“Walk-in “ shower had steep step and no grab rail Cleanliness generally good but less so on skirtings and door mouldings; in kitchen a spillage from worktop to floor via cupboard door had not been cleaned, chipped paintwork. Restaurants did not seem friendly to self catering guests, no spaces for dinner on first night, kept waiting twenty minutes at bar to order lunch, and again another day for morning coffee, and no pastries, croissants or biscuits even though these were still out from breakfast. Bedding not changed at end of first week even when requested

Friendly staff. Apartment was a decent size and contained everything you could possibly need & the bonus was it came with allocated parking. I will definitely be coming back

We have been staying at Elmers Court for about 10 years now. Around every August. Although the actual self catering cottages/apartments could do with updating and general maintenance. overall we enjoy our stay there. As it's not a cheap resort they should invest in redecorating.

Most of the cottages/apartments have not been redecorated/updated for at keast 20 odd years. As I said above it is not a cheap resort so they should invest a little in updating them. Julia O'brien, the head of housekeeping, has always been extremely helpful. Nothing seems too much trouble for her. God bless her. Reception staff and all the other staff are excellent, curtious, helpful and friendly

Great location near traditional New Forest scenery/walks but also close to coastal locations and perfect for day trip to the IoW. Our apartment was a great size, big comfy bed and beautiful view across the grounds. Both swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) were lovely and a real bonus to have and the staff were very friendly.

It would have been a 10 but there was a wedding at the venue and our room was above the disco so did have one very loud night.

We stayed in a 2 bed apartment. The living room and bedrooms were spacious and clean. Kitchen was small but well stocked and included dish washing materials. We made use of the leisure facilities, including the pool. It wasn’t busy, staff were helpful. The location was perfect for us and it also had EV charging stations.

The plumbing was noisy each time it was used. No linen provided for 5th guest. We hunted for it after several calls. Eventually finding it in a cupboard tucked away. It felt a little dated but didn’t affect comfort of the stay.

Cottage was very clean with large rooms and well-equipped We had great weather and the outside pool was well-used and very nice. Nice Gym Generally quiet despite being surrounded by other accommodation Grounds were lovely

Boiler was in a cupboard in one of the bedrooms and was noisy On-site restaurants and café were very expensive (£4.75 for a pot of tea with just a teabag in it!) Go elsewhere! Also in the afternoon the café had nothing to offer to go with our teas & coffee other than a couple of chocolate bars

Stayed here several times now and always nice to stay and have good open spaces for kids to run around + a playground (albeit could do with some TLC) plus swimming pools. Great for kids, especially self catering option. Restaurant good for adults but less options for kids. Baby was sick and staff helped during the night to replace bedding etc and helped with washing our stuff the next day! Thank you!!

Got charged for a highchair and cot separately even though we pay for the baby to stay.

Very dated rooms. Didn't have our rooms all together we were 2 floors up and in a completely different building the rest of our party which made hanging out in evening after kids bedtime hard. Check in staff could have been more welcoming and explained why not as felt rather dismissed even though group booking made from the start and request had been sent in.

The one bedroom apartment that we stayed in was enormous. It had everything you could ever need. It was very clean. We used the pool on the first evening and that and the changing rooms were clean and well kept. Reception and restaurant staff were very good and looked after all our needs, as well as being friendly and efficient. It is about a 20 minute walk into town and on a Saturday there is a great market with independent unique sellers. We would definitely stay again.

The bed was uncomfortable. It was twin beds zipped together, which wasn't a problem but the bed was very hard and I didn't sleep that well.

Had lots of space, heating underfloor plus radiators so never cold inside, comfortable beds, two bathrooms, 65" Phillips smart TV, kitchen with everything expected, nice sized pool with sauna and steam room. Beautiful surroundings makes for great walks in and around the resort.

Late checkout option for self-catered apartment only extends checkout by 2 hours (12pm instead of 10am) instead of allowing at least 4-5 hours extra. Also, unfortunately had a bad experience with the restaurant in the building with the pool and gym, only one serving food in the resort weekends afternoon, as the Staff member literally said he is by himself and he can't accept us and handle an extra table and sent us away after the prior day which was our first day and first impression, he also tried to refuse us under various excuses...
