Excellent location, smooth check in and checkout experience. It’s a great pick if you’re staying for a couple of nights and want to be in central London.

Unfortunately the room was a bit hot when we got there due to the room being in the top floor. There was however a fan that helped a to cool down the room.

I absolutely love everything about this hotel. The location is a short walk (5 min) from Earls Court tube station where you walk from a bustling community into a quiet residential neighbourhood where the hotel is situated. There are plenty of eating places nearby and convenience stores. The property overlooks Nevern Square which is lovely and provides a green spacious environment. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Check-in was very quick and efficient. I have stayed here on a number of previous occasions so know what to expect. My room was quite small but very comfortable and full facilities were provided and working. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows provided. The white fluffy towels were gorgeous and there are always replacements available if needed. Tea/coffee making facilities are available in the room with additional supplies readily available if required. Plenty of hot water was available at any time of day. The range of lighting combinations in the room was excellent.

Not a problem for me, but no lift is available!

The comfortable bed and nice comfortable armchair, good charging points for my phone and for my Garmin activity watch etc. Wi-Fi good. Tea & coffee provision. Big TV. The room was on the top floor, so plenty of exercise. The sash window opened for fresh air and the electric fan was very useful, as it was an unusually mild and muggy day and night, with no breeze at all, when I stayed. I needed the fan on all night.

No complaints exactly; more for the hotel's information: I couldn't get into the shower...door was stuck for some reason (room 32) but I hadn't particularly planned on a shower as I was running in a 10K race in the morning. Also the ceiling lights were flickering on and off, so I used the wall lights instead. The room was quite small withnot much room to put things, but it was fine for an overnight stay.

Attended by a nice friendly lady during our check in. My kid loves the loft bed. We booked a triple room for 3 nights stay, which includes 1 double bed and 1 single bed on the mezzanine level. Double door entrance with hooks available for hanging coats. Proper table and two chairs in the room. Tall wardrobe, however no hangers provided. Fridge of decent size with a small freezer compartment. Microwave and kettle provided. Disposable cups, coffee, tea, sugar and biscuits available. Small bathroom, supplied with soap and shampoo in sachets and small bar soaps. Bedside lamp on a small table under the stairs, hair dryer tucked neatly inside the drawer. The bed was clean, no bedbug detected. TV with no internet connection but we managed to cast Netflix from our iPad. Stable wifi. Good location, well connected, short walking distance to earl's court tube station.

Small bathroom space with small sink No lift, requires lifting of luggage or baggage up the stairs.

Reasonably quiet street but close to a bustling area with lots of restaurants and grocery options. Loved the tea kettle and tea/coffee/biscoff cookies available. Nice little reception area. Very friendly staff. Very small and basic room, but gets the job done. The location is 5 minutes walk to the Earl’s Court metro stop…great for getting you anywhere you’d want to go as a tourist in London.

This is a very budget hotel…small, room could use a bit of a refresh, thin walls…can definitely hear your neighbors. Basement room shower drain was not working well. Wifi didn’t work in the room, only the reception area.

I was very impressed with the facilities there. I knew I was staying at a budget hotel (was glad just to find somewhere during Wimbledon fortnight for £90 a night, I stayed 2 nights) so was not expecting a lot. However when I got there I was amazed at the room. Nice clean bed. Good sized room with ensuite. Also had a fridge and a microwave which was a really nice touch. If I ever need to stay in London again I will definitely be coming back here.

The stairs. However that's not a criticism of the hotel, they have worked well with the layout of the property.

What a find! Not only was it a central and easy to get to location, the price was £72 for the night! IN LONDON! We were absolutely amazed at the quality of the room :D Full double bed, room to swing your arms and a fridge, microwave and kettle to boot?! Incredible! I've stayed in rooms almost 1/4 of the size in London for minimum double the price! It's a little odd that the bathroom is basically in what I assume was at some point a cupboard but the shower worked really well :) They provide you with the usual non-descript shampoo/body wash bottle thats fine in a pinch but most folks travel with their own toiletries now anyways :) TV had a good selection of channels and subs and whilst it was a very warm room, the window opened fine :) Will definitely be adding this place to my list of favourites!!

Not a dislike but folks should be aware that this place is not disabled access friendly! There's stairs to get into the property and then there is no lift in the property itself so if you're on the third floor (as we were), be prepared to climb the steps!

The hotel was clean, the room was fairly spacious and the location was top, nearby restaurants and the center of the city, just a few minutes of walk away. Upon arrival, I was welcomed and served by a great receptionist - his name was Alex. He made sure my visit started smooth and checked me in quickly with a genuine smile on his face. Thank you Alex for your hospitality and professionalism, I will come back especially to greet you.

I had 4 bags and no one to help me transport the bags to my room. Please work on providing assistance staff for visitors who need help with their bags. I eventually had to transport the bags to my room on the 14th floor on my OWN! Very inconvenient.

Friendliness of staff. Location is great, 5 minute walk to the nearest tube station. Plenty of extra tea /coffee/biscuits/towels/toiletries available at locations on every floor. Able to leave luggage at no extra cost on check out day

We have stayed at this hotel before and had a lovely big room, but this time, not so lucky, the room was very small, no wardrobe, just 4 wall mounted coat hooks with 2 coat hangers and unpleasant smell in the shower room.

Location is great, room is good and has all the basic facilities you want. The building is a bit old and there are some very steep flights of stairs so be careful if you have heavy suitcases but pretty much the ideal hotel for solo travellers on short visits. I only spent 1 night as I was visiting for a football game (Stamford Bridge is a 20 min walk away for reference) and had no complaints.

Check in time limited between 3-8 PM is quite inconvenient
