The hotel is in an ideal position in the centre of Lytham. Entry easy using a key pad to get the keycard. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed, decent coffee making machine, great TV, and good shower. Also it was very clean. The breakfast bag was simple, but got the day started nicely. Communication was excellent.

The room had a ground glass window, so there was no view. It was at the back of the building, so there was not a lot to see, but it was a littlle oppressive. From pictures it does look like rooms at the front do have views over the town.

Everything has been thought of. Fan in the room rather than having to ask, pod coffee machine AND kettle with a good selection of drinks. Two good pillows on each bed, soap and shampoo etc in bathroom which is ideal for the odd night away when you don't want to have to take bottles with you. Good size room. Cupboard in the Hallway that customers can raid for extra towels, pods, biscuits, iron, more fans etc. Also very helpful in allowing me to store my wheelchair at street level in the staff entrance which made a big difference to my stay. More cafes, bars and restaurants than you could possibly need within a 2 minute walk, as well as a handy Sainsbury's.

Only improvement I can think of is a light on the dressing table because it wasn't easy to see in the corner when doing makeup.

The room was bigger than expected and very clean and tidy as I would have expected from a relatively new property. For a solo traveller rooms can often be pokey and not value for money but this one was very smart. Constant hot water, plenty of towels and refreshments were also appreciated as was the large screen TV (the weather was awful!) so it was a room that was comfortable to stay in.

I did not get a breakfast option when booking online but this is a fault with Booking.Com. There was noise around half 6 in the morning - it sounded like cleaners and some sort of mechanical noise. This woke me up. I'm not overly convinced by claiming a key via boxes at the front door as this seems quite insecure. Not having anyone physically there could present a problem if there are issues with other guests.

The decor of the building and rooms is lovely and the beds so comfortable. The presentation is excellent down to the soaps and bath robes.

The breakfast in a bag is rather bland (dry croissant, no butter, only jam and Nutella), an apple, cereal bar and a yogurt. It was something at least, and they did operate an offer for cooked breakfast at a nearby restaurant for an extra charge. Thing is I don't eat much in the mornings but when I do I'd like something a bit more like a proper continental breakfast like ham and cheese, butter and a roll or bread of some kind.

style, cleanliness and comfort were exceptional and loved the breakfast in a bag (more than we were expecting). some great touches like the vending machine with drinks and some base essentials, providing bath robes and slippers and a proper coffee machine alongside a kettle. staff aren't present all the time but don't need to be as super responsive and helpful when needed

would have loved a fridge, and perhaps shower caps (provided or in the machine) as no handheld shower option. small tweaks to an otherwise great stay though!

The location was fantastic. I do feel you should be able to put your clothes and overnight bag in the room earlier. You know what room everyone's having. Im not saying to go for a shower just put your bag in there Earlier. You charge £15 for a early check-in £15 for a late checkout. So it can be done. Its just your charging more for that option. It's not like the car park is close. It could be anywhere in lytham. In the summer you have to get there really early to get a parking spot. You can't park on the road. 2 hours most. Alot of roads are permits only. Sunday your ok on the road. But your going home then.

Just the late check-in. What ever. Your doing you have to stop to go to the carpark collect your bags to take to your room.

The hotel is in an excellent location in Lytham, surrounded by bars & restaurants with the promanade only a few meters away. We were attending a gig at the Lowther Pavilion and this was just a short 5 minute walk away. The room was clean & tidy, warm, comfy and provided everything we needed for our stay.

Parking was difficult, the town was very busy and parking was at a premium. 2-30pm does seem a tad late to be able to gain access, and 10-30am is early to have to vacate your room. Also, even though you have been made aware that there are no lifts in the building, the staircase access could prove to be a problem if you are not able to carry your bags. Bear in mind there are no staff on hand!!!! Well at least not when we were there. The room we had was directly over a late night opening take away and one of the bars was playing loud music till very late/early hours, again, not a problem to us but to some this may be an issue.

Great location , and found parking around the local street ,Self check in was easy and communication from the hotel by email was excellent . Enjoyed our upgrade , the room was spacious and comfortable . with large windows over looking the main Clifton Square , great to sip wine and people watch . lots of great restaurants within strolling distance . photos are of the view from our room , had a sea view to the right .

Had a Nespresso coffee machine which leaked , needed more than 2 black Teabags .continental breakfast was left approx 8am but only for 1 person , but we ended up having breakfast in the cafe around the corner which was really nice .

We loved our room which was classed as a cosy room. An attic room with 3 windows, very light and good views over the square. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was spacious. Lovely soft towels plus robes and slippers.

We liked everything about the room. If we were to improve anything it would be to add a magnifying mirror. One of the windows had a crack in the glass and was difficult to adjust. The weather was v warm so didn’t need to close it.

Great hotel. We stayed midweek. It might be noisy at weekend perhaps as it is completely in the middle of town. Bed very comfy, room and bathroom, although quite small were spotlessly clean and had all we needed. Breakfast bag was ok. Croissant, yoghurt , apple and juice.

We used their good offer to buy a restaurant voucher to use that night to save £15. good offer, but we paid and we didn't get the voucher. It was fine and the restaurant did end up honouring it, but was a slightly awkward conversation! we also got bombarded with messages and info about check in, facilities, etc. Information overload.
