We really loved this Hotel, such easy going friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Our two dogs enjoyed it too and were made very welcome. It is in a great position in Seaton. We enjoyed our stay very much, and hope to return .Thank you.

The location was good and staff were excellent. Plenty of storage space in the room. Breakfast was brilliant. The room and bed were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

The room was too hot, no way of cooling it down. Problems controlling temperature of shower, and the water was very slow to drain away, which we reported. The shower doors didn’t meet at the corner, and some of the plastic beading fell off. A lack of electric power points in the room and no electric razor point in the bathroom. Problems finding and getting into the car park.

Only stopped here for one night but what a charming place. Real pub atmosphere with about 8 rooms of accommodation. Staff really good and friendly. Room excellent with ensuite. Ate at the Pub for dinner and the food was delicious and well presented. Breakfast also served and good selection. Located right in the heart of Seaton. Parking limited but although car park was full when we arrived told to park opposite other cars and worked out okay. Good value Good choice.

Only very minor, it’s a Pub and it was a little noisy at night but didn’t overly bother us.

Well located and friendly - breakfast delicious, with local produce, also, not too noisy considering this is a busy pub.

Black out blinds needed in the bedroom- the curtains were just for show! there was a light on outside our window which shone in the room, a simple blind and black out curtains would remedy this . Also, fans from kitchen were left on all night on one occasion- not the second night - so obviously someone complained. The fans were marginally irritating .. Room very clean, and cleaned daily. I would stay again as it was very relaxed and enabled us to visit family locally.

The breakfast is delicious and staff is very nice.

Room was really nice, everything we required was there. Lovely soft towels and pillows. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast was great, an excellent choice, presented very nicely by a delightful lady waitress. Our dog, Philly was made very welcome and closeness to the beach was a bonus for her morning and evening walks.

The only thing that could have been a little easier was the parking. Just a bit tight at times, be we managed without any problems.

The personal, the town, walking nat the sea shore. I would like to stress that personal is particularly very hospital. I have asked to to warm up the food in the microwave, and the do not have to do this, but I was very plesantly surprise that the young lady said that of course they are happy to do this for me and she even brough a tray with plates for us togteher with a warmed food. Thisis a great indicator that personnel in this hotel DO care of those who stay in.

Everything was excellent. Nothing to criticise. Really do not find anything which could trigger my critique.

The Eyre Court at Seaton was a great place to stay. Good atmosphere, central location in town, helpful & friendly staff, very comfortable room with every thing required, TV, ensuite bathroom with good shower, free parking available. The property was very central to other tourist locations nearby, such as Beer & Lime Regis, (Jurassic Coastal Towns). Plenty of shops, cafes & restaurants & supermarkets in town. Breakfast was very good each morning.

It was all lovely and nice and clean. The staff were really welcoming and provided great service. Breakfast was delicious, and accommodated preferences or food! Right next to the beach and shops, staff were knowledgeable about the area and provided recommendations.

The only thing I would like would be a bigger bed, it was a tad small for us, my partner being 6f 3 and all!!! However did not ruin our stay at all and would stay again the next time we visit friends.
