Visited the area for a family party Location perfect for us , easy to find & on street parking no problem . Property was clean & comfortable . Instruction for access & stay were clear & allowed independence of stay which is just what we wanted . Our host was helpful & friendly . The property is very cared for & clean & of a hotel standard . Other guests were pleasant . As female travellers we felt safe & comfortable at this property & enjoyed our stay very much I was perfect for our needs

Only a suggestion for busy periods would be a separate toilet from bathroom but this did not cause any issue to us during our stay - but could foresee this may help . But as this is a house in residential area this would be a potential structural change . .

I am English speaker and trying to do Portuguese questionnaire when limited language. I like this accommodation as know exactly where the home is located. It is clean and warm with use of their second kitchen. The cups and saucers are a pretty design.In summer there is a garden at the rear of the property but it was dark when there most of the time ,.

Unusually the owner was not at home. A fellow guest let me enter(Phoned the Owner first) She also was not at home when leaving at 11.00 am. (Possibly gone to church) Originally Polish.. She did say Hello about 45 minutes after arrival.

Clean, nicely decorated room with modern shared bathroom. Friendly host. Use of kitchen, with plenty tea/coffee choices and use of fridge. Easy parking on street close-by. West side of Southampton, so good for New Forest. Bus stop nearby for central Southampton. Tesco 5 minute walk.

This accommodation offers self catering in a kitchen shared with two other rooms guests. The owner and her family have their own kitchen. Therefore it is essential to bring basic food from home or buy in the nearby large Tesco supermarket. As explained before There is a MacDonalds and a KFC within 15minutes walk.In the evening one male guest bought a takeaway and ate at the guest table. Some very prettily designed china crockery is available. This is my very first time staying in the Autumn and the heated radiator( boxed )by the coats racks was really appreciated . It really aired my coats which were damp from the heavy rain.

The room' windows were open and the room smelt fresh but it seemed as if my radiator had been turned off and the room did not reheat.

Really lovely host, always attentive and very welcoming. Facilities were good and the shared kitchen and bathroom were always clean. Picked for the close proximity to my work place but a great location for people who want to be in the city and not far from the New Forest either so a really great range of activities really close whatever your reason for staying.

Nothing!!! Everything was way beyond my expectation.

The location was nearer Redbridge than Millbrook. it was outside the town in a little suburb. Bus Blue Star 7 stopped only about 50 yards away opposite the one stop shop,. The only problem was, the bus driver could not remember exactly the location of cotswold rd and i only knew a large Tesco's was only about 500 yards away and certainly not near a hospital. It turned out the hospital was a vaccination centre and so walked a long way(2 bus stops). The Tesco extra shop(a smaller store (300 yards in the opposite direction) was adjacent to a fish and chips shop, a Macdonalds and a KFC takeaway. The room was compact clean and bright. The Bed comfortable. The Bath and Shower room next door was sparkling and loads of toilettries available. The Garden had about 3 areas for guests to sit or sunbathe.

The guests had use of 1 of the 2 Kitchens to make food. I liked the design of the chinaware. There were several types of condiments and though there were several sachets for Mocha and Cappachino coffee instant Coffee Granules was missed.

On street parking available was a bonus. The house was spotless and very quiet. The host was very helpful with information to access the house.

A kettle, T & C in the room would have been helpful, but it was available in the kitchen.

It was very clean and the host was really nice and helpful. There was everything I needed provided. Also easy to find. Thanks a lot. I will definitely book again

They wasn’t much to add here for the price you couldn’t really ask for more. I suppose the location was a little outside the centre but it wasn’t that far and considering the price it was fine.

Host was very welcoming and helpful. Lovely lady. I admire her for opening up her house to strangers.

Lack of an en-suite or even a wash hand basin in the bedroom. But this sort of thing seems not to be in trend anymore unfortunately.
