It was perfect and suited my needs very well. Maybe just maybe I was under the impression I was getting a better room on a different floor but really no complaints because I was there for just a very short visit, it was fine. Completely quiet and private. I would’ve liked to see more offerings for breakfast, maybe more than assortment of fruits and muffins and such. The reception area was very welcoming with coffee and tea service all day. I enjoyed hanging out in the reception area looking at my photos of the day and making my calls. The music was very pleasant. The reception area was very welcoming. Tatiana was especially helpful taking some photos of me since I am a solo traveler and wasn’t able to get nice pictures. She helped me out and was very sweet. There was an issue on my last night in town with an inoperable toilet luckily there are facilities on the main floor. Maintenance wasn’t scheduled in the evening so very luckily there were facilities on the main floor for my use. It would’ve been nice to be shown to my room when I checked in I’m not savvy with the way some hotels work and I couldn’t see how to turn the lights on. Apparently, you have to insert this card into a reader, but I had to go down to the lobby to ask them for help my point is that upon checking in, someone should have really brought me through the place to show me around. That would’ve been a really nice touch. It wouldn’t hurt to leave a box of tissues in the room also.

The welcome was perfect, took care of our bags even though our room wasn’t finished yet, even got offered another room instead of waiting. A 2min walk from Earl’s Court station was perfect and also just 15-20 stroll from Stamford Bridge.

The room was smaller than expected and the bed was barely enough for 2 people. The walls were thin and we could clearly hear the conversations of our neighbors. The breakfast was quite simple but enough to last until lunchtime I suppose. We didn’t expect the biggest English breakfast but this couldn’t have been simpler, but with the price for the stay it may have been expected.

We booked two single bed rooms and they put us side by side with a connecting door between the rooms. During check-in they made sure that it is ok for us and also asked if the door should be locked or unlocked. The location of the hotel was perfect, not to central, but so close, that we could easily reach it from Heathrow Airport, aswell as taking three different lines to the city from Earl's Court. The rooms were bigger than expected.

The breakfast was more continental, not the typical british breakfast. But it was still sufficient with some variety and we didn't start the day hungry, all good.

The location of the hotel was perfect! Right round the corner from the metro and train station, with lots of restaurants within walking distance. The room was lovely and the beds really comfortable. The staff were all lovely and really helpful. Especially in helping us book tickets for a train trip. The breakfast room was an excellent start to the day with lots of continental options.

We had trouble with our key card the first 2 days, but after they replaced the battery in the card reader on the door it worked perfectly!

This hotel is wonderful. I arrived at Heathrow on an early morning flight and headed straight to the hotel, arriving around 8 AM. The check-in time was stated as 3 PM, so I resigned myself to killing time with my tired body until then. However, to my pleasant surprise, I was kindly offered to check in early because there was a room available. This was incredibly helpful and allowed me to rest well. In front of the front desk, there is a coffee server available 24 hours a day, accompanied by cookies. Breakfast includes ham, cheese, croissants, yogurt, cereals, as well as bananas and apples. The most noteworthy aspect is the hotel’s location in the quiet residential area of Earl's Court. It is a 5-minute walk from the subway station, very safe, and there are many stylish pubs and bars nearby. Additionally, there is a classy supermarket. I can definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in London.

Nothing special

I choose this hotel for its location - handy to the Earl's Grey Underground and ease of getting to the Museum area - only a short walk away I was only in London for one night I booked a double room. Hotel was able to store luggage while we waited for the room to be ready - after 3pm. We didn't take the breakfast offer but we could of if we wanted too - usually I don't have breaky, complimentary tea and coffee inside the lobby.

The double bed was not able to be accessed on both sides of the room - the double bed was just pushed up into a corner. Hallway light came into the room from under the door - I have to question if the door has a fire rating

Room was comfortable with Air conditioning and a tea/coffee station. Great location, 5mins from the tube station, in a area with plenty of choices of restaurants and supermarkets. Possible to walk to the natural history museum and V&A Museum

Noise from outside easily comes through the single pane windows. I had a room with a locked door linking another room, sound could easily be heard from next door. Better sound proofing on entry door. Curtain was stuck or difficult to open to allow sunlight in
