Welcoming host. Spacious and comfortable room. Fantastic breakfast- cooked breakfast of your choice. Loved the tea and coffee station- plenty of tea and generous cups.

The location was great. Free on site off road parking meant we could leave the car and walked approx 15 mins into the centre of Weymouth for an evening meal. The cooked breakfast in the morning was excellent, good quality ingredients, very attentive waitress, very good portion size and a huge selection of cereals, yogurts, fresh fruit, warm pastries, toast and jams, etc. We met the owner a couple of times who was very engaging and friendly. Tea/coffee/hot chocolate in the room and a mini pack of biscuits. Hairdryer, extra blanket, portable heater. The room had an openable window and an adjustable radiator. A really powerful shower.

I came here as a late booking as I had been working late and needed accommodation at last minute . Staff were very accommodating. Very clean and comfortable room and dining area. Lovely touches in the room . Plenty of tea, coffee , biscuits etc in room .The hosts are very friendly & helpful. I felt very looked after ! Delicious breakfast ! Plenty of parking space

Nothing . It is located next to a main road & I did here the traffic a bit but once I realised the window was open a bit and shut it it’s was fine 😅 It is not far from the town centre but is a walk/ drive away so depends where you want to be

We really enjoyed our stay at The George. Good location close to the town and beach. The room was huge and had a nice view of the garden. Lots of sockets, comfortable bed. Decor was tasteful with a seaside theme. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly. Good selection of refreshments in the room, including snacks. Lots of information about the property and local area was provided in a folder. Takeaway cups in the room, which was a nice touch.

The entrance/ exit to the carpark was quite narrow and had raised curbs. The bathroom was small and a weird shape. The shower was tiny and would not be suitable for a larger person.

The room and beds were very comfortable, plenty of room. Lots of coffee, tea, hot chocolate and biscuits. Also a basket with bathroom essentials. The breakfast was delicious and they catered to our differing preferences. All the staff were very friendly and helped us up to the top floor with the suitcases. The property is an easy short walk to the beach then a flat walk along to the shops and main restaurants. The parking was very handy too.

The 39 steps up to the top floor, but that was where our lovely room was and the view was wonderful too. As I said they happily helped with the cases and we hadn't specified that some of us had dodgy knees.

We had a fabulous nights stay. The room was a very good size and had everything we needed. The mattress seemed brand new and was so comfy. The breakfast was fabulous. We had the vegetarian option, and they used top-quality veggie sausages. There were plenty of choices of cereals, juices, various milks, and pastries. There were gluten-free cereals available, too. The staff were all really lovely and very helpful. The B&B was just a short walk to the beach. We will definitely stay again.

Our room was facing the main road, so it was noisy at times. Earplugs are a good idea. The room was a really good size, so it was a shame the bed wasn't a kingsize, but as mentioned, it was very comfy.

We loved this place! It’s so nice to see a proper family business :) They applied a lot of effort and added a lot of care to everything in this hotel. We really appreciated an opportunity to have a vegan full English breakfast. Very cozy rooms with nice interiors. Extra point for being a dog-friendly hotel!

I know that the management did it best to transform a traditional layout of the house for the hotel needs. The only thing that was a bit challenging - we had our private bathroom outside our room. Just 1 meter away - still we had to put on clothes every time we wanted to go to the loo :)

A nice well maintained B& B . Considerate and caring staff. The breakfast is quite nice and freshly prepared. The parking is quite ample for the number of rooms . The narrow gates could be a concern for large vehicles though. We could squeeze in with our medium sized car We had an issue with the size of the bed in our room but the staff on duty improvised and laid out an additional camp bed and we could sleep well. Appreciate that gesture

The room we booked turned out to be an attic room with the bathroom not ensuite but down a flight of stairs . This should be clearly specified in the listing . The stairs are narrow and small and this could be an issue with people with mobility issues

Mike gave us a friendly welcome and everyone we spoke to was kind and helpful. We stayed in the family room with bunk beds. Super spacious and spotlessly clean. Room had everything we needed for a family for a couple of nights. Particularly helpful to have access to a fridge and microwave downstairs for bedtime milk for the children and picnics for the next day. Breakfast was perfect.

We liked pretty much everything and would certainly recommend others to stay here. A couple of things to think about. Double bed felt a bit soft for my liking. Could do with a better and firmer mattress. The room has beautiful large sash windows which let in a lot of light which is lovely during the day but not so great for children who wake up with the sun. Some blackout curtains might improve length of sleep.

Breakfast was great and staff were very helpful. Room was clean and tidy with pretty much every essentials provided: toiletries, hairdryer, coffee tea biscuits. Surprisingly there was a big sofa and a fan(we went in Summer) provided in the room so you could imagine the room is big enough for 2 people staying comfortably.

We stayed at the top floor room. There was a brief moment, like 5-10mins, in the morning assuming when many people were up and showering at the same time making no water running in our room. Luckily the only rush we had was going to have a breakfast not anything serious so we could wait. The Toilet, the size of the sink was a bit too small, however the toilet room itself was in a decent size with enough space for everything just the sink that was too small.
