Everything was great apart from it's actually a glorified knocking shop. Girls yelling out, screaming, men grunting, same the next night. I didnt like this, on the positive side the noise was dimmed when window was closed. Cars arriving with middle aged men in. Stayed an hour or so then left. Cars pulling up to back of car park. Light dimmed then they left within an hour without getting out of their cars. Strong stench of drugs (weed). Police arrived and arrested a lad but without noise or fuss. Lots of men walking parimeter of car park on their phones and staring up at windows It's a shame because the hotel is immaculate, clean and welcoming and cost per night is well affordable. I stayed 3 days and will book again.

The room was very spacious, and also very clean and well-furnished. Breakfast was just what we wanted too, good value and plentiful, lots of freshly cooked food being put out regularly. The location of the hotel is absolutely superb. It was clean throughout, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was very warm on the first night of our two-night stay. For the second night I turned the heating down as low as I could get it, but it basically made no difference. Also, our room was facing the main road, so there was traffic noise well beyond 10pm and early-ish in the morning. It wasn't unbearable for me, but it might be for others.

Staff were so welcoming, very upbeat and polite. The lady who checked me was dressed differently to the other’s. I didn’t catch her name, I’m guessing she was a manager. Service with a smile 10 out of 10. I booked last minute and it was a family room with 3 beds. As soon as I checked in she said it’s a family room so in the morning she would get the girls to remove the 2 small beds once I went to work. Sure enough it was done. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels all over the country and the world for both work and leisure and I can honestly say that the bed was the best bed I’ve ever had and the hotel was for the most part silent. Definitely great value for money as far as service goes. Definitely stay again.

All the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and gave special attention to our dog which he loved. We made some special requests and nothing was too much trouble, very obliging and very much appreciated.

The scrambled eggs were not great and we weren't aware until too late that we could have ordered other eggs. My partner is vegetarian so a veggie sausage option would have been good. Finally during breakfast the TV was on and quite loud with football in the morning. I think that some background chilled music would have been more appropriate.

The bed was comfortable, and room was warm..was adequate for a one night stay. Plenty of clean towels in bathroom. Staff friendly & approachable. Great location Breakfast was lovely & fresh with lots of choice.

Room needs a bit of tlc. Cobwebs in corners of room & window wouldn’t shut properly, so was draughty. Curtains wouldn’t close fully for privacy. Not enough teabags & milk in the room. Could do with a cup or beaker in the bathroom for brushing your teeth. Light bulb gone by bathroom, so you couldn’t see to make a cup of tea or coffee properly.

The bed was really comfortable, everything was clean and well kept. The room had tea and coffee facilities, hand soap and shower gel in the bathroom. It was spacious enough for the two of us. The restaurant/bar was clean, tidy and nicely set out. The staff we spoke to were friendly and approachable. The breakfast was good, everything was fresh and hot with a good choice of cereals, fruit, yogurts and cooked food. The location is good, 10 minutes drive to the city centre, not really walkable to anywhere though. Easy to get to as its just off the motorway, plenty of parking.

I have used the Ramada before and have always found it clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful, nothing is too much trouble.

I don’t eat breakfast at the Ramada because I find it too expensive. Family were also staying and they said it would be expensive for two adults and two children. If they had the offer like another hotel that says that a child eats free for every paying adult, I think it would good.

I was heading into Leeds for a show & live in the south so this meant I could shave a half hour of each trip & bounce in & out. I was comfy , hot water , reasonably quiet location ...lots of parking . Helpful staff. Worked perfectly for the purpose of stay.

The room was nice but the cleaners missed ... the curtains & under the bed ... shower head leaked a fair amount of pressure... but was still over adequate ... I slept soundly enough despite room facing a main road . Room was toasty .

Clean, comfortable and spacious room. Nice shower with easy controls and toiletries provided. Staff were welcoming, pleasant and efficient. Food in restaurant was good and served quickly.

Staff on duty were extremely hard working,pleasant and capable but it appeared difficult for them and customers at busy periods. Seemed understaffed. Dining area a bit cold and corporate but food was good..

There wasn't enough food for breakfast. I paid for extra for breakfast and there wasn't enough cooked food even though we went down for breakfast pretty early. the bar prices are a little expensive too. my room was pretty clean, However the carpets definitely needed cleaning as there was a stains on the carpet.
