Friendly hosts, very good location near tube and bus stop, walking distance to Hyde Park and Holland Park. Modern and nice bathroom, simple and functional furniture with everything you need for a short stay.

Location is 100/10, so convenient, we walked to Kensington Palace, Natural History Museum, Victoria &Albert, the neighbourhood is just superb to wander around. The next street is full of restaurants and shops, and the subway is right there, we could take a direct line to most popular spots The room is small but cosy, comfortable bed too

The bathroom door was a sliding door that only closed 3/4 of the way, my friend had to help from the other side to close it all the way and open it again, that was pretty annoying Also it is indeed a bit noisy as the street traffic gets loud in the morning, but for us it wasn't a big issue, we were dead tired each night anyway. Just to keep in mind for light sleepers

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Kensington Stay, and I can confidently say it was a fantastic experience! The location is unbeatable, with the Earl’s Court tube station just a minute's walk away. This made exploring central London incredibly convenient, as the journey only took about 15-20 minutes. The apartment itself was wonderfully equipped, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend it for singles or couples looking for a cozy getaway. The only minor drawback was the bed, which was a bit hard for my personal preference, but this was a small issue compared to the overall quality of the accommodation. A special shoutout to the receptionist, Adnan, who went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed during my stay. His helpfulness made a significant difference, and I truly appreciated his assistance. Overall, Kensington Stay offered a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and excellent service. I look forward to returning in the future!

Clean, tidy, comfortable and great location really close to Earl’s Court underground station. Friendly staff

A bit noisy due to the road. Some other residents were a bit noisy and some slamming of doors.

1. Great location! Very close to the Tube (5 min walk) and to the bus station (right under the hotel). 2. The room was clean, The shower was new and the cleanest we have ever seen in a hotel. 3. There are supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance from the hotel.

1. During the day (not at night) you can fill the train passing underground the hotel 2. There is not good noise insulation between the rooms 3. There is sunlight in the morning through the window because the curtain is not 100% light-blocking

The best location with Earls Court Underground just a 2 minute walk. Earls Court is on the direct line to Heathrow AirPort and to major London sites. A bus stop right outside the door, and a five minute walk to a host of fast food chains, pub’s and restaurants. The room is small, but has everything you need, a great bathroom and mini kitchen. The staff are super helpful and friendly.

The lift is broken so if you are not physically able to carry your bags upstairs, maybe ask for a room on a lower floor. But the perks of the location to Earls Court out weighs the negatives.

The place was cute and clean, the room, although small, was very ergonomic and convenient, with enough space for our belongings. It had a nice aesthetic, and despite its size, it provided all the necessary amenities for someone looking to have a light meal or enjoy a coffee. Another highly positive aspect of this accommodation was its very convenient location.

The fact that it is located in a noisy street with poor sound isolation. There was noise from outside and there was no way to darken the room in the morning due to the bright curtains made it difficult to sleep. Another inconvenience was the broken elevator, which required us to climb two flights of stairs to reach our room.

The elevator was out of service.

I loved that it was in Kensington. It was a 2 second walk from Earl court station (if you leave the tube station the correct side haha) which has good connections. I also liked the fact that we got access codes and could check ourselves in, it was an easy process. The room was on the smaller side but it was enough. We didn’t spend much time in there aside from sleeping/getting ready etc so we were happy with it.

The only thing we didn’t like was how busy the road was. We managed to still sleep well over the weekend as a whole. The noise starts in the morning (around 7) but if you had earplugs you’d be fine!
