The facilities were perfect for our group and the staff very helpful. We were in town for a wedding and the location was perfect, conveniently close to so many things. There was a discrepancy with our bill and Ken at the front desk took care of it in a very timely manner. We will definitely stay here again if we travel to Sedona.

We did not have sheets for the Murphy bed, but they were delivered quickly. When I called a week ahead to check on everything prior to arrival they did not have our request noted, by the time we checked in everything had been worked out.

Very well taken care of villas and grounds, friendly and thorough check in with maps, activity sheet, unit had everything we needed… comfy bed, all the kitchen amenities like home , liked having a large salad bowl with tongs, extra towels and tp, nice shampoo etc in dispensers in the upstairs shower, huge tv in living room and smaller in bedroom, outdoor patios, easy access out the back to the pool, grass at the back.. feels cooler… very quiet to sleep. Location right behind Starbucks and can walk to grocery store across 89a.

Since we visited in the heat of summer I would have appreciated a few umbrellas at the pool for some shade.

Awesome location, only a short drive from downtown but the drive head east has exceptional views. The villa was awesome and clean, took a bit for the AC and fridge to settle in but we can blame the heat for the that. Bonus the cherry plum trees right outside our front door. The arcade and pools were awesome. The kids had a blast. Will be staying here a 2nd time. Came here from a friends recommendation.

Issues with WiFi the first night but were resolved by nightfall. Hours for pool and arcade use fair … til 10:00 pm which is quite generous.

Clean, spacious, and good location, close to a grocery store, coffee and restaurants. A close drive to Uptown and Tiaquepague Arts and Crafts Village. The swimming pool was right outside our back patio gate and we really enjoyed having it so close!

The bedroom was upstairs, and I would have preferred a villa with a downstairs bedroom. I should have paid closer attention to the floor plan layout, but other than that, we enjoyed our stay, and will rent again, but the villa for 8 with a downstairs bedroom.

I like the location of the room we stayed in, we didnt have to look for a parking space . We were greeted kindly by staff. We were able get extra coffee bags . The indoor pool was clean and warm. The room had extra pillows sheets . It had all tge essentials needed for a two night stay.

Our bedroom door wouldnt lock as well as both doors to the bathroom up stairs . I didnt have the privacy i wanted .

Loved how it had an indoor pool and outside pool. The villa where I stayed was spacious and gave home vibes. Plenty of towels were given. Kitchen was clean. Staff was nice! I had a flat tire and the guy at the check in helped me air my tire. Overall enjoyed the views and my stay. Would recommend!

It would be nice if they had complimentary breakfast tho! That would be the cherry on top.

We stayed in a loft unit which was spacious, clean and charming. The position is good as it’s an easy walk to shops yet quiet and has good facilities including a pool, laundry, games room and kids playground. The staff were lovely . We liked it enough to book another stay!

The location was good. Very near to the middle of everything. Parking was easy. Kitchen was very nice. Very well equipped and we could simply unpack and start enjoying. The bed was comfortable. The loft was really nice!

game room closed at 10 which is normally reasonable. but we needed that to be open late as we often came late to the apartment in the night and completely missed it.

The full kitchen was a bonus as well as having a 1/2 bath on first floor. We had 4 people and it was nice that kids did not have to share a bed because of the extra Murphy bed. The master bed was super comfortable and there was plenty of closet space.

I would point out that the bathrooms could use an updating. The bathrooms were old and could use a remodel, but were still very clean and functional. Also, the dining table was too big for the space, but that that is just a preference.

I liked that it was so close to everything like groceries, food and Starbucks within walking distance. They have n indoor pool that the kids like and a playground. It felt very nice and relaxing. I had good sleep and everything felt clean. They also provide silverware. Pots and pans to cook with and a big refrigerator the kids and adults love the stay!

I didn't like that room39 had some broken stuff the bottom closet was damaged i think thats one of the adults said, the floor had this small wooden thing to enter the dining room and that brook off as soon as i Enter with my suitcase. The restroom on top. When I got out the shower it fell like I was goin to fall through it was broken.
