We really enjoyed our stay. The room was really spacious with comfortable king-size bed, it was clean and modern with fully equipped bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast included, that was delicious and always freshly cooked. We would really recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is a little further from the city centre but there are a few bus stops and two underground stations nearby.

There were wonderfull breakfasts in english style, very delicious (I can recommend for example full english breakfast) which give you energie for and half of the day. Very nice and pleasant people there, prepared to help you with whatever you need. I can recommend to everyone, can imagine to stay there next time.

I liked the stay in this hotel, the room was very clean, the bed was big and comfortable. It was a tiny bit colder, but it was just fine after few minutes with the heater on. There is also microwave and fridge. They offer good breakfast, you can choose whatever you want and they cook it for you in few minutes. The staff was nice, there's always someone at the reception. The hotel is situated farther from the city center, but it is no problem to get there. I would recomend to all who wish to rest in comfortable hotel after long day full of sightseeing 😊

The bathroom was colder than I'd like, but it wasn't really a big deal.

However, being located near an intersection, there was some noise from passing cars, which might be a consideration for light sleepers. This accommodation is an excellent choice for those seeking great service, delicious meals, and a clean, cozy environment, with just a touch of urban vibrancy from the surrounding area.

Clean, clean, clean - they truly make sure you have no complaints at all. Location is in an industrial area but its not hard to get too and from - busses all the time / car with ease. Local station is 3 stops away by bus - & a 3 step journey from there. Room Large and open (room 308) - again spotless. Not cramped, restful decor. Comfortable beds, a mini sofa, fridge, microwave and small sink. If staying for a few days you will be comfortable. Plus Amazon prime?? And preview, Netflix for those that have an account. Staff Superb, truly, and it’s all of them! they go out of their way to assist, friendly, helpful, advisable (as in how to get to and from). My mother was ill at the time (flu) really helped with this. I can’t recommend them enough. Food All that and a bag of chips. Portions are massive, tasty and hearty, well priced. Atmosphere A home from home.

My only little thing was we could not get the heating to be warmer - not cold but was not warm enough - but given extra duvets and a heater - again staff were super helpful.

Didn’t have breakfast, however the restaurant area was clean, tidy, and had a lot to offer! Prices were quite reasonable too. The room was clean, tidy, and perfect size for a couple, or solo traveller. Although it was located on ground floor, there was very little noise from traffic or others staying at the hotel.

The room was quite cold, and unfortunately we were unable to work the heating control. Didn’t bother going to reception, as a male member of staff was rude to my partner when he asked for toilet paper for the room, resulting in another member of staff intervening to resolve the issue. We ended up leaving a few hours earlier than checkout time slot

A good choice of breakfasts compared to most hotels of a similar price including a great vegetarian option + helpful staff and the room was very clean and spacious with a comfy bed and a kitchenette including a fridge, counter top and kettle, microwave and cups and tea bags and coffee sachets + the plug in heater was a very welcome addition to the room as it quickly warmed the place up. And the shower was good water pressure and i also really appreciated that there was a lift. All in all great value for London.

The location was very inconvenient for me as i don't drive and as it's quite out of the way with no local amenities as quite industrial surroundings and on a busy road but there are some bus stops a short walk away.

Good communication beforehand. The warm welcome from the receptionist. The immaculate state of the room (#305). Good shower with nice pressure and plenty hot water.

Hard flooring instead of carpet (personal taste) in the room. Door of the bathroom could do with some WD40. Light sensor in the bathroom, meaning that going during the night would swith the light on, no matter how discreet we try to be. View on the industrial estate (but view on Wembley stadium too)

Clean and tidy, air conditioning which was needed with the weather at the minute! The breakfast really good and lots of choices. Plus I was slightly late checking out this morning and they still gave me my breakfast which was really nice. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and they had everything you needed in their cafe like soft drinks, dinner, snacks and alcohol all for very reasonable prices. I would stay again for sure.

Not as accessible to city centre as I would of hoped but also not that bad either, 15/20 min walk to local tube and then around 30 minutes from there but I knew that when booking so it all depends on your reason for staying. If you plan to stay out till the late hours 20 pound should get you back in an Uber so not too bad.
