We chose the Manor as place to stay as we needed accommodation that was within a relatively short taxi ride of Gatwick Airport as we needed to catch an early morning flight out. The Manor location was perfect for this and it is well located near to the Reigate town for some sightseeing the previous day. We had a great dinner in the Manor dining facilities on the night before leaving.

It is right next to the A217 so there is traffic noise right through the night. The windows are double glazed so it is possible to minimise the noise, if you don't want the windows open.

Upgraded to superior double room which made my stay - I would not have liked a smaller room. Quiet, great shower, comfortably firm bed, clean with lots of additional nice touches. The Hotel is dated but I would stay again and would recommend. Great location to explore North Surrey Downs and easy walk to Reigate town centre.

Difficulty with inital booking using Booking.com, but after a number of calls to the hotel which left me frustrated, it was sorted to my satisfaction.

Lovely location, stunning event rooms and amazing food. We had a private function for a wedding and all was amazing, bar staff (Jack) an absolute legend and staff all great and friendly and accommodating other than not being able to check in early my luggage was stored for me in a separate room for safety.

Little niggles nothing major. Although the room was clean and the bed great I found it a little noisy, probably from other guests it's almost like I could hear things being dragged across the floors which went on till about 2.30 am no road noise though, the only other niggle was the bar running out of glasses as no one had cleared the tables of empties. Yet the other bar was fully manned and could have helped out or diverted staff to help man the wedding. Presume it was because there was another event that evening and not sure if there was enough cover to handle the workload but as I said little niggles.

This is a very comfortable and clean hotel. The staff are excellent and took trouble to attend to our needs. The hotel's location is within easy reach of Gatwick airport and the M25. It would be an ideal stopover for walkers on the Pilgrims Way and it is set in a good position above the pleasant country town of Reigate. Our room was very comfortable, quiet, and clean. Breakfasts were leisurely - the staff did not hurry us along - and we were able to enjoy a full range of items to choose from. The manager attended each guest to check on whether they were satisfied with the hotel.

Nothing! We had a very enjoyable stay.

The room was recently Nicely redecorated.

On the Last night of our stay, we returned to our room at about 22:50 to find it had not been serviced. We had left the appropriate service required message on the door when we left. that morning. The receptionist was most helpful and provided us with milk and coffee and apologized. The TV did not work! this was not reported until checking out as this didn't bother us. There was nowhere to put our case whilst we unloaded it apart from on the floor or the bed.

Friendly service, comfortable main bed, lovely breakfast. Spacious bathroom.

Cleanliness not to my satisfaction. False eyelashes stuck to bathroom shelf then another false eye lash was stuck on bottom of mug which was upside down, so very visible. Tea bags and coffee bags had used wrapper beneath them. Writing pad had a dirty mark on it and the feedback form was filled in from previous customer?

The location was great and convenient for work. Staff very friendly. My room was lovely and very comfortable

My room overlooked the car park so a.little noisy but apart from that all ok. The people in the room next door were very loud but it wasn't late so didn't affect sleeping. One of the lights didn't work but as only staying for one night it wasn't a problem.

The personnel were very friendly, efficient and courteous. Both at the reception and in the Lounge Bar, as well as at the entrance. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening supper there too. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and fully equipped.

Our room looked out on a busy road so we couldnt leave the window open during the night. The WIFI didnt work very well for us.

Lovely spacious room with very comfortable bed. nice seating area and wonderful shower - good pressure and great temperature. Quiet after close down had finished in kitchen bar area. Very large portion of breakfast - scrambled eggs very good and salmon generous too.

Breakfast staff not chewing gum and getting order right first time.

We requested a quiet twin bedded room and this was provided. We have stayed here before and it is very centrally situated for visiting our family and friends in the area. The beds are comfortable with good sheets and towels and plenty of piping hot water. The room had just been recarpeted but the door dragged on the carpet and need adjustment.

Sadly the shower set up over the bath is not ideal and water seems to escape down the screen and onto the bathroom floor so it was essential to place the bath mat to soak up water leakage.
