Lovely lodge and site. Easy to find off the A9, close to Pitlochry which is what we needed. It was a very clean and tidy lodge with lots of utensils in the kitchen and personal touches such as folded towels on bed. The WiFi was strong, the tv worked well and decor was lovely. The little highland cow mats were beautiful.

The shower temperature was slightly difficult to get to a nice temperature and the bathroom was cold as couldn’t figure out the heating in it. We arrived late to check in which was easy to follow but it did mean our lodge was cold when we got to it and the heating didn’t look like much but it did heat the lodge sufficiently. That is completely based on our own experience though.

We booked this as a stopover on our way home from our first trip to Skye. We had two pods in Tyndrum and Whitewave which were both lovely in their own way but when we arrived at Logierait we actually felt like we were at home and comfortable and wished we had stayed there for the whole time and used it as a base to explore. I would recommend this to anyone with family and dogs (mind the river my dog got totally pulled out by the current but was fine) 🫣. I would have no hesitation recommending this site to anyone wishing to explore the highlands

The price to bring my dog was a little steep.

So peaceful and beautiful. We didn’t need to speak with the management other than checking in but the lady was very helpful with the few questions we asked. Definitely buy the duck food from the honesty box, it’s so nice to feed the ducks. The rooms were very clean, very well equipped and quiet. There was an oven and hob, dishwasher, plenty of cutlery, utensils, washing liquid, dishwasher tablets, the all important cork screw, really everything you need. There was enough tea/coffee, milk and sugar to get through the first day but is also sold at the honesty box.

The property and location was perfect. I have nothing bad to say.

Price was good. Location was good. Cabin and facilities were in pretty good shape. There was an issue of a part of the curtain having some broken hooks, which the staff fixed promptly when we notified them about it.

Part of the kitchen curtain was missing. At first we thought that it was supposed to be this way, but on the last day we noticed that the cabin next door had this part. Also, I think the pictures are a bit misleading since they give the impression the cabins residing in a wide, isolated area (for better or for worse) when in fact the area is quite small and is next to the road.

Was situated in a nice peaceful area. Park was well maintained and clean . Lots in the area to go and see .

The bed was not a double bed It was 2x single beds put together to look like a double bed. The Mattress was not comfortable and the quilt was very thin was more like a summer quilt than a winter one. The pillows were very thin and didn’t support our heads . We ended up with sore necks . The price for taking your pet was a lot higher than other places we have stayed in it was more than double the price .

Lodge was easily found and beautifully presented. Warm and welcoming. Cleanliness was exceptional. Lots of space for 2 adults and 2 small dogs. We were there over Christmas and had a lovely, peaceful 5 nights. We loved the Christmas tree in the living room. nice touch. Pitlochry was only a few minutes drive away and was lovely to visit. Already planning a return visit !

Nothing, everything exceeded my expectations.

Chalet had everything you needed, very peaceful and really handy for all the local attractions. Great value for money, particularly for an August trip. Couldn't fault it.

Nothing. It was a very short distance to where the car was parked and a couple of steps up to veranda & front door but none of this was an issue for me but could be for someone with poor mobility. Once in chalet, all on a level with plenty of room and great facilities.

The cabin was in lovely condition with a tarmac area beside it for car parking. The inside was exceptionally clean and invitingly warm which was great because we visited in early March. The furniture and beds were very comfortable.

Unfortunately the Logierait Inn is no longer in business but there are plenty of other places to visit in Pitlochry. We particularly enjoyed our visit to the Blair Athol distillery. The Blair Atholl estate opens infrequently in the winter season but we enjoyed a walk at The Hermitage in Dunkeld.

I think the lodges could do with a revamp. One of the metal sculptures hanging above the tables actually fell and lightly grazed/stabbed my back leaving 2 red marks. Not sure if this was from next door vibrations as I was sitting idle at the table reading the booklets that were in the living room. I did message about this using the messaging site they use but have not heard back yet.

The location was great, and it was so peaceful. The lodges were great, lovely and clean, and the grounds were kept to a high standard. The fact that they are dog friendly was a bonus for us with our 2 labradors. The logierait Inn not connected to the lodges was outstanding for breakfast and lunch, and the dogs and us were made to feel so welcome. A must to try. We wouldn't hesitate to book the lodges again. We had a lovely relaxing time
