Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The property was very clean and had a good aesthetic vibe. The breakfast was excellent. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was very good. Great location. It served our needs for a short stay.

The room was very small and not really a twin room it should only be a single. There was no tea and coffee making facilities. I thought the room was overpriced for the size.

The staff is what ties it all together! Extremely friendly and helpful, I am grateful to them. The location is also magnificent and the facilities are good enough to not think about anything.

It is a very tight space so if you are coming for a week or so and have a suitcase, there is no place to store an open luggage, so unless it’s being used, you will have to close it and put it upright to have enough space to move around the room. Also, the breakfast lacked some sausages or similar, most of it was croissants and buns. Still tasty, but would prefer a more traditional eggs and sausage option. That was probably the main issue, but if I consider the location, breakfast and staff, it’s still worth it.

The staff here are so lovely and friendly I just couldn't fault any of the staff from the reception to the housekeepers. The rooms are super cute and Cosy with great technology in the rooms Location I'd fantastic a 5 min walk to the Earls court tube and a 2 minute walk to the closest bus station. Great pubs and shops close by. Also the breakfast is amazing from meat and cheese to pastries and they even have vegan food if your that way inclined. Will definitely be staying here again when back in London great value for money.

Not really a complaint but the bathroom was super small and was hard to get comfy for my morning ablutions 🤣

Came here for my 22nd birthday, to explore London. Earls court tube station is nice and close with a variety of different cafes/food places to go to if needs be. The actual staff of Point A Kensington Olympia are so lovely and friendly, as it was my 22nd my boyfriend asked them if they could decorate our room while we were out so id come back to balloons and banners and they did such a lovely job and even gave us some little bottles of wine and a card to say happy birthday :) It was lovely! One lady in particular, Shay, was outstanding she was so helpful and kind, on wednesday we had a reservation for the shard, which we struggled to get a taxi too due to distance and i wasn’t tubing it in the heels! Shay asked if we needed help and started calling taxi services to get us there, in the end we allocated one and had a lovely meal and upon arrival back the lovely Shay asked us all about the meal which i thought was lovely because it was a first time for me. All in all i cannot fault, the hotel room itself is small but its perfect for a short stay

Only one thing was an odd smell on the street of the hotel, i wondered if it was from the trees as their seemed to be fruit that had fallen and perhaps were rotten so it had a distinct smell but honestly its the most minor problem ever

The room is nice and ergonomic - you have everything to stay with comfort (chargers, hooks for outwear, sanitary staff). Big TV. It was warm and clean. Good breakfast. Hotel staff is very polite and professional. Reception works 24 hours so you can check-in and check-out any time you need. And, the most important think for me - Freddie Mercury's house right in the window)

This is a room with window — but immediately behind the window is a grey wall and you couldn’t see anything. We let some fresh air in though. The socket and the only USB charging place are located at the side of one bed, but not the other — if you happen to occupy this bed, there is no place to charge anything whatsoever. I enjoyed my shower, but the floor of the showering block was not very clean.

Great little hotel in the heart of Kensington. The premises were well-maintained and clean. It was quiet and calm. Underground station and several attractions within walking distance. The room was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom exceeded all excpectations. Probably the best thing was the bed - can't remember the last time I slept so well. Breakfast was spot-on. Not too many choices, but everything was of top quality. I loved that milk was served in tiny reusable glass bottles - cute and sustainable. Last but not least - the personnel was among the most friendly I've ever encountered. Genuinely caring for the guests' wellbeing. Shift supervisor was actually engaging every single guest each morning for a bit of small talk - made quite an impression on me.

I struggle to find anything I did not like. Maybe an additional table or drawer and perhaps a small fridge would be a welcome addition.

It is a suitable place to stay for 2 nights, if you only need a warm and clean room with a cozy bed without any additional benefits. The design of the room and the bathroom is stylish.

The room is not large to say the least, but the price is on the higher side even after applying different Booking's discounts. It took us some time to figure out that the plug of the sink needs to be turned and not pulled out.

Wonderful place in a quiet area, with plenty of things to do around and tube stations in walking distance. It's not close to city center, so an Oyster card is necessary. The best parts were the cleanliness, the staff hospitality, the overall quality of service and the politeness.

Things to improve are two: making up the room on the 4th day of visit should be reevaluated. Maybe every couple of days or at least on the 3rd day of stay. Also, I know how expensive London is, but I booked early for a descent deal and yet it was on the expensive side.
