I speak English poorly. The gentleman working at the front desk was very kind and patient. What I didn't understand, he translated for me with the help of Google translator, so I didn't have any problems in communicating. The room and bathroom were clean, the towels were new, the beds were comfortable to sleep on. The building is in a nice place, there is no noise around, close to the old town, it is nice for a walk.

The refrigerator in the room does not have a temperature regulator. It works more like a freezer, all the fruit we put in it froze. The air conditioner is quite noisy, it woke us up several times at night when it turned on. I missed the salty breakfast I'm used to, but they don't serve it.

Room was clean and comfortable, no issues what so ever. Lobby was spotless and nice comfortable seats to kick back in. Morning breakfast was very nice. All food was well stocked at all times. Fruit was fresh as could possibly be. Nice selection of good food, juices coffee and teas. Dining area very clean. Parking lot was safe and clean. We will be staying there again when we are in the area. The Gentlemen that ran the desk in the morning was very helpful and knowledgeable in the area and gave us alot of tips which we were very appreciative of. I only wish i could remember his name.

I didn't find anything i didn't like.

Breakfast was good. The beds were good, comfortable, clean.

The bathroom door did not close. There were some small - tiny bugs that we noticed on the table between beds and also on the desk. Also, we didn't like that there was only one light switch that controlled the lights and the vent. What we didn't like about that, is that the vent was noisy to have on all the time that the bathroom light was on - when we weren't showering, etc. We know that's how it was built with only one switch, but it would be better if it is ever remodeled to make that change.

The breakfast was a standard breakfast with yogurt and fruit and coffee and juice and a few other options so it was just right. We also enjoyed sitting under the nice Shady Tree out front so keep the tree too many places are chopping trees down because they don't like cleaning up the mess or dealing with the expense.

the continental breakfast was pretty bad and pictures online must be very old because there was no protein and/or meat at all we ended up having to go out for breakfast on way home which rushed our time to return home for a commitment. the pillows also were not comfortable. I also wish lobby had fresh coffee going during the day or off hours. I will not use room coffee makers.

Night staff was very nice made me feel like my truck that had stuff In the bed would be very well looked after .I said there was a couple people with gloves on walking around and even with his oxygen tank immediately got up and walked the parking lot to assure me he would make sure to watch our things so we could rest easy . I don't remember his name but he went way up and above to reassure me that I could rest easy through the night and that he would watch all of our possessions in the back of our truck and he was a sweetheart.

Close to our destination. Waffles were a hit!!! Beds were very comfortable.

The electronic room keys didn't always work. It took 5 or 6 tries and maybe the door unlocked. There was a hair in the refrigerator. Ugh.

I didn't eat at the hotel.

The person who checked me in couldn't find us even with a reservation number. I told her the rooms were prepaid and non refundable she said whoever i booked with gadnt paid you. It stated right on the confmation Quality Inn property would collect all fees. One of the party I was with decided he would pay with his credit card I said no because it was prepaid. She said not true he could pay with his credit card. Next day I went back down and asked to check my account and I was told 3 rooms gad been prepaid with my Amx which is what I understood before arriving. You person checked us in needs more training.

Property was conveniently located. Staff was very accommodating. We arrived early and were able to check in early.

The heater had a very musty smell.

Perfect location, close to main roads and to downtown. Breakfast is very simple with basic cold items, convenient hours, but offering more pastries choices or hot items would make it 5 stars.

Less noisy a/c unit in room would help.
