Tea and coffee with kettle was welcome, reception staff member was welcoming, television was more than adequate, heating was plentiful and not too difficult to turn off. Window opened. Shower was strong. Decent desk, four hangers in the hanging space. Nice to have an eleven a.m. check out time.

Slight delay in getting checked in, I only noticed the lounge when departing and left unsure about whether I could have had breakfast there.

For the price, it was top rate. the bed was so comfy, I was originally going to get up at 7.30 but the bed lured me back in. The only thing missing was a hair dryer, I suppose I could have had one from reception but It was after I came out of the shower that I realised there wasn't one. I will certainly be staying there again.

I liked the location, free parking, wifi, comfortable bed and nice clean room. The staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful. Great value for money.

The walls were paper thin. I could hear my neighbours talking in the next room and people in the corridors were loud. Also, the doors banging throughout the night were very loud.

Nice large room, comfortable bed, good lighting, thick carpeted concrete floor so no squeaks in the night.

Next to busy road and traffic noise but as we are heavy sleepers this was not a problem. The shower had no detachable head to direct water.

Location is very good easy to get to and central to walk around Paisley town centre which is worth it for the history held in the town.

Breakfast didn’t look worth it so I didn’t eat in the hotel. The room was a bit too warm for me and the sound insulation wasn’t great between rooms.

Cleanliness, comfort and staff were great. Price was also great.

My particular room had trouble with water draining after shower; puddle around the toilet even after 24 hours - not too pleasant getting up in the middle of the night to use toilet.

The Staff were super friendly and nice. And very helpful with getting me to the airport and helping to find food nearby!

The room was pretty basic and simple, but just what indeed for a one night stay over. It was a little cold and the heat could have been better

The room was perfect, even though it did not have a hairdryer in it. It is advertised as Glasgow airport, bit miss leading as it is a good few miles from there. I would stay again. The price is so reasonable. Thank you

We were welcomed with a warm smile by the male receptionist, who showed us to our room. I found the room to be quiet, cosy and warm. The shower was fantastic and the bed was soft and cosy.

The staff were really friendly and helped me with my heavy luggage as they escorted me to my room. I needed a place to sleep during the day since I had an AM flight and the room was perfect for it. Clean, modern, and super comfortable beds!
