Nice hotel close to everything. Breakfast was sufficient but wish it had more hot food options. Overall great place and friendly staff.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like but I did have a suggestion. As I was getting off the elevator I noticed a sign that read "in case of fire use stairs". I'm disabled and use a mobile scooter to get around. So my suggestion would be that to put all the handicap and wheelchair accessible rooms on the bottom floor, because if there was a fire we wouldn't be able to use the stairs. Just a suggestion.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Easy check in and check out. Decent options for breakfast, lobby clean, breakfast area clean, and the gym was clean. Our rooms were comfortable and had all the accommodations needed for our weekend stay.

Unfortunately, our rooms bedding had makeup stains? So, I'm not sure if our bedding was cleaned. Our second room had food under the nightstand and left over water in the mini coffee machine, which was moldy. I think they need more staff? The main manager was there when we arrived until Saturday night ( we arrived Friday at 3 pm ). I felt bad for the manager. He looked tired, and there should've been 2 front desk people, IMO.

At this hotel, we found our stay, A place of peace in every way. The staff, with courtesy and grace, Welcomed us to this warm embrace. With every smile, they showed they care, Professional in all they share. Our hearts were light, our minds at ease, Attentive service, sure to please. To my wife and I, they were so kind, True hospitality is rare to find. Without a doubt, we'll come again, For here, our trust and praise remain. Very Respectfully, Al Lockwood

The check is was simple. Nick checked us in and was friendly and helpful. He offered several restaurants for dinner. We selected one and it was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. The beds and linens were comfortable and each bed had 4 pillows. That was nice!

Didn’t eat your breakfast, we brought our own.

When we arrived, I had to ring the bell four or five times which took 5 to 10 minutes for somebody to respond. Eventually the receptionist nonchalantly showed up from outside. They were also not at the desk when we left. The receptionist blue Camry was parked in the guest checkin area so we had to park at the side of the lot before we could check in. When we left the next day, his car was parked in the visitor check in area again.

Breakfast was good. Actually made a comfort mcgriddle...haha Comfortable beds.. spacious rooms.. Will definitely consider a stay next year or possibly this fall/winter there. Also used the gym facility and watch a little football from the tv provided in there was great...

Coffee was good Bag breakfast was poor, Burrito did not cut it. I rented 3 rooms for 6 guests when I picked up the grab and go breakfast, we were given 4 Burritos instead of 6, did not notice until we had left

I asked for the rooms to be close together on the first floor. I received a confirmation. The desk clerk said there was no record. I was very upset with the lack of preplanning. eventually we were relocated to the main floor. The check in took a long time as everything had to be reinput even though I had entered all of my info on the booking. Then it had to be reinput for the other 2 rooms. The clock had the wrong time on it, I could not change it and the alarm went off at 5:00 AM

When arriving we were nervous it had been a long day we originally planned to stay at Edelweiss Resort in Greer. After waiting 6 hours for a room that had been scheduled to stay in and a long day of fishing we were anxious to shower and relax. When walking into the room in Greer it was filthy! That’s when I was in panic to find another place and leave. Searching on booking.com Comfort inn popped up I was super nervous but knew we weren’t staying at Edelweiss so we headed to Pinetop to take our chances. Upon arrival I was embarrassed because we had been fishing at the lakes all day and just wanted a clean place for our 6 year old and us to shower and relax. A HUGE thank you to Jaime for making us feel welcome and comfortable. I was also worried because we had our dog with us and sometimes I feel are given a room that’s not so great because of having a pet. Jaime set us up with a room close to the door so we could easily take him out back to do his business. The room itself was so nice and clean it was truly the biggest relief!! Jaime was absolutely amazing she was so friendly and helpful in my extreme panic to find a clean safe place I now will always stay here at Comfort Inn in Pinetop. I truly can’t express enough how thankful we are to Jaime and for taking our nightmare situation and a long day of disappointment and exhaustion and putting a smile on our face and our kids. Also thank you to the staff I didn’t get to meet that do such a wonderful job cleaning the rooms. I am 44 and have stayed at many hotels in my lifetime and this is by far the cleanest place I have ever stayed! We will definitely be back!

Nice facility, friendly staff, good sized room. Good sized refrigerator with separate freezer section, ironing board and iron and AC worked very well.

Breakfast was the same both morning and trash cans in food area were very dirty. Dirty with old dried out food and drinks. It was a top load with two hinged doors. Not very appetizing.

Driving past the hotel cause we were real early, the outside parking and landscaping were a real eyesore. I was already expecting an older hotel room. But, it was fabulous!

All was excellent, couldn’t think of anything needing an improvement.
