Quirky chalet type room adjacent to the hotel. Clean and well equipped with everything you would need for your stay. Bathroom upstairs in the loft. Great quality cooked breakfast and friendly staff. Excellent home cooked food, professionally prepared and attractively served. Competitively priced. Lovely typical old English pub. No need to go out after a long day as it has everything you need.

Not a problem for us but worth noting. Stairs up to bathroom. Shower in the bath could be a problem if your mobility is restricted. Mattresses (twin room) need replacing. Feedback given and welcomed

Nice room space, good tea, and coffee making, separate rooms from the pub, food was lovely and the portions size good, nice atmosphere, with the bonus of an open fire, The WIFI was good enough to use for working as I was on business. The bathroom was ok, and the water was hot.

The TV in the room is small and not really that good for the size of the room, it could do with an upgrade, the bed was a bit on the firm side for my taste also a lack of sockets in general. Breakfast is from 07.30 which was a little late for me to get to the office, but that was more down to the traffic in the area.

Location was idyllic and very near the White Horse of Uffignton! A lovely walk to Uffington Town itself about 10 - 20 minutes. The Character of the Pub, parking across the road and dining in the pub for breakfast (provided!) and dinner.

Alternative milk for vegans but we understand not everyone has this. Be mindful, Unit 1 in the, (not as old as the pub), apartments next door had a low slanting ceiling in the bathroom upstairs. My husband did bump his head showering, but he is also quite silly, so I don think this is the pub's fault.

Beautiful old coach house style pub. Staff were very friendly, the room was spotless and a very pleasant place to stay. Great location. I had dinner at the bar, and the food was fine, nothing to complain about, and nothing to get excited over, but it was hot and tasty and well cooked. Didn't have long to wait before it was served and the staff were very attentive. I can not comment on the breakfast as I had to leave around 6am, so before breakfast was served. A very comfortable little studio type room which I would happily stay for longer next time I am in the area

Room was spacious, clean and it was nice that it was separate from the pub. Breakfast was absolutely spot on plenty of it, freshly cooked. and very hot. Staff were lovely, friendly and nothing was too much trouble they are a credit to the White Horse Inn. Had drinks in the afternoon and a meal in the evening which was excellent. We only stayed one night but would highly recommend to anyone

The room was large and airy. The bed was super comfy and very big with very comfy pillows. There was also a good supply of coffee and tea and fresh bottled water and biscuits. Breakfast was superb and there was a huge choice, and big portions. We ate in the pub in the evening as well and, again the portions were large, there was a good choice and beautifully cooked. The staff were friendly too.

Lovely, picturesque old inn near Uffington White Horse and other sights. Our room was very comfortable and clean, and rooms are in an annex by the pub/restaurant so very quiet. Welcoming staff, free parking and excellent freshly cooked breakfast. Nice seating out the front too in a pretty garden.

Dinner is typical pub grub, but great service and an ideal location - we were very happy and would stay again!

I loved having the pub next door so I could pop in, read my book or check emails while in the company of others. The surrounding countryside is beautiful and if it hadn’t been raining non stop I would have loved to explore and go for a walk. The pub itself is quaint, friendly and very welcoming with an open fire in the evening and a backdrop of music playing. The room itself was very well set up and had everything I needed, plus a big bath to relax in after the long drive to get there. The staff were amazing and the chef even gave me his own personal yoghurt to have with my porridge as he hadn’t been able to top up the kitchen supplies. Nothing was too much trouble and I loved every minute of my stay. It was just too short!

The staff are very friendly. Great service. The food in the pub was excellent. Clean and spacious bedroom with the bathroom being upstairs making it very comfortable. A lovely country pub and a good base for exploring.

The downside was you can hear everything in the rooms next door, such as voices, walking up the stairs, and outside next to the pub. However, this didn’t ruin our stay because none of it was late at night.

Great location just off The Ridgeway walking trail so good overnight stop. Also close to The White Horse Uffington. We stayed on a Thursday - pizza night! Delicious is understating how wonderful their stone baked pizzas were. Highly recommend. Accommodation to side of pub and purpose built. Nicely decorated duplex’ style room with bathroom upstairs. Very comfortable.
