The breakfast, tea and coffee arrangements and general comfort were excellent. The breakfasts were freshly and perfectly cooked with generous provision of fresh fruit, yogurt etc. Staff friendly and helpful, everything served with a smile. Fluffy towels and we appreciated the quiet room as requested. Excellent Wi-Fi. All toiletries are eco friendly and plentiful. Accommodation is well situated for walking into town or to the harbour via pleasant gardens nearby.

No fault of the accommodation but parking is a problem albeit plenty of car parks - just adds to the expense. Coat hooks in the room would be helpful. Just to mention the hilly nature of Lyme Regis was challenging.

Breakfast was lovely delicious sausages ( I’m not normally that keen on sausages) hot and in good time. The lady who showed us around was really nice The rooms were very clean with good quality linens and towels, the beds were also comfy.

There wasn’t much I didn’t like really! I suppose the only thing would be the fact it’s not got any parking so you need to park in a public car park (not really a problem ) It’s at the top of a reasonably steep hill which maybe would put people with mobility problems off, although it’s close proximity to town is ideal. They do mention the parking in the information they provide. So all in all a really lovely B &B

The welcome was very warm and friendly, they were really helpful when I bombarded them with questions as I'd never stayed in Lyme Regis which really helped. The bed was the best one I've had in a hotel, albeit was quite high, not great when you're only 5ft 1"

The breakfast was lovely but felt quite rushed. The room was clean and very bright but did feel the room didn't look or feel as luxurious as the pictures shown. Additionally the shower bottles on the wall should be body wash/shampoo and conditioner , I didn't have my glasses so couldn't see writing, so just assumed it was as above, but it turns out I'd used shampoo to wash myself!

The hotel is in an excellent location in Lyme and the the pre-arrival information was very clear and helpful. We had a very warm welcome when we arrived. The included hot breakfast was really decent and exceeded expectations, the staff hosting the breakfast room were simply lovely and we really appreciated the buffet of fresh fruit, cereals and yoghurt. Our room on the top floor was very clean and the owners had left a birthday cake which was a really nice touch. Lovely crisp bed sheets and plenty of towels and toiletries. The room however was far too hot and we couldn't find any thermostats to reduce the heat, so we left the window fully open - nice sound of the sea overnight but the early morning folk going about their business from the car park below was an alarm we didn't enjoy. There was a smell of drains in the en-suite. There are lots of good reviews here and I think we had a room that didn't reflect the experience of others.

Communication with Jackie prior to arrival was clear and easy, which continued throughout the stay. The room was comfortably modern, clean and had all the amenities, plus extra things such as a bottle of water (in a container that you could take out and re-use), tea & coffee, biscuits to nibble on. Breakfast was tasty and organised having to order it the night before.

Nothing to do with the Townhouse as it was perfect, however I wished there was the ability to park closer to the accommodation.

Beautiful bed and breakfast in convenient town centre location. The room was very pretty and quite spacious for a small double, which is what we had paid for. Lovely toiletries were provided and a good selection of tea and coffee to make in the room. There was a fridge on the landing area with a bottle of milk inside for each room and we also put a bottle of wine in there. There was also an iron and ironing board and also board games for the guests to borrow. Breakfast waqs delicious and the two staff members we met were very friendly and helpful.

The parking is a bit of a walk away, downhill on arrival but a bit of a hike back up the hill in the morning.

Everything was fantastic! The staff were lovely, warm and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The room was clean, modern, comfortable, with a lovely bathroom and incredible shower. Great location too, easy to find, close to all amenities and attractions in Lyme Regis, including the beach. I cannot recommend this B&B enough.

Nothing negative to report. The B&B doesn't have a car park which they made very clear before booking so it was not a problem. They offered alternatives for parking so like I said, not a negative, just something to note.

A very tasteful townhouse, comfortable & cosy. Lovely cakes to help yourself to & an excellent breakfast the following morning. Good location with Lyme Regis centre on your doorstep. We ate at the volunteer inn just a few yards down from Lyme Townhouse, great atmosphere & good fayre. No issue with parking as large pay car park close by & 2hr free parking on the street, no restrictions after 6pm to 7am. Would highly recommend. Thank you.

Nothing to dislike

The staff were all excellent. Efficient, friendly, 5 gold stars. Breakfast was delicious. Really really good. The best we have had anywhere. The room was great. Spacious, spotlessly clean, with all the things that we could have asked for. plus a stocking on Christmas morning! A really nice touch. We will definitely return and tell everyone that Lyme Townhouse is the best place to say in Lyme Regis

Good location, 5 mins walk into town & the seafront. Smartly decorated property, good sized bedroom, large comfy bed, nice selection of toiletries, drinks & biscuits in the room. The staff were excellent, very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay a good one. Breakfast was very nice too!

Nothing really, the only slight negatives were some road noise from passing traffic, but this wasn’t overbearing. No parking available at the property but a large car park 5 mins walk away.
