The staff was lovely. I only dealt with the lady at the front desk, who was very helpful & accommodating. No breakfast, as I slept in from my long day. When I went to my first room, 307, 1 bed was made, the other had dirty linens piled on it. The bathroom had all dirty towels in the tub. I returned to the desk, was given room 309 & all was clean & as expected. I noticed there were no wash clothes or bath mat in my room, both of which should be standard for this class of motel. I’m rarely in Birmingham, but was very surprised that the first room wasn’t clean & the second lacked what I would call essential items.

It was exceptional for the price. The staff were friendly and positive and attentive. My husband thought the full breakfast was really good. It was comfortable and all the amenities were good quality.

This is universal and not related to just this hotel. In general, I think the weather needs to be taken into consideration when determining when to open up the pool. It is the south and we are experiencing warmer weather earlier. So the pools should open before Memorial Day.

That the staff was not very . And the lady. In mantiance was very nice . And didn't like i had 3 rooms for my family and grandkids and they wouldn't let them get in swimming pool until. I checked the other rooms in on the 2nd. Really.I was already stayed one night. Had to much going on for me. I don't know if I would come back. But the room was the best .Communication with each other and quess was very un professional.

It is a nice place to stay & convenient. The breakfast was good.

I think for future references. The hotel should spray for insects & etc. The hotel is nice but a roach came out of the cabinet where the refrigerator is located. Although, I know it’s not the hotel’s fault that someone else had brought it to their property but I feel like they should spray. The receptionist was really nice & gave us another room.

My boyfriend and I stayed here the weekend while visiting Alabama Adventure. The property was very clean! Rooms were nice. The complimentary breakfast was delicious!

Liked the original price per room. Had to increase by one and was WAY too much.

Breakfast, if that was what it was supposed to be, was sorely lacking. Meat and egg (I think there was an egg) on a roll, cereal, waffle. That was it. Not what I expected at all. Additionally, the facility did not have my reservation change. The first man I talked when I called about that was downright rude. Said he couldn't help me. I had Booking.com people call and straighten it out without problem. And reserving FOUR rooms, I would have thought I could have gotten a better deal on that fourth room.

The handicap rooms was scarce

The breakfast was good and offered a variety of hot and cold options. The location was excellent, near restaurants, shopping and the Interstate. Parking was good.

Perhaps sometimes offer different hot breakfast items. Sometimes people in the hallways on the first floor were a little noisy, but that's something it's difficult to control. It got really cold a few nights and I couldn't figure out how to get the heat to work. (Didn't call the office about it)

The staff was amazing! Especially Latoya! Super friendly very accommodating. Breakfast buffet had huge set up & food was excellent.
