A beautiful property surrounded by lovely grounds. Felt very rural. Loved hearing the birds and seeing the wildlife around the property. Our room was very clean. It was a nice bonus to have a fridge in the room to store food (we had picnic items with us for the following day). The bed was very comfortable and we had a very good nights sleep. We had a wonderful view of the fields which surround the property from our window. Debbie was very friendly and welcoming. We were made to feel very much at home as soon as we arrived until the moment we left. Our breakfast was preordered the night before. There was a selection of cereal and a freshly made fruit salad which I had with some yoghurt. It was delicious. Debbie cooked our full English breakfasts fresh. The portion size was just right and was cooked very well. I really enjoyed the scrambled eggs and the vegetarian sausage. My husband said the sausage and bacon were of good quality and very tasty. We had a large pot of tea and toasted seeded brown bread which was also of a very good quality. Debbie was very attentive but also allowed us privacy while we eat. We had the most wonderful stay and would definitely return if we ever visited the area again.

The door to our room opened into the en-suite which I found a little odd.

Debbie could not have been more welcoming, the room was immaculate, with handy fridge and microwave- all crockery and utensils supplied. The King BED was divine!! Best bed on any holiday we’ve had. Seriously. Full cooked Breakfast was to order and we felt very nurtured and looked after. It was a lovely experience, thank you Deborah x

Everything was great……The bathroom was good for us, but may be a little small if you’re a very large person. There may be rooms available with a larger bathroom. Just ask…as Deborah will do everything she can to make your stay comfortable. 😊

This was one of the nicest BnBs we have stayed in during our trip. The room was large and airy, with armchairs where we could sit and enjoy the lovely country view. The bed was comfortable and the linen was high quality. The location was quiet yet still close enough to the main roads to be practical for a one night stay. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Deborah was a wonderful host and gave a great suggestion for dinner at the local golf club - it was fabulous.

There was nothing not to like. From the moment we arrived, Debbie made us feel so welcome and could not do enough for us. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The beds were very comfy and we all had a great night's sleep. The breakfast was lovely and was plenty of choice for everybody. We can not thank you enough for your hospitality, we look forward to stopping again soon. The Bron Hafren will be our 100% go to place when we visit our friends in the area. John, Ally & Mick.

The room was lovely and clean. The bed was extremely comfy and there were lovely finishing touches such as fridge with fresh milk, microwave if needed, cutlery and a good hair dryer. The shower was powerful and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice and fresh ingredients. Most of all Debbie the host was very friendly and welcoming. She took the time to chat to our son and the whole experience was great.

Hostess was lovely. Food was great. Bed was large and comfortable. Room was spacious, pleasant and well equipped. Everything was clean the the decor was tasteful and thoughtful. The grounds looked nice but we didn't have time to explore. Good parking. Pleasant area with plenty to see and do.

Shower and steps into the bathroom were just a bit tight and awkward but that's tricky to avoid in an old property. Hostess complaining about previous guests made us a bit nervous of doing the wrong thing.

We have just had a lovely weekend staying at Bron Hafren. Debbie our host was very friendly and helpful, Our room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The entire property is very tranquil beautifully presented. Breakfast is definitely beyond the norm, plenty of options with excellent quality produce cooked with skill. We would definitely stay again.

Spectacular property — wonderful rooms and common areas, and host Debbie serves the best breakfast ever. Just a short distance from Montgomery and Offa’s Dyke Path, and the fantastic Nags Head pub is just a minute up the road for dinner. Debbie was a tremendous host — very communicative throughout our booking process and stay. We definitely look forward to returning.

I have no hesitation in highly recommending this B&B. The B&B provided all that I needed and was in a quiet location only around 2 miles from Montgomery. Debbie is so friendly and welcoming and has provided a home-from-home B&B with impressive facilities for a very reasonable price. She is continually seeking to improve. She is attentive but not intrusive. I was also impressed with the communication before my arrival, and she answers messages quickly. The house is attractive and well presented as well as being exceptionally clean. Much thought has gone into ensuring that the rooms provide everything you might need, including the facilities to make simple meals using the microwave in the room. There is a fridge as well. There is a varied selection for breakfast - cereals, yogurt, fruit, toast, and various options for a cooked breakfast (well presented and well cooked). Debbie is keen to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Debbie the host was welcoming,attentive,friendly and informative.Our room was cleaned every day.tea,coffee milk and water was also replenished every day.breakfast was cooked fresh.and plenty of it.Debbie was a lovely host we would return

If we had any thing negative to say it was the shower cubicle was a little small.
