Amazing relaxing comfortable stay!!! Caroline and Nick are such a nice couple. We received a lovely warm positive welcome from Nick when we arrived in the pouring rain!! Both Caroline and Nick were very attentive and go the extra mile to ensure your stay goes smoothly. We had the 4 poster bed room overlooking Weymouth beach. The view is priceless! Large room with everything you need. We felt comfortable throughout our stay and slept very well. The breakfast was fantastic! Fresh produce and cooked to order. Very tasty delicious food and lots to choose from. We will definitely 100 percent stay again. Thank you Caroline and Nick xx

No reflection on the accommodation or hosts however it is very difficult to park in Weymouth in general. Permit provided for 2 car parks but a fair distance from the Valentine Guest House and lots of walking required. Dont let this put you off from staying at Valentine Guest House as we just took it steady.

It is a great location on the sea front on the main road. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful and breakfast was very good and really set you up for the day. We had everything we needed in our room which was clean and tidy. I would stay again but in one of the back rooms away from the road.

The only down side was the main road which would have been ok if there was some form of secondary glazing to the windows to block out the noise. Unfortunately we had poor sleep as we are not used to this level of traffic noise. No complaints otherwise.

The location, the hosts were lovely, the size of the room with a 4 poster bed, mini fridge and the extras, shower was nice size, bed was comfy, breakfast was cooked lovely and a nice choice for breakfast

The only downside is the parking, as you have alot of B&Bs and limited on street parking so you might have to walk a bit further from the B&B, but apart from that nothing else

The whole feel of the place, only 5 rooms, very near Weymouth's crescent shaped beach, the esplanade and the proximity to the city was all very convenient. The owners are very charming and have been running the property for a few years and their pride of ownership shows through. The included breakfast which you select from a menu the night before is very substantial and excellent -- keep this in mind as you make your choices.

The free parking is either around the corner, in residential streets so can be hit or miss while the pass they offer for the public parking is great but approximately a 10 minute walk away. Good idea to see if you can drop off your bags out front, get the parking pass and then head over to it.

good location, and about a 15 minute walk to town centre we stayed in a nice sized ground floor room , bed was very comfortable and had a nice sized fan, a small fridge which was needed for our medication, there was plenty of drawers and a wardrobe with a nice amount of clothes hangers . the hosts were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble, the breakfast menu had lots of choices and was cooked perfectly and arrived hot. we enjoyed it that much we have booked again for next year.

the only very minor thing (and I’m being very picky) was the wooden chairs in the room that weren’t very comfortable a couple of comfier chairs like ones I noticed on the other photographs of the other rooms would make it better

Caroline and Nick were fantastic hosts! Couldn't have been nicer, friendlier or more helpful from the moment we got there. The room was clean and spacious with everything we needed, including a fan which was greatly appreciated with the heat. As someone with a very bad back I do be weary of beds in any new place I'm visiting, but the bed was so comfy, firm mattress but a little on the medium side. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. Views of the sea from the doorstep was gorgeous and a very short walk to get to the beach! Perfect location, less than 10min walk from the train station, aswell as shops, restaurants, amusements, souvenir shops, etc along the same street.

The B & B is on the seafront the proprietors were lovely, very helpful and welcoming I stayed with my 14yr old grand daughter in the twin room. No view but very comfortable. Breakfast needs ordering before you go t sleep though which was fine with me but not so good for her as she ordered what she thought she would want however she didn’t eat much at all and I don’t like waste. We plan to go back there again and I will be going with my partner

The hosts were so friendly

Breakfast was excellent and I had fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, mushrooms and tomatoes. The eggs and bacon was really tasty and was from the local farm. The hosts are really nice and friendly. The hotel is in a good location.

Only two negatives that was in my mums bedroom they had cream curtains. So a lot of light comes in the bedroom at night and the street lights shine in the room. Also my dad could hear the fan outside which was loud so he kept waking up.

The valentine is a lovely B&B . It was a very comfortable stay, in our four poster bedroom , with sea ish view . The hosts nick and Caroline were exceptional. Really friendly and obliging. Their hospitality went beyond expectations. The famous full English was just amazing. We will definitely stay again . We would definitely recommend a stay or two at the valentine.

Everything was really good. Nick and Caroline are great hosts and communication around the booking was excellent. The room was fantastic - very comfortable, clean and spacious with everything needed for the stay. Breakfast was excellent (veggie option available). The location is perfect to explore Weymouth and just a stone's throw from the beach with some great pubs and a corner shop nearby. Really enjoyed the stay - highly recommended.
