First of all the restaurant is a must try! From the service to the meals we had a five star experience. Probably our favorite meals that we have had in Sedona. The quality and taste lived up to the cost of the meal. This property is excellent if you have a pup with you. We played with her on the lawn and had easy access to let her out to do her business with easy waste receptacles close by. The rooms were comfy and totally worth the discounted rate we received through booking.com. Clean and a solid 3 stars simply because they are older but in good shape.
Honestly could be updated soon but we will enjoy the reasonable price for the location while it lasts! I'm sure they will update soon and then be an outrageous price like all of the other Sedona properties in the area.

Had to up grade once we saw what we actually paid for. What we saw on line, was not the room we got. We went to the office to let them know, we weren't happy at all. For xtra money, we could get a better room. Which we did.. we asked for a microwave, when it arrived, omg, what a dirty mess inside. Called the office, they brought another one. Guess you can't believe what u see on line for pictures..

The reception desk common spaces in the lobby and the restaurant were 4 star quality (this hotel is a 3 star). The size of the room was wonderfully large with plenty of room to work and relax in the space. The location of the hotel is exceptional with some views of the mountains but more important - right between the overwhelming kitchy side of Sedona and the Oak Creek area which was less congested. The bed was very comfortable - important because we have back issues - to upgrade the experience - it would be great if they matched the fitted cotton blend sheet with a cotton or bamboo top sheet vs. a synthetic blend that was not breathable and was hot plus creates a lot of static.
The room we were in had very little natural light so was a bit dark inside though they did a good job with lighting with lamps. The carpet in our room was dirty - needs cleaning throughout but definitely at the entrance to the room. There is a 'laundry room' and while the one washer and the one dryer were new and operational the space was located far from our room and in an odd, dark space at the end of the villas. Think the underbelly of your college dorm which had I not been with my hubby - I would not have gone alone. If you can't do it right - probably better not to do it at all given the impression it left.

Resort location was in a quiet area out of the way from main shopping areas but a short drive to them. All the Staff was attentive and friendly. From check in, wish I could member his name, to our server at Willows Restaurant, Destiny, were exceptional,. Very engaging, recommendations in the area and very personable. And kudos to the kitchen staff for breakfast. Excellent. Our room a King premium which was in the 600 section area was perfect for us. From the Firplace, Views, setting, clean. Quiet Grounds, Restaurant and Wine bar. Will stay again but longer.
Wouldnt say didnt like , just a observation. Daily Housekeeping upon request. Ran out of Kcups 2nd morning but front desk sent some more down on request. All good.

The room was very large and we liked the fireplace and nice view off the patio. Also, it was great to have a counter for the coffee bar with a sink. The resort is a very pretty setting. The staff was very friendly and alowed us to take wine glasses from the restuarant to our room so that we could drink wine by our fireplace. Check-in/check-out was very efficent and friendly. Wifi was excellent.
The central heater didn't work so great (thankfully we had the fireplace) and was kinda noisy when it clicked on/off during the night. The people above us were noisy and stomping on the floor in the early evening. The onsite restuarant was way too expensive to be a reasonable option for food, but there are plenty of options in town. We had several small roaches in the bathroom.

The king room with the cozy fireplace and gorgeous mountain view is terrific and super comfy! We love how the hotel restaurants serve delicious food in such a romantic setting. Using the tennis court for free from 9 am to 4 pm daily is also a great opportunity! The location is fantastic; it's just 10 minutes from a busy downtown, inside a quiet park with mini lakes with ducks, and close to all the fun activities and trails. Plus, the room prices are affordable, which makes our stay even better!

The room: We were in a very spacious and clean, well appointed premium king room with a deep Jacuzzi style tub, couch, wet bar and fireplace. This was a villa style room and there was nobody above us and only one room adjacent. It felt private and quiet. The back patio overlooked the lovely green grounds and had a table and chairs to enjoy your coffee or wine outside. The stars above at night were spectacular! You can adjust the Room AC to get nice and chilly, and believe me when I say that's darn important in AZ in August! If you are able to I definitely recommend spending the extra money for this style of room, it's worthwhile. The location: Close to everything awesome in this beautiful town, hiking, dining, all super accessible. Gorgeous views. Easy parking and entry/exit to and from the resort. Close to town without being right in the hugely congested Sedona uptown or main drag, which we appreciated. The hotel restaurant was comfy and the food was delicious, very nicely done, nice outside patio dining area, very relaxing. The staff: All super friendly and hospitable. Great bar with a modern vibe, great cocktail and wine list. Shout out to bartender extraordinaire Big Tony, he was absolutely terrific! Mr. Mario, aka Super Mario, who was serving in the restaurant is joyful and kind and made us feel very special the whole time we were there. Hats off to you my friend and thank you, we'll be back to say hi one day. You are exceptional in every way!
There is nothing I don't like about this resort. To me this is classic AZ, laid back, southwest casual, great vibe!

good location , just a few minutes drive to town , confutable and warm beds , it was just what we needed after being hiking for most of our time in Sedona. Breakfast was actually very good and the staff makes it all better , friendly atmosphere gives you a comfort of feeling welcome home !! There is nothing to complain about and I'm a picky person ! I'm giving a 5 stars for all the days we have stayed there . I'm hoping to visit you again Thank You All
Just want to be next time in a room where I can see the sunrise :)

We stayed here for nine nights and absolutely loved it— fantastic location (close to Sedona and hiking trails but quiet and peaceful), rooms are large, beautiful property with huge lawn space, great tennis courts, awesome friendly staff. And it’s pet friendly! Our pup loved walking around the grounds everyday. It was a very comfortable stay and exceptionally priced too! Such a good deal. We can’t wait to come back next year!
