Fantastic hosts (Tom & Fran) who made me feel at home and ensured my stay was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was superb, Tom freshly cooked me up a lovely Vegan friendly breakfast each morning, which was delicious and set me up nicely for a full days work. I was also offered plant-based milk for my room for tea & coffee on arrival which was a nice touch. The property is gorgeous and dripping with history and character, has a nice sized car park out the front and a lovely large garden area to the rear where I imagine its lovely to sit on a nice evening. The bed was very comfortable and the room extremely quiet and comfortable.
Nothing to report, everything was fab!

The location is ideal, if you have a car or don't mind walking for a few minutes. The busy road in front of the property cannot be heard inside due to the high hedges and thick walls. The owners are lovely and up for a chat. We were in the sewing room, which is a corner room with views of the large garden and the front yard. It was a big, cosy room with ample storage and a comfy bed. The breakfast was the highlight each day! Full English as requested with yummy veggie sausages, French press coffee and fresh milk - the perfect start into the day. It was nice sharing the large dining table with the other residents and talk over breakfast. It feels like a home from home environment, which we really enjoyed!
The only (!) downside: we would have liked to be able to shower in the morning, but there was no shower curtain. It did not bother us, but please keep in mind that the manor house is over 100 years old and the floor boards squeak.

I felt like a lady of nobility and was transported back to a gorgeous time in history, just for one night. The Old Manor House oozes history and character. Why would you want to stay in a soulless hotel chain, when you can stay here for the same price. You wouldn’t think London and Heathrow was on your doorstep. Breakfast was a real treat! This is a rare experience and afforable find, which I selfishly want to keep secret, so that I can book easily again! Tom and Fran were warm, friendly and confident hosts - thank you for opening up your beautiful home for us to experience.
Perhaps mattress topper on beds for that extra sumptuousness.

This has been my third visit to Old Manor House now , Tom and Fran are always were attentive and welcoming . Toms cooked breakfast is always something to look forward to , and the beds always feel so comfortable , and I always feel so at home when I stay , so much so , I would recommend to anyone .
There is nothing that I could say I really didn’t like !! What you have to bare in mind when you stay at old manor house , is the fact that it was built in the 16th century , so the fact that some of the floors are out of level and the floorboards creak , to me , this all ads to the wonderful quirkiness of the property .

Met at the door on arrival and promptly shown everything I needed to know. Tom and Francesca were lovely hosts. Bedroom was large in this period building, tea and coffee provided. I loved the window seat overlooking the garden. The bed was so comfortable and the duvet just right, I had a great night's sleep, and the breakfast was just right for me.
My single issue, which is more about me than them, the full fat milk provided in a bottle for tea and coffee in the bedroom. I understand trying to be world friendly though. I think the amount of milk wasted may be higher than the cost of single serve sachets of milk, which are usually semi-skimmed.

The house was lovely and full of charm . There beautiful features throughout and the room we stayed in was a very good size with beautiful furniture . The hosta were both very pleasant and you could have easy conversation with both without it feeling awkward at all they are lovely . The bed is very large and extremely comfortable and the room is very well cleaned and looked after . The breakfast was absolutely delicious even down to a really nice orange juice not a cheap one that you would receive in much better known hotels . The breakfast was cooked to perfection and personally I thought the tomatoes were perfection grilled and sautéed afterwards so perfectly soft with delicious flavour . The little touches at this place make it that bit more special like the little flowers drawn into the butter and the nice soaps and shower gels in the bathrooms not little tiny bottles that are never enough but good high standard organic wash products. The hand picked wild flowers in the bathroom were also a very quaint touch . All in all absolutely perfect and ridiculously priced .
It was a little difficult to find at first but easily fixed with a phonecall.

The breakfast was very nicely presented - cooked breakfast, toast, choice of cereal and orange juice were all excellent. Loved the old world feel of the place. The bed was extremely comfortable. Lovely to have a bath in the bathroom, which in keeping with the house, had a nod to a bygone age, which added to the charm. A comfortable wooden toilet seat. Readily available wi-fi code. I had a very friendly welcome even though my agreed arrival time was late. Spacious car park. Enjoyed the friendly chat at departure. Generously late room departure time if needed.
I was quite happy how things were in the house and car park. A slight negative, that nothing can be done about is that within the confines of suburbia, it does take a bit of finding/reaching, but it is worth the effort.

Stayed for one night on 1st June, 2024 as attending a party up the road. What a fantastic building, steeped in history. Very quirky inside, wonderful to wander around. Comfortable bed and very clean throughout. Met Tom, the host, in the morning and after he cooked us a delicious breakfast, he stayed for a chat, telling us about the history of the building and letting us look around more. Great bloke, great place and very reasonably priced. Will visit again when in the area. Would definitely recommend.
Would have liked to stay longer! Nothing bad to say, thoroughly enjoyed it.

The hosts are very hospitable and made very delicious vegetarian English breakfast for us. Our room is more beautiful than the last time we stayed here years ago when it was under the management of previous hosts. We stayed in the room facing the back garden. The Manor is walking distance to the nearest pub, The Harrow. The Manor building has a very interesting history. The front side is painted white and the back (see attached photo) has red bricks. We enjoyed very much our stay here and will choose this place over any hotels nearby Heathrow.
